Have all of my information up and going, however the app and website make it difficult to edit the photo. I have tried to edit on the app and the browser. The first photos were accepted, although they are the recommended pixels and are blurry, that is the need for the edit. I have increased the pixels and every time I go to click DONE, the button either seems to be inactive, or replies with “pic failed to upload” message. Very frustrating. I want to give 1 star, however, I also want to love RangeMe. Help me love you and fix this please. If so, I will change to 5 stars.
I’m excited to get my products discovered but unfortunately app makes it very hard to complete items due to issues with inability to upload. I thought it was a issue with my phone until I read that someone else is having same issue. Please please fix this Thanks
Great potential...but does it really help the Sellers?
I have been using RangeME for the last few months with the hope of having my products noticed by “important” vendors. The concept is attractive but to date I am sad to report $0.00 sales. Return on Investment has not paid off. I remain optimistic in hope of placing our product line with the right vendors.
1 because 0 is not an option! You will find that everything is surcharged or an outside service that you will be charged to use. Save yourself the time and get a real distributor. This service is the annoying middle man who does little to take the most. Nobody likes that person, I have the same dislike toward this app.
I’ve tried everything to upload to their specifications and still keep getting an error message everytime. I even utilized their photo edit tool to remove the background and that failed as well, with the edited photo also lost. Please fix this!
Your guises completely dysfunctional app keeps telling me that my username or password don’t work, and while trying to test it out on my phone I literally pulled up RangeMe on my browser and logged in with the exact username and password that it said didn’t work. I mean, that’s ridiculous. Please tell me how to correct this as I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app on both my phone and my iPad and it’s not accepting the login credentials that work when I try to log in to the site. Thank you. If you can get this to work, then I will to a much better star rating.
