My wife and I really enjoy this app it works really well and are very impressed with that thank you so much Eric Ramos! Also, the only thing we would ask to change on it is to add HOA filtering to the filtering list. We would love for the developers to add this feature soon!

To the Developers Can you check the share link function? I am on Verizon network using iPhone XR. I currently have e 2 bars with their network and am biding a cousin I. Universal City, Texas. I’ll let you know how it acts when I’m back at my apt in Austin. I’ll see if the location is an issue. My Apartment at times has connection issues. I think it’s the concrete and steel in the building that maybe interfering with the signal. Others report the same issue so it’s not limited to Verizon. I am using Spectrum for my cable and internet. I bought a WD signal booster to see if that helps. I will test both ways at home and report the results. When I try to share a link, it just spins. It is trying to connect to the messaging program but not able to fully make the connection. Probably a minor fix. I’ll be checking back as I run your program through some different scenarios. I’ll install this on. New win10 dell gaming laptop and report those results as well. Thank you for your work on the program. I do a bit of beta testing for a popular game on Facebook FYI Cathy

So, the app is ok, but loading photos on 5G and gig Wi-Fi connections take forever. Additionally, unlike your website, you don’t actually list the taxes. Taxes in the area can be almost as much as the house payment. That alone may be a reason to next. Also, if I mark a property as no, why do you keep showing it on the map? How can I easily look at a large number and not miss them if you won’t let my hard no choices be hidden?

Love the app for our searches from Houston for property in the Hill Country. I would love to see lot sizes in the list view rather than having to click into the listing to find it.

Same problem as other user. Not my internet connection as I can save homes on Zillow and other apps. When I try to favorite a home, it just spins, so I am unable to save anything. Very frustrating. Also the search by address function has never found a single address although the homes show on the map as being for sale and you can look at them that way.

The only thing I would change is when you send a home for someone to view and they have the app. The link should open in the app instead of the webpage.

Good app to see homes. The mortgage calculator does not reflect actual mortgage costs ie. Different types of loans FHA, VA home loan, closing costs.. or include property tax, or include home insurance.

Tax, listing history. User friendly search engine. New listings. Please update the application to mirror the desktop SABOR site. Please! Thank goodness I’m not paying extra for the app!

The websites online have a multitude of advanced filters while this app is very limited forcing you to pan through way too many results. Things simply like how many a garage spaces are not even an option and no key word search.

Can't just print out the actual house with info. It always includes the ridiculous sabor papers that are ten pages long!

Useful app.. but needs extra tweaking..

I use to love this app all the time for me and my clients. But now nothing runs on it, photos take forever to load if they load at all. I hate it now and I’m looking for alternatives!

It won’t let me put in a property address and search it

The app would be much better if the maps that powered it were accurate

I enter the search criteria and start looking, then the search times out and starts over if I get a phone call, or lock my phone for a minute, etc. I guess I can't expect much. The website time out while I'm actively clicking on items.

Did not like you can not see property without a MLS number

When you’re looking for a house on map, especially for the new construction, the zip code doesn’t match the location that shows on the map. Be careful

This app is worthless! It will not let you do anything unless you get a code from a real estate agent. I want to look at what is available before talking to an agent. I want to see all my options, not just to ones an agent thinks i want.
