I’ve been with River Region Credit Union since 2016 (myself, my parents 20 years) And I have absolutely had no issues whatsoever with them. Anytime I have a question or I need help with something they immediately pick up the phone and are more than happy to help me with anything I need. I love how user-friendly and super easy it is to access my bank account through my phone as well as having 24 seven ATM service at my disposal. I would highly recommend River Reigon Credit Union to anybody looking to open a savings account, a checking account, or anything financial related. Organized well but needs improvement. It shows the current balance but not the current transactions. It’s Sunday but it shows transactions from Thursday but not Friday or Saturday. The older app worked better.
This app is awful. It used to be great but something changed and now it will say “error updating” several times a week so we can’t see what’s in our account.
This app is easy to use and navigate through my different accounts. I have also added an external account which makes it a breeze to transfer funds back and forth. The best thing is the quick login. No more having to enter the user Id and password just enter the 4 character code and your in. 😎
I’ve restarted the App, the phone, deleted the App and associated data, re-installed, switched networks, and done everything short of wiping my iPhone 13 pro max, on iOS17 and iOS18, I can’t even get *to* the login screen. ‘Something’s gone wrong on our end’ is all the feedback I get from this App. I’d like to do more debugging, but I don’t even know what error is happening, at least give us an HTTP error code.
