This app is very user friendly and the layout makes it easy to navigate through all the options available. I’ve used it to create work orders, pay rent, upload pictures and just basic communication. The turn around time for a response has been shockingly FAST!! Within minutes I get an update to my requests, and the best part about it, is how easy it is to use!
Hello. I just got docked for a late payment recently and can you please look into this problem? I don’t get an emails saying that I enrolled in Autopay and it doesn’t process through on the date you want to pay your bill. Upon saying that it works fine if I pay month by month instead of Autopay and I receive an email saying I paid. I wasn’t to happy speaking to the apartment managers because I spoke to them stating that my payment didn’t go through on Autopay using the same bank account that I always been using since I been living in my apartment from day one but I got turned down saying it was my bank. So I take their word for it and call my bank and they said autopay was not processed and nothing on their end was wrong and I had no restrictions on my account. The whole point I am saying is that if there is supposed to be autopay feature in the Resident Center app it better work because for me based off my discovery the Autopay feature failed me and it am suffering a $50 late fee plus my regular monthly bill because an app didn’t process the transaction when it was supposed to.
This app seems great until you actually try to use it
This app looks good and seems like a great tool, but it constantly signs me out and looses or deletes my login credentials entirely whenever it updates. It also deletes anything I have typed in a maintenance request if I so much as open up control center, Notification Center or partially open a text notification to quickly respond. Why the devs of this app didn’t design it to save as you type and instead only designed it to save once you move onto the next part of the maintenance request is infuriating and seems like major failure on their part. However as crazy as it sounds, this is still a slight improvement from an earlier version of the app that would delete your entire maintenance request if you left the app, opened control or notification center or so much as turned your phone sideways.
I’ve been using Resident Center for years and it’s great. However, I recently moved and both my previous landlord and current landlord use Resident Center and this is causing issues that I can’t seem to resolve. I got my new landlords email to set up my account but the app appears to be confused because I already have an account. I was able to get the account set up online for my new residence, but whenever I try to use the app, it’s still stuck on my old residence. I tried using their “contact customer support” form to send them a message but the captcha is broken and just says to contact the site owner to fix the issue. Well, I can’t, because this form is how I contact the site owner! So now I’m stuck. I can’t use the app because it won’t populate my new info and I can’t contact Buildium because the only way to do so is broken.
This app makes paying on your rent super easy and fast. It would be awesome to have more sections where the landlord could put in things like who to contact for the utility companies you have available or would need to contact to make such transitions easier. Example your power company could be PG&E so you’d have that list with a number to contact. Everything available under your resident portal, even a link that would take you directly to the website. Maybe the app can have a reminder ability to remind you prior to the due date. I believe there’s so much you can do with this app to make it more user friendly and resourceful!
I set up to automatic draft to pay rent to rent each month. The autopay worked great for a couple years. My rent increased and I had to correct it. Now it’s rejected it every month. I deleted the old, created another and still rejected it. There is nothing on my landlord side or my bank account. I refuse to pay an expensive interest rate to use my credit card. You need help to fix this. I travel a lot for work and now I have to worry I have to pay even more if I’m away on business travel. This is an inconvenience. The make it even worse, there is no way to contact them for help.
I initially thought this app was accessible, but after further inspection, I am finding some Accessibility problems with voiceover on iOS, which is apples, screen, reading, software for people who are blind. The app is not fully accessible with voiceover on iOS. There are tabs along the bottom that are not labeled and they’re also are unlabeled buttons. also, I don’t understand why if I am having my assessment deducted directly from my checking account, I am paying a fee of .35 cents per month. I have never had to do this either with taxes or any other fees.
Crashes, freezes, can’t upload photos, saves my data after uninstall?!
This app is frustratingly buggy on iOS. It constantly crashes and sometimes freezes everything on my phone. I update my phone software as soon as possible after an update is released, not sure if the developers for this app can’t keep up with iOS release cadence but I wish I could deal with the UI on mobile web browser instead. But that’s horrible too. I have no idea how many times I’ve deleted/reinstalled this app — concerning that even though deleted apps supposedly delete all data, I’ve never had to reenter anything. It just reconnects to my account???
This app is awesome and very easy to use. Even if you are technologically challenged you should have no problem using this app. You can pay rent (and set up recurring payments if you wish), view your current balance so you know when your payment has been applied. Repair requests can be submitted with ease. The repair section allows you to submit photos and you can view closed (completed) repairs. Two thumbs up.
Nice and convenient but charges you more money for rent.
My apartment got recently bought out by a bigger company that uses this app, my rent now has a minimum of $3 fees applied to each rent payment (3% if you don’t use your bank account direct withdrawal). I wouldn’t mind this so much if I wasn’t already struggling to figure out how to pay my bills, but that’s not the reality I live in. $36 a year is a full trip to the grocery store for me, and I don’t think some people realize how much all these added fees and costs affect people who are struggling to get through life to pay for the things they need.
When composing the information for a maintenance request the app does not save progress if you switch apps or let the screen go dark for a moment. And if you have to give it access to your photos in the middle it forgets about the request altogether. This is extremely frustrating. Saving progress should be basic behavior for any phone app where interruptions are to be expected (e.g. a phone call or text or your kid needing your attention). Please fix this.
Fantastic app, missing a few key features. Add a feature where past payment values are saved and autofilled as an option for rent paying instead of the full balance. I’ve also had 3 months where my landlord had to reach out to app dev support because the payment button for the account on the website not the app existed. (Huge problem). But aside from these two things the app is fantastic.
Allows easy payment of rent, submission of repair requests, but I rarely receive answers to questions (why were white lines painted in parking lot, as though someone would be digging up pavement? nothing happened, but I would have liked receiving an answer.) Have an issue NOW. The next page tells me that every nickname I submit has been taken, and I can’t move past that page. I want to pay my rent!
I get excellent results and feedback from this App. Its very easy to access your needs and concerns and they are met quickly. In my personal opinion 5 Stars and 5 Stars to our maintenance team (Fred) Thank you for your understanding and kindness during this last several months and forward as I grieve the loss of my beloved Mother and tend to her Estate issues with my sister.
The app is good, especially for when you cannot go out to pay your rent. However, the fees to pay your rent online or extremely too high. If the price to pay your rent online was lowered, I can definitely see giving it five stars. Also, when you put in a maintenance request, it either takes a long time to get a response or you get no response at all. If these two issues could be repaired, the Resident Center app would be fantastic.
It works and easy to navigate but it has technical work it can add. Like adding more than one bank account instead of just one card and one bank account or the biggest is splitting payments. Maybe it is just my property management but what’s the point of giving the options to split payments if it’s not allowed?
We love feeling secure in a community like no other. The apartments are exceptional and they have storage on site. The staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Maintenance is pleasant and always ready to help. The pool, workout area, banquet area and dog park are top notch as well. You can’t go wrong with The Hamptons in Leonardtown or any of the Saba Group properties. They are indeed luxury and a great landing pad. The Terrell’s
I can’t imagine not having access to everything this site has to offer, which is easy to navigate as well. The alternative is phone calls and emails to get information that is instantly at your fingertips on the website.
This is so easy … no running for stamps or to the post office. Just push a few buttons on your phone or computer. Three seconds and done . Also being able to explain problems you may be having in your residence to repair, before possibly getting worse.
The directory option doesn’t show up in the app, as far as I can see. Only the website version. Also, when I uploaded my profile photo, it appears in ALL the profile photos, not just mine. Otherwise, I’m really appreciative of the simplicity and ease of use of this app!
So happy my landlord switched to this app. No more writing checks and all the hassle of having to drop off rent at an office. It’s so much more convenient to just pay from my phone. Also have the option to use a credit card for a fee; which isn’t my jam, but it’s a nice option.
Great app, but I wish I could set up AutoPay so that it doesn’t make a payment if I’ve already paid rent early. I don’t want to pay my rent ahead of time, then be automatically charged the same amount again. (If this feature is already present, it’s not made clear.)

So thankful for the team at The Seasons. They helped me get an apartment quickly after an unfortunate situation with my first residence on the island. Since I have lived here, any maintenance issues are handled quickly. My neighbors are kind and friendly. I look for to my first official year on the osland. Rent here recommend.
App is fairly easy to use. Most people here are afraid to use it because of what the former office worker and her closest friends are making it out to be but it is friendly, fairly easy to use, very convenient and has the safety of a bank account.
If you have a problem like I’m having, where your ability to pay through the app is suddenly gone, good luck trying to get help for it. Their “support center” if you can even call if that is just a Q&A for general issues. There’s no actual way to contact a real person for this problem. Not even so much as an email address that you can write to or a form to fill out. Great when things go right, horrible when things go wrong. If things are only good when they’re good, then it’s not a good app.

Will not download to my iPhone 11. It just spun it’s wheels but didn’t get on the phone despite saying purchased when I tried to download it again which it won’t let me do. I searched my App Library and there’s no trace of it.
Using this app has been very useful and informative. As a caregiver, I am able to assist when needed. It is great having all of the info in one place is convenient for tenants. The app is a work in progress and TCP management does a great jo and is quick to respond when any questions or concerns arise. Thank you for providing this all-in-one tool for your residents to use.
This company does not fix anything at the property. You can never talk to management only text and sometimes you get a response and sometimes you get nothing. He been saying he is sending my deposit back for weeks and I have not received it yet. Then he is sending it through cashapp. What business management gives you money through cashapp and say that’s going to be the receipt. I wish I knew all this before we rented from this company?
After living here almost 2- years I am more then happy with the Mor Group! Always available and very fast response for any problem ( and they are few)!A pleasure to be able to pay lease payment online! I would highly recommend this Group!!
The app is a good as whoever is running it. The fees to pay rent with a debit card are beyond excessive and there are so security features that say someone should feel safe putting their banking details here! Nothing that says they assure my info is safe, won’t be stolen and they are liable if that happens. I won’t be using this app with my landlord again! They don’t check it anyway and it’s easy for them to steal money in fees!
App works well , based on landlord I would assume? Mine responds quickly and addresses everything almost immediately. Good link between both- if both are responsive.
Since I have moved to my current home almost one year ago, it has become so simple to pay my rent. I just look at my calendar, then tap into the Buildium site and pay.
There is no longer a “payment option” as of 6/4/22. I searched all over this app, and the help option said “click the + and then choose payments” But I click + and it only has two options: call or text property manager. I am likely going to have a late fee tacked on because the app is broken and doesn’t have a payment option.
I came here before pendermic and Over a year ,I loved it so much and very happy .it’s private room liked vip , my customers feeled comfortable when they got here. They said: modern salon ,easy parking lot then they gonna bring more and more clients for me . Eric was amazing guy he helped me a lot and everything. Thanks Eric
I love using this app it helps me keep track of everything! Needed a maintenance repair, put in a request online. They got back to me the next day and got the issue fixed within a couple of days.
Very useful app. Makes it much easier to take photos so the landlord can understand better. Love it wish all places had a app like this. They are quick to respond and get whatever done in a timely manner. Thank you so much!!
I am a tenant and the app is horrible! I have not been able to pay my rent online or through the app or see my payment history for a few months now! My property manager has checked their part and have put in tickets for the problem because I am not the only one. This app is not doing me any good if I have to drive to the other side of town to pay my rent because the app is not working!
I personally love using this app, though there are many tenants living in the apartment building that I live in that are Hispanic and do not know or understand how to use this app. I think there should be other options available to them as well because their having a very hard time with not knowing what to do

The app is great, very easy to use. My only issue is the app says one price for my rent but the email sent out says another price. Other than that, I like the app, love the home I am renting and the convenience of the area I am in.
I have lived at Oak Leaf Apt’s for almost a year now, and the guy who own’s the property is Great! The complex is always in nice clean condition ( He has a good Maintenance guy” Mason” ) and if there is ever any issues with your apt, it is addressed immediately. I’ve loved this app right up to this month. I sometimes fall asleep holding my phone ( I know that makes me dum) but I now for the life of me cannot figure out how I deleted it from my Home Screen but can still be found in my settings and cannot figure out how to get it back on the Home Screen!
The app is nice I can pay my rent and submit requests easily but I’m in the military so for autopay I can’t do every two weeks I get paid bi monthly there’s a difference it isn’t always 14 days apart if I don’t pay attention I either overdraft or spend money set aside for something else or it doesn’t get paid
Can’t submit a bug report so I’m writing here. Trying to pay rent on iPhone 8 is difficult. The keyboard covers up the “send payment” button and wont go away. I recorded the screen. Other than that, the app is really nice. But it’s primary function - handling rent payments, gets a solid D- from this person. Sorry!
I like the app but I put my renters insurance on it and also put in an order for the Sink to be fixed. But nobody has even bothered to open up that request or look at it yet so I fixed it by myself. And my renters insurance never been looked at either and it’s been four months or more for both of them I like that I can pay and know my balance tho…
