When logging in I get the legend showing me that the circled 'A' is available balance but no accounts. If I go to another tab and back the accounts appear. I got a different message than another reviewer when depositing a check. The required mobile deposit wording is so long I have to write small. This is a big corporate check - a regular sized personal check will be worse. The app apparently couldn't read it. I selected "Submit any way" since it *is* on the check. We'll see if it's accepted and how long it takes.
This app is AMAZING!! I love that I don’t have to fully log into the app in order to see my account balances. The P2P transfer is amazing. I’m able to send money to anyone where all the have to do is click on a link and it will transfer to their account instantly and when another member transfers money to me it’s right in my account with just a click. I have been a member of SAFCU for 20+ years now, and even when I was living in a different state they still helped me out with anything I needed. I will forever be a meme we of this amazing credit union!!
I use Sandia and managing my money directly with the app is easy with this for the most part. What I don't enjoy is the Zelle option that automatically links to my bank when I try to use Zelle. It takes me to the Sandia app and when I try to use it I end up getting an Error message and it doesn't change as many times as I reload it. I hope you have better luck with that function. Because of that I can't receive or send money when I need to 👎
The app does what it needs to but the mobile deposit is busted. It says my image quality is too low but there is no way to set image quality and my phone is more than capable of taking a high quality image.
Never changed my password and use biometric id to log in but all of a sudden it stopped working went to use my password and that didn’t work tried to reset my password and it locked me out even with all my information entered correctly. This app has been quite troublesome lately and trying to get someone at the credit union to help has been near impossible.
App is clunky and rarely works properly. Today, it wouldn't display the transactions on the credit card, happens about half the time. The credit union itself is the worst I have encountered in ABQ, they have so many problems. Will be closing my account soon.
This app is always having problems! I have to delete and reinstall all the time. They also will change policies on you without any warning. Have been with them for two years and there is always something that comes up. I am ready to switch banks.
This app is terrible for a bank app. It doesn’t properly refresh/update the account giving inaccurate info. It glitches and ends up charging a bunch of overdraft fees when I have money in my account. I haven’t banked here very long but I’m already thinking about switching...
I just opened my account a little over a month ago and I am one very dissatisfied customer. I can’t get a live person on the 24/7 customer service line. I can’t use my debit card and I have called the bank and no one has helped. I really am considering changing banks.
everrrrr, and nooooot a great bank... why would you make it so hard to pay a Bill for my GR SUPRA, You 🤡‘s. Take a look at ummm about every other BANK’S apps, because all of them are better and I will refinance soon because I’m starting to realize this bank has no clue... I want negative stars for this one
Horrible update. Now anyone who opens the app on my phone will know my balance without me having to login on the app.... General maintenance has lasted 3 days. This app is getting worse with each update Still show account balance without having to log in. Also allows anyone to see your transactions with out being logged into the account HORRIBLE SECURITY!
I have used SAFCU APP since they came out with it in 2006. This upgrade that occurred in 2016 and is wonderful. Very secure, user friendly, and many options in the new interface.
The app is nothing more than a glorified shortcut running a browser inside a shell. The old app was spartan, but at least it remembered your information and jumped to a clean view of your accounts. It doesn't matter anyway; the old app has been deactivated, or at least mine was after I downloaded this one and re-initialized my account (per the email instructions.) If you use the website a lot, you won't mind this app. It's very HTML 4.0-ish 😒
This app is the perfect symbol for this bank. Outdated technology and always late to the game with stuff other banks have had for years and have already moved on from. I truly hate this bank.
Since the release of the new app for SAFCU, the app only loads "recent transactions" dated 12/29/2016. It's now 2/24/2017. What's your definition of recent in terms of online banking? If fixed promptly my rating will definitely change as this is the only thing, albeit a large problem, keeping this app from a higher rating.
