SafePal: Crypto Wallet BTC NFT

Anyone giving this app a 1 star review saying it’s a scam and is taking their money in fees and they lost their money are fools and don’t know how blockchains work. The fees are gas’s fees and have nothing to do with safepal but the chain their coin/token is on. Most likely ethereum as gas is high. And the ones saying that safe pal just stole money probably got phished or rugpulled and are mad. Decentralized finance is just that and safepal is not responsible for user error. Also if you import your phrase and nothing shows up because of an apparent error with their wallet then just import the same phrase on MetaMask or trust and it WILL be there. Hopefully they fixed that error but to the noobs your crypto wasn’t stolen and if it’s gone it’s because you have NO clue what you’re doing! I love that this wallet has a bridge! Too cool! Keep it up! Please integrate Harmony One dapps!

I’ve been using SafePal for about a month now and I can tell you it’s a lot of fun to use. I’m sad that there is now browser extension (Chrome store web extension is a scam for those who don’t know) so I still use MetaMask; however, for those who are just starting to get into crypto/NFTs and Dex/Dapps, I recommend SafePal hands down. It’s definitely got the most user friendly and easy to understand ui I have come across. Lots of compatible networks (with even more added in the recent update) and the transactions are fast, easy and even trackable through the app (no looking at ether scan, bsc scan, etc). I also love the fact they have a hardware wallet to pair with their software wallet (and their own token!!). All in all, SafePal is an amazing app for beginners and vets alike. It’s not “Military grade” like those more expensive air-gapped wallet, but it’s the cheapest wallet out there and super safe (100% Air-gapped is the absolute dealbreaker over other wallets). Plus, unlike those more expensive ones, it doesn’t look like a cool smartphone that people would want to steal just for that reason alone if they see it. Instead, it looks like some old obsolete 90’s accessory (perfectly inconspicuous). Just keep in mind that if you hold major fat stacks of crypto you might want to put it in a higher caliber air-gapped wallet. You can use dozens of decentralized exchanges right in the wallet browser, which saves you the hassle of needing to use your laptop for trading and the fees of moving coins to other places AND the risk of holding coins on exchanges- even for a few minutes. SafePal HARDWARE WALLET. Buy it.

I never do reviews but wow! Safepal has been one of the best projects in the crypto space. Last review I had mentioned about there not being Face ID & for more coins to be added for the hardware wallet. That’s exactly! what they did. They consistently give the community updates on their products and new app upgrades. Their app works flawlessly with every transaction being successful. Dapps operating swiftly with no issue. AnD their NFT wallet being one of the best in the game. Reading from the comments. For the people complaining. It seems like you have just came into the crypto space. I suggest learning how to develop a better understanding on hardware wallets and being able to maneuver through Dapps & Blockchains. Many of the problems I’ve read have been mistakes done from the users inexperience. For the SafePale Team: Amazing work young Jedis. I applaud. Tip. Don’t lock people out of their wallets if they can’t get the password right using 1 form. Let them try both, pattern or password before locking up the wallet. Also, the pattern is too sensitive and can perhaps mess with people sometimes. Other than that. Bravo my young SafePal Jedi’s. The future is bright.

I’ve tried many, many different wallets across the vastness of blockchains—having too many on various devices... and mostly because a wallet performed some sort of crypto gymnastics to move, convert, bridge, et alia for one certain chain. Most of you know what I mean. Now, SP is my goto problem solver. It’s like a big piece of chocolate cake. It hits the spot. It supports all the Chains I am invested, and it has the functions of 7 different wallets I one used... Ahhhh..., cleaned out the wallet-clutter. Thank You, answer-to-most-of-my-crypto-needs-supa-stars... Praises.

the good part is that I can do swaps that I was not able to do on most popular exchanges and other wallets/dapps, also updating my original review about nonexistent support because I finally got a reply from them and it did help to resolve my issue, so they do respond but it takes a while and I liked the fact that they offered a simple solution straight up without asking any extra questions going back and forth. The hardware wallet pairs nicely with this wallet, had no issues on that front but you don't need to have safepal hardware wallet to use safepal mobile wallet, this is a nice standalone non custodial wallet that also can pair with their hardware wallet.

Being able to “minimize” a connected web3 site in order to copy a contract address or check a balance in your assets is extremely convenient. Wrap all this up in a great looking interface with the ability to manage multiple mnemonics (not just PKs) and you have my favorite wallet hands down. P.S. its really a 5-star review, but i want the ability to add multiple networks so im using the last star as leverage until we get at least Cronos network in there! 🤣

This USED to be my favorite cold storage wallet but now it is just beyond frustrating and I will be moving to a different product. My reasons are two fold: 1 - After a few months of excellent use, I encountered a hardware issue where the wallet would only power on when connected to a power source, even with a full battery. 2 - The support for the above issue has been non existent. A tier one support agent collected some info, and had me submit a video of the problem, then forwarded my case to the developers. No issue, standard procedure here. However, they have since gone silent. It’s been weeks without any updates even after repeated requests to get one. Look, hardware can be flakey and if they solved this problem, or replaced my wallet, I can live with that (provided the new one doesn’t also break after a short while). However the silence is just unacceptable when dealing with financial transactions. This issue impacts me when trying to make trades as I need to make sure I am near a power source, and have my cable, in order to make a transaction. So frustrating. So I would stay away from this one. Evidently they are cheaply made, and unsupported.

Every time I open this app there are enhancements and fixes. I don’t think there is a most comprehensive wallet on the market that supports hardware keys and everything that it does. It’s not for new users as the functionality can get you in trouble and may be confusing at times. However, I’ve tried all the top wallets and this one leads the pack in functionality by far. Great work team. Current ask is Monero blockchain support needs to be added asap.

After having my funds stolen twice from third party software wallet (exodus), decided to buy a safe pal hardware wallet. Safe pal wallet and app is pretty easy to setup. The one downside is that wish the physical wallet was able to list all my crypto held, as well as balances for each. Not a deal breaker as I can see them in the safe pal app. Is there anyway to add support for XNO (nano) so I can move my funds over from third party software wallet to my safe pal hardware wallet?

This app is EXTREMELY dangerous. They have many addresses that are wrong with the wrong network. If you use them you’ll lose your money. I have brought it to their attention and their response made no sense. I messaged again and got another reply that didn’t deal with the issue. These people either are completely stupid or you’re getting an automated response. After 3-times is exposing THEIR mistakes with the addresses and telling them they are going to cause people to lose their money, I am done with this app. I’ve deleted it and I’m not using it ever again. Totally incompetent and the lack of caring about this very serious issue is too concerning for me to even consider using it.

Honestly, one of the best wallets out there. It makes things very easy and simple, especially for beginners. What I most like about it is that it shows the blockchain network of each coin and warns you to check about the network before sending. I had a problem with my coinbase wallet and I easily fixed it when I connected it to SafePal. Definitely recommended.

I have most of the hardware wallets on the market.. I love this one because of a few features. “GEN 2” should have no usb but have a SD slot. Use some “hearing aid batteries or wireless charging?? It’s not 100% If you can hook it up to a computer that is online. Defeating the Purpose every time. Sure a wall charger will work… but not for updates and just having a usb port will make people just plug it in their laptop or ?? Because they have to now. Come on CZ.. dig deeper make it happen. You KNOW those are improvements for the USERS.. not just binance.

Please work on the safepal notification is not brining out notification anymore and whenever I tried to bring or search out for tokens it will not bring them out please do something about it ASAP is not working perfectly again like before ,is better to work on it very fast to avoid losing of costumers

I use this on my iPhone all the time and it mostly works well. I would like it to allow refresh a DApp when pulling down but that is of minor inconvenience. I have also had issues with the app improperly caching some data. On an iPad the app looks terrible as it is clearly still operating as if not a phone. I would also like to see support for landscape mode operation.

Contacted customer service asked many questions screen shots hash number links Then couple weeks later they responded sorry we just got back from long vacation it look like the funds are storage it the other customer account

Hello, I’ve been messing with crypto for awhile but tokens are still alittle tricky for me. Not sure why but my feg token balance has not budged in almost a year I think. Tokens are given to holders after each transaction but mine hasn’t moved. My wallet doesn’t show cash balance or include the cash balance of my def either so trying to figure out what is going on, can anyone point me in the right direction, thank you

I had to reinstall my SafePal wallet and when I installed and used to my 12 word passphrase, my wallet returned empty. For some reason my passphrase didn’t recover my previous wallet address and lost all my funds. Contacted support via telegram and twitter and they haven’t been able to help recover my address. Very disappointed right now. For now on, I will keep my funds in my hardware wallet, I don’t care what kind of incentives SafePal is offering to hold your coins in there wallet for 7 days. I will be uninstalling this app and never using it again. So disappointed... Btw, I was using their software wallet.

The app looks good and simple but it’s too challenging to do anything. From needing ETH to be able to transfer coins or send coins to needing to have a certain amount to even send anything or transfer anything it’s too difficult and now I’m out $60 because I can’t get any of my money transferred and can’t buy into anything because I don’t have enough in my wallet to even transfer to another currency or to send back to coinbase or anything. Would not recommend this app at all!

I’ve been using SafePal since 2020 and it’s easily the best experience I’ve had. This wallet is unmatched with quality and convenience. It supports both hardware and software wallets and the UI is beautiful. I will continue to use SafePal and I hope to see further development in the future!!

I am unable to withdraw my funds even after trying several time. When I send TRX to my SafePal in other for me to withdraw my usdt. I keep getting this message ( SIGERROR ) and when I try again to resend to see if it will work. They ask me to send another 10 TRX. Please can you help me resolve this as soon as possible. Please realease my funds for me to withdraw, this is a criminal heart and I would report to this app for stealing. I keep send gas fee and even when the transaction or the swap doesn’t take place, they ask for mother gass fee

I updated to the latest version and when I open the app, all I get is a black screen. UPDATE: Issue has been fixed with a new update. Review changed from 1 star to 5 stars. Thank you for fixing the issue in a relatively quick timeframe.

The SafePal wallet is just absolutely amazing, the app is very cool, everything I need for trading crypto is there, the more I fiddle with the both the hw wallet and app the more I fall in love, great job with this, don’t every take anything away from the app, just add on to it if necessary, but don’t remove any of the very cool features. First, I love both my SafePal’s. I can sleep at night knowing I am the only one who can make transactions happen. Anyways, there is one thing I absolutely hate. The Uniswap DAPP is still broken. It works through the browser extension, but not through the app. Is there any update on this?

I really like the SafePal and the reasonably priced hardware wallets, I’ve been a fan since 2019 but recently with defi being so popular I realized there is no built in browser like MetaMask. I believe this is the only thing this app needs to complete this amazing app.

Great app. BEP20 support is super smooth & built-in DEX is great as well. Contender for TrustWallet for sure. Only problem is, it’s a battery hog. Don’t know what this app could possibly require that drained 27% of my brand new iPhone’s battery in less than 40 minutes of use if this app… seems under optimized for iOS in that regard. Otherwise, for doing what it claims it will do, top notch!

Can you please help us look into the notification , it has stopped working and that’s what make Safepal so special to me in the first place , without the notification, I think it’s going to lose its “Juice”, kindly look into it as soon as possible , thank you

SafePal stop notifying and I don’t get notifications on the notifications bar, anytime the notification pops up, and I want to check it says no data found … please look into this

Been using a couple of months now and I like it it. Sometimes the price can be a bit behind on real time, also I have the hardware wallet. It is GREAT only thing I wish is that ur password for every transaction could be shorter like a 4 digit pin. It should at least be an option.

I don’t understand how anyone can not like this wallet. If you understand the power of crypto this app allows you into the entire world with no restrictions. All the bad comments here are from people who don’t understand how to use it.

No complaints so far. Really easy to setup everything. I feel like it my crypto is safe and secure with the hardwallet. I do recommend adding a widget option for app.

Is there any way I can get my SafePal wallet back, it is not loading, I don’t want to delete the app so as not to loose my hundreds of wallets. I am only getting a blank screen if I open it

Love this wallet. Just hope that the XLM to BNB transfer can speed up in the future, it takes about 30-45 mins right now. I’ll update my review to 5 stars as soon as this is done. Other than that, I love pretty much everything about this app.

This is a scam you can import/deposit just fine yea but soon as you try to withdraw/transfer out the want to charge you in some special coin they sell but that’s not all the minimum amount of their super special coin you can buy is $200 so basically the hold your money ransom until you pay them $200 plus fees and to top it off apple will not help in this situation

This is a real review. I was skeptical because it doesn’t have many reviews but this has to be the most in-depth wallet app on iPhone. You can add as many wallets as you want. Definitely worth it.

I don’t even write reviews but the easy accessibility of this app and the easy connects to decentralized exchanges have made it possible for me to have major gains . This is the least I could do .
