Two Thumbs Down
Wasn’t even able to access the system. Changed our passwords from the previous version and instructed to use the last six digits of our social security number then was told that was wrong and was locked out. Had no one available on the weekend to unlock the account and couldn’t even leave a message. First time I’ve been disappointed with Rogue but I’m majorly not happy with not being able to access my accounts! And I can’t even leave ZERO stars which is what I prefer to leave.

Update made the app clunky
I used to love using the rogue app, but it seems that ever since they did their most recent update, the app is near useless. It won’t show you pending charges, there is major lag, the due dates on personal loans no longer change when the payment is made, mobile deposit is unavailable 99% of the time and feels almost sketchy to use now. I don’t know who did what or what happened, but if you use this app, don’t rely on it unless you’re also keeping track of your finances manually elsewhere... I’ve even tried to get tech support and all of a sudden nobody is ever available to chat. I tried 6 times in one day and finally gave up. Such a bummer.

Best Credit Union
I’ve been a member of 6 other credit unions over my lifetime. My experiences with Rogue have convinced me this one is the best. The way it is run / managed proves it is a community oriented business. Members are rewarded in so many ways. They reward those who save and make it easier to do it daily. They were very involved in supporting the whole community, not just the members during the COVID-19 crisis for more than 2 years. The employees are always polite, helpful and cheerful. Thank you ROGUE CU! You have my vote, for #1!!

My biggest regret
Is not joining sooner. My 84 yo Great Grandmother finds RCU easy to use and when going with her to run her errands I got to see how friendly and helpful everyone is. I actually trust that my grandma is in good hands. Furthermore, All of my friends use RCU and I overheard them talking about Save The Change which blew my freaking mind. Finally, being charged so much money from Chase just for breathing was beyond frustrating. The app is so simplistic it’s too good to be true. I am OBSESSED with being able to label my savings which is literally life changing. And I haven’t been gouged for high interest rates or account rates. All in all I regret not joining sooner this is so awesome. Now I understand why RCU has outgrown its shoes so much over the past decade and given back to the community in outrageous ways. Please don’t change ILYSM <3 okay Ill shut up now

New version works great
The new version that came out to correct camera rotation for check deposits works great. I originally gave the app 3 stars and have now given it 5 stars. Thanks to the developers for getting the issue resolved. Hopefully updates can happen faster in the future. This update took some time to get released.

Twice the trouble
After two years of easily and conveniently doing my banking on the RCU app, I suddenly can’t deposit checks into my business account. Which is a huge pain given the only reason I get checks is through my business. Apparently I need a separate app for that. With a separate login. Which “may take a few days to get approved”. A heads up about this would have been good. Or even better, don’t require two apps at all! Additionally, I seem to no longer be able to reorder how I view my accounts on the screen, and can’t see all of them at once because each one takes up multiple lines. There may be people for whom this whole two apps thing is designed, but it’s sure not me.

DONT TRUST THE APP. Wish I did my research before trusting the app!
The app will not show certain charges that are pending then it’ll display that you have more money than you actually currently have making you think you’re fine and not overspending. Then after you use the money the hidden pending transactions that it’s not showing you have will charge your bank and then the bank will hit you with “uncollected funds” charges because you spent what you thought you had. You go from thinking you’re fine and that you spent what you had only to look at the app and randomly being in the negative from the hidden pending purchases. DONT TRUST THE APP.

I would like text messages for every purchase
For some reason this app won’t remember my password!!! It’s driving me crazy I can’t sign in ever since to Apple update Is there anyway you can update This app so I can receive text messages on every purchase? The last bank I banked at did that and I would love to see every transaction my card makes through some kind of notification. All I get is the balance once in awhile unless I open the app and look myself. If you could do that I will five star ⭐️ this app.

Not as good as MFCU App was
The camera is fuzzy on this App. I want to use it to make check deposits. Why can’t it recognize the amount on the check, after repeated attempts? The camera gives a blurry, distorted view of the check no matter how many times I attempt this. The Malhuer Federal Credit Union App was crystal clear, using the same devices that I am using with this App. - I also dislike the fact that the instructions come AFTER you have taken the pictures. Perhaps this could change, so that it reminds us what the endorsement area is supposed to say BEFORE we endorse it, take the pictures, and hit deposit.

Glitches that have not been addressed
This app has met expectations until a few weeks ago. I am no longer able to deposit checks as the viewer to take pictures says to “rotate the device” and no amount of rotating allows the picture of the check, ergo no deposit. It is expected for things like this to happen at a regional bank, but it has been several weeks and there is no fix in sight. If you are considering banking here and want to avoid driving to a branch and waiting in line, I recommend banking elsewhere.

The app is very easy to use, with a simple interface, while also allowing you to apply for loans directly through the app. Transferring to other accounts is intuitive, and efficient. A great, easy to use app

Check Deposits
App has always been great and delivered everything I’ve needed of it. But recently it has stopped allowing me to make check deposits with the error of “turn your phone to continue your deposit”. This never leaves the screen, keeping me from taking a picture of the check and depositing it. Hope this gets fixed soon.

Fine until you have a problem
Very basic app that is like phone banking. If your credit card gets hacked don’t bother opening this app because there is nothing here to help you. This cu seems to have a lot of scams, all of which happen after the bank closes and you have to call the Visa number. Most bank cards allow the user to place a hold on the card, send a fraud text…not this one. I’ve banked here for years but I’m very disappointed.

Love it!
I am really enjoying the new functions the app allows me to do. I like that everything is larger and easy to read. I’m also loving the new money management feature. It takes a little to get it all set up, but one place to see all my accounts is going to be great.

I’d like to give it no stars right now.
It locked me out for 24 hours. The mobile banking is completely toast right now. All I need to do is check my bank account, and it’s not possible because the developers clearly didn’t know what the heck they were doing.

Setting up new device and locked out of account
Telling me to call in, but there’s no phone support available. Kind of ridiculous if you ask me. Only way to verify. My account was sending a text message to a 10 year old phone number that just happened to be a VoIP number. What would I have done if I didn’t have access to that this is ridiculous and I’m at the point of being done using your bank.

Poor poor upgrade..
I was completely satisfied with the previous version I’m not sure what kind of an update this was expected to be but it’s pretty poor... What a way to start. First there was password issues. Now once we get in we have personal and business accounts, we can only make a deposit to our personal savings account how ridiculous is this! The direction is, you to call them. it’s Sunday for crying out loud!!! This is ridiculous!! not happy

Now allowing me access to my accounts
The most recent update is not letting me “confirm my identity”. It insists on calling me instead of text, and it hangs up on me before I can finish confirming. Something isn’t right with the system if I can’t confirm my identity on my own phone even though I have the right password and phone number. Please fix. I often can’t just walk into a branch every time I need to check my accounts.

My father Stan Marchington and Vernon Waltoff started up RCU in a small home in Grants Pass in the 60’s for teachers to help them save money for retirement ect.. my father would be so proud to know how RCU has grown and still provides such wonderful banking/financial services!

Mobile deposit doesn’t work
Mobile check deposit doesn’t work on any of my Apple devices anymore. When you go to take picture of check it blurs out the screen with a message that you need to rotate the device to take the picture, even when you rotate it’s nothing but a blurry screen and unable to take pictures of check to make deposit.

Spam notifications are intolerable
I finally had to disable notifications. I can’t take it spamming me all day every day. It needs the ability to control what notifications and thresholds it sends, otherwise it drives you nuts.

Needs more work
Before the “big change “ it used to be good at letting you know when checks and payments were issued since early and not when everything has been paid and the bank is close, very disappointed in that, I had to paid some nsf just because I check my account and it said I had money and passing 6pm I’m overdraft and I owe money, seriously? Well anyway I will re review this when this issue is resolved

Stupid
So having a bad experience right off the bat. I try to log in and it wants the last 6 digits of my social, which is weird because I’m used to just typing in my password and I don’t have my social security number memorized off the top of my head. So I get it, and I accidentally type in a wrong number. Well guess what! Can’t simply correct it because it says that I am now locked out for 24h! Can’t even get into the app to see if it’s any good.

Hate app
Dislike this new app, been trying to log on for a day and a half. Tells me my info is incorrect. It’s my personal info, how the heck can it be wrong!! There was nothing wrong with the previous app, and now I’m without ability to do any of my online banking tell I can SEE/Talk to a customer service agent on Monday!!! If your going to have an app( especially a new one) have customer service support 24-7!!!!!!

The BEST thing to do is take it to the bank if you have problems setting the app up, like I did. The teller at Rogue was SUPER helpful like they always are. The new app DOES work very well! Rogue is simply the BEST credit union in the solar system! Galaxy! UNIVERSE!

Two year frustration
I’ve been with rogue credit union for two years. If you go to the bank there’s always a long wait. The credit app never works. It is always under construction even if you call them to try and fix it, it never gets done. It’s just a bunch of incompetent people.

The new app is terrible!!!
I have not yet successfully used the new app which is unfortunate because the old app no longer works either. I have tied to download it and use it and I repeatedly get an application error. Upon advice from the bank I have deleted and redownloaded the app which has not helped a bit. The new app is awful!

Lame
The last version was much easier to use. This one, after one transposed character in my password, has kicked me out “for 24 hours”. That’s unnecessary and is 24 hours of opportunity for my finances to get messed up. The new app has been on my phone for 2 hours. Fix the bugs, then launch the app.
