I enjoy using this app and it can be quite useful when re-organizing your room or when moving into a new space. The only problem I have is that when I first got the app, I gave some feedback to the developers through text, based on my experience and what I felt could be improved. I later got messaged by them if I wished to talk and give feedback about something. I was told when I asked, that all I needed to do was talk and answer questions. I accepted and later called them at the designated time (it was supposed to be a meeting but they said a call would work). In the specifications of the text, all I had to do was call them and give feedback about such and such, and I would receive $50. Though what wasn’t specified is that I had to have purchased things through the app and explain my experience with the purchases. The issue with that was that I had not purchased any items through their app. The person I was calling, later said that they couldn’t convince their boss to give me $50. I’m not necessarily upset about missing out on $50, though I do feel that proper communication and truth to word is key with a company. Otherwise the app is pretty good, and I also can understand a mistake like this coming from a smaller company.
First of all, thank you for making this app! I have a home that was built in the 60s that has some weird room layouts so designing has made it a bit tricky but this app helps so much! One thing I thought could use an improvement is the dashboard. You have both “my rooms” and “demo rooms”. I got a little confused on why I already had concepts in “my rooms”. Maybe so the page is not blank? I would like to suggest adding a side panel listing both options would work and creating a drop down menu of any saved data. I love cards, but maybe not for the main page. This could be reserved for adding previously saved work, suggested popular items for a room, or suggested design styles... I understand this app is growing, and would love to see this continue to grow through more user research. I hope this makes some sense!
This app is great when it comes to designing rooms and provides an selection of furniture and even smaller things like notebooks to decorate your room. I’ve been using this app consistently up to a point in which whenever i selected an item, it wouldn't let me move it. And then it just wouldn't let me select furniture at all, and i would keep having to exit the app just to be able to select one piece of furniture. otherwise, this app has been amazing to use so far and it’s been really useful when planning out what i want in my room.
Based on the other reviews, it’s clear this is an app to skip and not waste your time on. But I didn’t even get far enough to rate the functionality. Immediately, the first thing it demands from you is your phone number. It’s not optional; you can’t skip it. There is no legitimate reason to require it. The dishonesty of the developer is confirmed in other reviews here. The screen simply states your phone number is “used to log in”. As reviews from others who provided their number confirm, the developer shamelessly texts you (to the point of harassing if you don’t respond). It’s clearly the only reason they require phone number to do anything. That tactic, combined with the complete absence of clear disclaimer stating your number will be sent marketing solicitations makes it a sure bet that probably everything you do with/in the app is tracked and remains tied to your identifying information. Don’t give your number to dishonest developers with no regard for basic privacy protections.
I was using this app to give me some ideas for designing my room, and when I did it made me realize how small my room is and how anything that isn’t the bare essentials either won’t fit or will take up too much space leaving it cramped and uncomfortable. I spend every day rotting in my room, time moves unbearably slow and fast at the same time because I have been mentally checked for 3 years straight. I have forgotten what it feels like to be happy or to have fun, any actions that I do are completely meaningless pass times that only serve to remove me from reality and when I’m away from these things I have to deal with the harsh reality that is my existence. I also think that they should add more furniture options, the selection is pretty boring.
I saw this app in an ad and it beat my expectations with many amazing features! I love how there is free movement and gives you the ability to create an accurate room with its features. It’s very nice how the app tracks how much it would cost to have the room with everything included. Also it has a great variety of furniture and items to be used in the room. It really did beat my expectations. One more thing that I liked is that when I had an issue I was able to talk to a real person about it and not a robot. Personally I like to speak or message an actual person not a robot and it works out great! Congratulations on this great hope and I hope more updates are to come!!
Uhm, is the app broken in iOS 16? It was iffy as far as screen interaction to begin with but after the latest iOS update the app is completely unresponsive when it comes to screen interactions with rooms, titles, labels, dimensions, new designs and editing or saving previous or new (attempted) work. I don’t know what kind of star-rating to give something that has potential, doesn’t cost much to the user, but doesn’t operate as one expects. 🥺 —— Replying to the Developer: Hi Mike. While I appreciate your response I hope you can grasp the obvious demand and difficulty you are placing on me when you request this sort of assist. - “OMG! I’m so sorry! Contact me!” doesn’t work for my schedule or anyone else’s unless that’s what they get paid to do. This app should already have gone through testing before being released to users, or at least there should be people whose job it is to troubleshoot any issues that users bring to your attention. If you are interested in hiring people to assist with that, I will definitely share this with my network. If you’re unwilling to value people’s time, then it really doesn’t seem right that you request so much more than the generous info they’ve already provided you. *NOTE TO DEVELOPERS EVERYWHERE!*
I’ve went through a few different interior design apps and this one definitely takes the cake. Considering how new it is compared to a lot of other apps it’s incredible how far ahead it is. I already believe this is worth a 5 stars review and the longer they keep making improvements such as finding more stores to partner with the app to have an even larger selection the better the app will be. Also great app if you’re a single soldier like me and you don’t wanna move everything around multiple times in your room just to see what you’d like. If you’re in a dorm room or a barracks room this app will be perfect for you.
The first time I tried recreate my living room it got the windows completely wrong, but I didn’t give up so I tried again. After several tries trying to get the windows I finally got it after doing it manually. After being relieved about the windows I move onto my door and it can’t even scan the door and will not let me add it manually. I tap the manual button multiple times and it does nothing. After spending over 45 useless minutes on this app I one, get absolutely no where with my design and two realize that it’s not a user error this app is just plain stupid. My living room is a box with a door two windows and a fire place way more simple than the other models they were showing on there home page. I didn’t even get to the furniture, who knows what would have gone wrong there.
This app has helped me through every step of the process from getting an idea of my style to buying the furniture. I started out just using it to make a mock-up of my room and to see what would fit and what wouldn’t. But then when I finally made an account they had given services such as the design concierge and what was most helpful to me was talking to David. David is one of the creators of the app and helped me find multiple furniture brands that specialized in my style. On top of that he was able to get me discounts at almost every company I was interested in buying from.
Saw someone showed me this at a party. They were very excited about it. It looked awesome. Was worth using 220MB of mobile data and signing up to try it! Sadly however when I try to run it my app just gets stuck on “connecting to servers”. Then it shows a progress bar at 0% that never moves. This is after signing up and making an account. However, it’s probably my fault because I’m still on iOS 13. Though if iOS 13 isn’t supported, it’d be better just to forbid users like me from downloading it. The demo was so neat, that I still hope to be able to try it myself someday!
I’m an incoming freshman and I am really nervous about floor planning for a dorm. I downloaded this app so I could get a better understanding of how to lay things out and it has been wonderful. I could understand how to make a room and reached out for help and the developers were so helpful in guiding me in how to make a room. My only note it it’s small tendency to glitch. Other than that, it’s a wonderful way to figure out how to plan my room. I would also love to be able to build almost houses. Being able to connect rooms would be so cool, thank you so much!
Could be really great, measuring was extremely difficult. The dot kept going through walls & not being the right length, so you’d be better off just imputing your own measurements. You can’t put in the furniture you have already if it’s not a door, window, or a fireplace. You can’t even use the search feature in the furniture menu, so you have to scroll forever just to see what they have. Tried using the filter option to narrow it down, you have to scroll from about 400 inches down to whatever length you need, took forever & would’ve been 100% easier to just type it but you can’t. I just wanted to see how I could rearrange my kitchen 😩 Just not worth the download right now, got a long way to go for this app to become useful
The app is great, and all but if you have a wall that isn't straight lining beds, desk, and etc can be stressful. If you could move windows, and doors that would great, cause I had made mistakes when I came to placing my doors, window. The options are very limited, and not great options too lol. It would be even greater if you could change the size of your door, and have the wall height have points to see how high another point to another. I have a room where the wall height goes to low and high, and quite ridiculous see that the wall determined how the high the wall is, but overall the app is great if only it had better customization the rating would be high lol.
The app is great but overall the stuff i put or want isn’t there or something always gets removed when i come back on the app. Plus there isn’t much options to decorate the room. Super disappointed and bummed out about that. But this app has helped give me ideas and really helped just wished there was things that were removed from the app to be brought back as well as more things to put into the room to decorate with. Also i really wished there was items for animals too, like cages, cat toys, reptile stuff, etc. It would help so much if that was added on the the room if anybody had pets and needed to redo their room.
This app is awesome. I have recently moved into a large but unfurnished home and have been overwhelmed. With no rooms fully furnished I don’t know where to start. This app literally takes just a few minutes to grab measurements of your room layout. Adding features like door ways, windows and a fire place were very easy. Improved lighting helps the features but if it does mess up, there’s an easy manual fix. Worked great! Furnishing the room was so fun. The app has a large selection of furniture, and I only see this increasing. Having real furniture options made deciding so easy. The BEST part was the shuffle option. This app help me Realize exactly what I wanted in my living room and I can’t wait to do the rest of my home. The controls were easy and it felt like I was playing SIMS again, but way more fun. Anyone have the “Rosebud” cheat for real life?
I am currently building a custom home. I’ve been having a hard time conceptualizing certain rooms in my head and this app has really helped me try out multiple design ideas! The feature that maps a room that you’re standing in is really neat and was pretty accurate in my experience. I love how you can import images of actual furniture and decor rather than just a stock image. I had a lot of fun just playing around in the Realize app but it also helped me make some tough decisions. Highly recommend!
Im not trying to hate on this app- the idea is there, and honestly it is impressive. I just personally had a really hard time with it. After modeling out my bedroom floor plan, it gave me a pitch black, glitching model that let light come from the window in, but no just general ability to see. I tried to maybe add a light so I could begin to see and start designing, but even when I would tap on any options, it wouldn't load up. This app has potential, so ill come back in a few months to see if anything changed- Just know it is still a work in progress and maybe just needs some more time in development. 4 stars for idea, 2 for execution.
This app is kinda fun but here is a few critiques. First is the limited selection, there isn’t too many thing to pick from in certain areas and it could use more organization in some areas, for example maybe have selections for different types of couches instead of just one sofa topic. Also it feels like it is lacking In some places. Like it would be cool if there was a ping pong table or pool table or something to fill up the room like having a game section.

I really like the app, but sometimes it is really laggy and its hard to move around the furnitures, and whenever i try to search some furnitures it is really hard to find the specific ones that i need and have to really look at picture. im not really sure why does it have to ask for my phone number but i skipped it But I really love how interactive it is and im enjoying it so far! :) overall its fun
i have been looking for a free app like this for a VERY long time and this is almost perfect, but i think in the best updates there should be an option to add in and adjust doors, windows, etc after capturing the floor plan. i have been trying to capture my closet but i can’t get far enough away from the door to take a good picture and the manual add in isn’t working out, it would be nice to have an option to add the door in the design process.
I have been using this app since the tiktoks first started, and I love it. Anytime I need to revamp a room even the slightest, I just whip this app out. You don’t have to make an account, and when it asks for your phone number, simply skip it lol. It’s a newer app, so they’re constantly changing it up for the better, so be nice to the developers and keep your standards sensible. Just remember the best part… it’s free!
I found out this app from tiktok and so I downloaded it thinking I would be able to create my dream room. It worked for the first few minutes , but after I would mark a corner and walk away that mark would just move around and change the shape of the room. Not enough floor selections, Would NOT let you change the shape and size of the features. (Doors, fireplaces, and windows) I put my window in the middle of the wall and when it showed me the finished product, the window was all the way on the side. This app is not efficient and working properly. Also not enough twin bed selections. And please let us color our decorations.
The app is great, but most furniture isn’t the same size as my irl furniture, maybe add a feature where you can measure your own furniture? Sometimes it crashes when I try to save, and I would also like a feature where you can add where a closet is, maybe some ceiling fan options would be nice. It might be a good idea to add outlets that you can place, maybe tapestries and posters, but the rest is great! The app works most of the time.
This app is already great how it is and with the developers actually taking the feedback that’s given and implementing and improving their app to make it better and easier for those who are going to use it is amazing. Even if you or just trying to reorganize a room or two, or you are designing a room with new items, this is definitely an app I recommend.
Absolutely shocked at how great this is for moving things around and measuring. I use to create floor plans in the sims and try to make layouts from that but it always took forever getting things to scale and finding items that are similar to the furniture i have. Thank god i saw a tiktok about this app, i just moved and will be using this to create my dream space. 10/10
Have tried to build a room, but the process is a little tedious and app a little slow. The current offering of furniture is limited. I have 2 suggestions: - have generic furniture that you can customize by adding dimensions. - have the ability to take a photo of any furniture and add dimensions, fabric etc. If you ask the user to add the brand and model, you can begin to have a database of furniture over time.
So far it’s been good. Was a little tricky to get the hang of at first but the tutorials help. I would like to see more color options for the wall colors and flooring. I also hope they get more access to furniture from the different brands on here. They’re good but not always 100% what I’m looking for so I find myself having the pick the “closest” to it a lot. Other than that I like it.
I do gotta say this app is amazing. It really has helped me organize my room without even moving anything first. Though, it would be really nice if they would add an option to have walls different color(for example, if I wanted to paint 2 walls white and 2 blue) it would be nice if it would let me preview how the colors would look and if they would match. Overall it is a pretty helpful app.
This app seemed to have potential until they started implementing a subscription bae paywall to be able just save a room you scan now……I used to use this app but after they started to add stuff like that it kinda lame. Like how you gonna get people to wanna use the app if you have to pay and buy a subscription for a feature that should be free like cmon. At least let people save one room for free if you’re gonna make saving a room part of the subscription package. What a let down.
So pretty much I needed this app bcs I’m redoing my room. But some things need to be fixed was the floor options I 💯 percent think that they should add those color wheels and do like color 1 color 2 color 3 for the floors and stuff because lets be real we need it. NuMbEr TwO: they need to add balconies bcs my room has balconies and the best balconies I could get was a big window. Like make that make sense- are you trying to run an app? Well If u are fIx tHe bUgS bUdDy- 3rdddd third is the furniture options. tell me why they are so freaking expensive- I’m not buying a 1k dollar bed- 4- they should add a closet feature bcs I said so- okay byeee
This app is incredible. What I love most is the versatility to be able to design different spaces however you want. The only reason it’s not a 5 star is because you can tell that the app is still in early stages but it has potential to be great. I would love for there to be a desktop companion app because the screen is a little too small sometimes to navigate
Clearly a work in progress app but what has already been done is good quality and I have high hopes in this becoming a tool I regularly use in the future whether it be moving in somewhere new, getting a new couch, or just switching around my living room. Definitely wanting to see many more features implemented
This app is just amazing don’t be fooled when it I told you to pay just click the X and you’re all good. Also, the rooms are a little small maybe just make them bigger but it said that it’s a really good game. Not sure how to leave a minus star or half of one star :/ The app does not even work and asks me a whole bunch of weird questions to start off with which just seems very suspicious and feel like a tactic/way of obtaining identifying information from your online account. The app did not work even after giving information, so now they have my information to sell to others while i am stuck with an app that does not even work. Do not waste your time downloading this app, it is just a marketing ploy to get your information.

Great app, but there should be an option to create a room by just putting in dimensions and such as opposed to only being able to scan a room, like to plan for somewhere you are moving in the future
this app is very helpful as I am not very creative with room layouts and this helps a lot, one feature i think would be interesting is if you could scan products that you already own so that you can find a good layout for them. overall very useful
I’ve been looking for something that does this and it’s finally arrived! It’s like playing the sims but in real life! This app does what it says, really well! My friends and I like to share templates of our apartments to each other and help each other and compete to design the best spaces. So fun!
I love this app for planning how I am going to lay out my furniture. You can put in the exact dimensions of the room and also make the furniture be the dimensions you need it to be. It was awesome when I was moving and planning out what furniture I needed and how I wanted to organize it all.
Dont waste ur time. - i got the trial ($44 a year 😭 for ts). Yes I cancelled. Overall- if u just want a room designer to change a room around or reposition some furniture? Not ur app. Ts gotta be made by tlc or smtn. - app uses real furniture items and lidar scans of them as digital furniture. (80% of the furniture isnt even enabled to use in the app, but u can buy it and ship it directly to ur house if that was ur plan b??). -this app gotta jus be a big add. No interior designer got a budget like that and still strictly shopping at wayfair/ikea. - horible User Interface, everythings sub catogorized under some regular catagorie + plus labels for in app buttons vanish after 5 secconds so good luck learning the app 🫶🐿 - blueprint function’s pretty cool unexpected after all the other anoying little things.
I love this app especially since I’m remodeling my house gives me an idea how I would like my rooms it would be better if u gave us the ability to duplicate windows or doors and allow us to move them and delete them but so far this app is amazing
I have used this app for a year. i have now tried to use it more recently, and don’t get me wrong, it is amazing so measure out exactly how your space is, but it will NOT STOP CRASHING!! it is very annoying and i’m disappointed, as i have tried many attempts to use this app, and it doesn’t even save. and you need to pay to save a design i believe, which is stupid in my opinion. will not be using this app anymore.
I only rated it 5 stars because i didnt want to be rude but when i download the app and type in my number and press “next” nothing happens. Ive typed in my number correctly, restarted my phone and reinstalled the app and it still wont work.
I downloaded this with high hopes and when I put my number in to sign up nothing happened, so I pressed the button one more time and it said “invalid phone number we have blocked all requests from this device due to unusual activity. Try again later.” It’s been 2 days and it’s still saying the same thing. I’ve even tried uninstalling the app and that doesn't work either.I don’t know what else to do…please help.
I just bought a new home and this app was super helpful in providing a way to model out how to arrange our furniture prior to moving. It also led to great ideas on what furniture we may want to purchase when we move in.
I was super excited to get the app but I don’t have a phone number and was hoping you guys could make it so that I could use my email account to sign in or maybe just as a guest.
I got this app because I love interior design and TikTok suggested it. It was very difficult to use, doesn’t have essentials like ovens or fridges or anything. Then, once I was done with my design I hit save and I came back a couple hours later and the app replaced my work with one of their crappy default designs. I’m very sad I wanted to show my mom how we can remodel her kitchen and the only thing I could show her was a low quality app.
The app is really good there is one feature I’m struggling with whenever I add an item it won’t let me place it or move it on top of things. For example I add a desk and try to place the laptop on top of it the laptop just drags around the floor instead of on the desk.
The app seemed like a dream. I used it once and then after I closed it, I couldn’t get back in. I tried deleting and redownloading it but it still wasn’t working. When I would go to try and open the app it would take me to a loading screen and nothing else. I was looking forward to using this app but unfortunately it must’ve broke.
