The new UI Update makes it take more clicks to get to your account, the new interface isn’t great (there was nothing wrong with the old one), and it’s a little more difficult to see your money statement. The statement itself looks worse than the old UI. Overall a huge downgrade from how the app used to look. It also loads slower because it isn’t optimized well. Thinking of switching banks because I’m not sure I can deal with how bad this app is now.
The app is great for checking the status / balance on accounts, but attempting to editing an existing, scheduled bill pays the mobile app actually creates 2 payments - it keeps your original one and then creates a second one with your new info. I have reported this issue multiple times with no response or resolution. Until there’s a major update, I would not try to manage bill pay in this app.
