The most fun I’ve had in a long time

I don’t know what it is about brutally misspelling words and random sentences over pictures of upbeat characters doing random things but every time I use this app to make another video it always has me laughing at the end of it. It’s a very easy to use service and even the low-quality videos are pretty high quality considering it all. Videos even can render if you’re not on your device and they just send you a notification it’s done Great service, would make a video about a crumbling burger restaurant again

Decent but very flawed

This app is super buggy and unrefined. The quality is not that good, there are massive watermarks on every template, and the Apple Music doesn’t work. When I want to select a song for Apple Music it opens up this buggy version of Apple Music which doesn’t work. It doesn’t let you look up songs and if you look up a song in you Apple Music it won’t come up. The only thing is let’s you see are playlist which even then don’t work. It takes you to the playlist with the photo and name but no songs are shown. It doesn’t even let you select anything. Overall why do they expect anyone to pay for an app that is so buggy and low quality? They also need to fix the music uploading process because that’s my biggest problem.

Great just needs

I have to say honestly when I first got the app and started messing with it I almost gave up when I seen you had to pay to get the video without the watermark but once I seen the Quality of the videos you can make there not a single app on the market that can compete with this app. For me the only thing missing was the ability to change the color of the font and placement of the font other then that it a app that will be staying on my phone for sure. There customers appreciation is top notch.

Great for Brainstorming

Not quite up to the website platform for ease of use in creating a video... but great for checking on new additions in videos and mock ups. Not to say you cannot render and download from this app. ,but once you have decided on a scene it would be a little faster putting it together if you can access your account webpage. I have had it hang up during editing a few times, but with a little patience was able to finish the project. That said, I have done some holiday promos completely on the app while watching TV so I’m giving it all five stars.

Best application for business needs

This seriously saved us over 20k in having someone create us multiple explainer videos and logos. By far the best company tool for marketing you might get. There are so many explainer video templates to chose from along with website ideas logos and like everything! Thank you guys! It’s so worth the money when explainer videos are at 5k per video for most. If you need a rockin pitch deck too this app is next level.

App won’t load!

Last time I used this app I gave it a five star review because it was an amazing app. I still believe that it is. But, for some reason after going months without having it installed, when I tried to reinstall it, everything went smoothly until I actually tried to open the app. Now it’s just loading constantly no matter what or how long I wait for it. I’ve tried deleting the app and redownloading it. I’ve tried restarting my iPhone. I’ve tried removing storage to make room in case that’s the problem. So far, nothing has changed and I’m getting kind of irritated because it worked so well in the past. If this issue can get fixed, I don’t see why this app isn’t worthy of five stars once again.

It’s a good app but...

okay so the prices are completely ridiculous considering the fact that when you change something on a video you want to make, you have to pay for it again. If we paid for the same animated video but wanted to re-Edit it.. why do we have to pay again if we already paid for it. I think it’s so disappointing. Money doesn’t grow on trees. Don’t get me wrong I do understand you have to get your money’s worth but a this point it just feels like you guys are another money hungry app. For other users if you like to spend money this is the app for you. Everything else about the app was genuinely good. The only problem I had was the prices.

Absolute waste of money

I wasn’t impressed the first time I wrote a review and pointed out the fact that this app lacks templates for social media. Considering that is what they promote, I was let down to say the least on the lack of choices to promote my pages. That being said, and since I purchased a year’s subscription, I figured I’d continue trying to use it. This has to be one of the most glitchy and frustrating apps I’ve ever used. When it will actually download what you’ve created, it will lack portions of audio or have extra lines across the images. The last 3 templates I used won’t download at all. Couldn’t be more disappointed.

Fine until it gets stuck

I pay a subscription for this. It’s generally helpful. But about 20% of the time, Renderforest will get stuck while rendering a video for a very, very long time. Of course this is generally when I’m on a schedule to get things done. I’ve literally waited almost 2 hours to render a 30 second video before. This time I’ve been waiting half an hour to render a 1 minute 15 second clip and it still says it’s “in queue”. Why do I pay these people??! It’s really not at all acceptable when you consider what they charge for this service.

Thank you for your good and user-friendly program, it really meets all the needs of content production, for me there is a weakness and that is the confusion of the text when using Persian text, many platforms have fixed this problem, I hope your team will soon. solve this problem.

LOVE THIS

I absolutely love this app/website. It’s amazing. I can create videos for work or school and know that it’ll look professional and concise. I just wish there was a little more customization on where to put texts, for instance able to manually move it instead of just selecting left, center, or right. But overall, amazing!

I love this app

As a youtuber I use this app a lot! Its a great tool for video editing, for ad editing, intros, outtros, season spots or jingles. Look no more. This is it to look profesional without leaving your pocket around lol PS Use you own music for the copyright because if you use it everyday like me, they ask you to export everyday 😳. Other than that I really love it.

Comes In Handy

I found renderforest to be very simple to use with there being a very straight forward and simple learning curve. It takes less than two mins to create a unique and jaw dropping animated outro with logo. I will definitely look towards using this platform again in the future.

Quick and easy way to create quality digital content

I have a new photo booth company and I use Render Forest to make intro and outro videos. The process was simple and the variety of templates is great! One update that would be good: the ability to sort by video length when reviewing the selections. Customer service support is also quick to respond to your inquiry. Great app!

Very good app

It’s all I could ask for and more I’ve never really been disappointed with this app but the prices are crazy high and I know you need to make money but that’s a little bit much. Overall it’s a great app, prices are high but that’s not my decision so do however you want to

It’s awesome but…..

The app can help you time manage in editing and it’s great! Unfortunately every time I use it on my iPad on landscape mode it has trouble scrolling and sometimes I can’t even type or add a photo. Not to mention anytime I hook up a wireless keyboard the app freezes on me. Please update it so it can make my office work easier! Thank you love the app

Exactly what I was looking

Other than the pricing it was exactly what I was looking for. Easy and simple way to create perfect visuals for my brand. I hope in the next update they allow users to create their own logos that will be more compatible with the visuals to give a better look. This app is awesome all together!!

Best marketing app.

I am so grateful that I came across this app. I recently wrote a novel and didn’t know the first thing about how to make promos for it. I’ve tried to make my own edits but they all came out cheesy and appeared low budget. The quality of this app has made it easy to represent what I intended!

Awesome app

User friendly and awesome

This is a great app and website. Has some major restrictions because you can’t change anything on a sleeping de except the text. But it’s easy to use and with the free version you can make plenty of awesome videos.

Great app for business

Best APP ever created.

This is by far one of the best Apps I’ve ever used. Extremely user friendly and very intuitive. It works great for what I need it for. Will definitely encourage anyone looking for an app to assist them with work logos, personal logos, this app is an instant download.

Pretty Cool, Terrible Customer Service

I love the templates Renderforest provides but I had a terrible time using the app. I wanted to use one of the premium templates so I purchased the week long subscription. I wasn’t able to use the premium as the app acted as thou I didn’t upgrade my account. I reached out to customer service to receive refund and they told me it’s “against their policy to give refunds”. If you’re going to use this app, I highly recommend sticking with the free templates.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

If I can give them no stars I would. I paid for a monthly subscription and was charged not only the monthly but the yearly as well. It’s a scam and I was told no refund would be provided. It’s absolutely ridiculous and I have yet been able to resolve this issue. Times are hard for money that wasn’t authorized to be taken out somehow gets taken out. I need my refund RENDERFOREST! Customer service is below average. Be careful who you subscribe to. You might end up like me.

Great app

This app is amazing! It’s a great app for people who have a lot of creativity, and even if you don’t have the subscription, it still comes out in good quality! There is a lot of variety in the animation templates for presentations, and the app and gui looks nice too!

Amazing, useful and quick.

I love it. For quick things, sometimes really difficult to do it in other softwares like After Effects. I recommend cause I really have been using this for a while. And I love it.

Many options available

I recently used Renderforest on my desktop and loved it! I thought I would try the app. I have been creating animated videos and the app is very easy to follow and navigate. I definitely plan on continuing use on the app now.

Great resource for us!

They are scammers. Save your money and nerves. Do not subscribe. First, it's a very low-quality product with lots of bugs. It definitely does not deserve the $40/month subscription fee. Second, if you subscribe, you won't find a way to unsubscribe because they hide the button. You will then have to deal with a shady team that will try to keep your money even when you didn't use the service. It's a scam

One of the best but a bit pricey!

If you can afford the bells and whistles, to pimp out an awesome animated logo! I was truly impressed how this app transformed my logo! Very cool add on goodies, that will make you fall in love with a new way to represent the way you market your brand to the world!🌏🤩👍🏽

It’s good

The water mark doesn’t take up the whole screen and if you don’t want the watermark it’s pretty cheap. It’s good quality too. I recommend this app over all the other apps.

No help

The app was great but now that it doesn't work for me I'm having trouble having the Renderforest team resolve my issue. I paid for premium features twice and none of the premium features worked. I emailed the support team and got what seamed like an automated response. Upon submitting my evidence for the second time I still have yet to receive a response.
