Never loads correctly.. very buggy. Frustrating. It is ridiculous for a big company like SAP to put a product on the market that is so weak. I have no choice, but I have to use it because of my companies mandate. Ridiculous.
This app has caused so many headaches and unnecessary, time-wasting steps. If I try to input my time for multiple days, it requires I log off and log back on after each day entry. There’s always a log on/loading error or maintenance but nothing seems to be fixed. I have been trying to upload my timesheet but it gave me an “internal server error” over and over again, I tried in the morning and again now in the evening. I tried to reset my password and it said that they sent an email but I have not received anything in any of my folders. I tried to change the email like the online assistance suggested but it would not let me use another email. This is by far the WORST timesheet app I have ever used.
This app doesn’t have a logic to work and I have to try all the possibilities to enter the work time. For example if I need to enter my lunchtime at 12:00pm it won’t work for most of days! I have to change to make it acceptable At the end it count wrong and I have to reset. That’s annoying
I’d say it “at least gets the job done” but it really doesn’t. The time entry is pretty annoying on this thing. Scrolling to get accurate hours/minutes has a weird, floaty/janky feel to it. If you scroll too quickly, the time entry tool will zip past the hour or minute you were trying to pick. When it’s not doing that, the scrolling will decide to rubber-band back to a prior selection. It’s pretty unwieldy. Not the worst app I’ve used, but I do kind of sigh a bit when I remember it’s time to enter my time sheet. I am not holding my breath for an update to fix this, because it’s still not updated to fill the entire screen of iPhone X and above. This thing is pretty ancient. You have to essentially trick the UI into doing its job.
The app doesn’t have half the functionality of the website for people entering time. Simple questions to the fieldglads team would make you think they don’t know or care that they have an app at all.
I have had this app loaded for a few weeks now, and decided to use it today to enter time. Today is Wednesday. I entered Tuesday’s time without a problem (well actually I had trouble getting it to save, but once I told it not to save changes, then the time appeared correctly). I have to subtract out the hour for lunch, but when I tried to enter Monday’s lunch hour it wouldn’t save the time I put in. I tried over and over and the entries just disappeared. I cannot save it and go back later because the sheet will not save a day that reads over 8 hours. What would be great is for the mobile app to be able to enter time daily, and save it, so at the end of the week all you have to do is double check it and verify. It’s hard enough getting the desktop app to cooperate; the mobile app is just useless as a time entry tool.
A lot of people will just input the same values every time they use the app. It is much less common for them to have to input different values. So please add an option so that timesheets for the current week are automatically submitted at a given time each week, and the timesheets for the next week are filled at that time as well with user defined values. That way, people only need to open the app to change the previously defined values anytime before the defined submit time, if needed. Thanks
I’m using iPhone 11. Just started using it a week ago. I had poke around to figure out how to verify my ST pay to go from yellow to green. I have logged in on the website via desktop to make sure my information was inputting correctly. It did. I do not have any fancy OT and weird hours so it automatically populates my hours from the previous day. I’m still I. Training so I will update as I experience more.
Putting it plainly, this app is a total pain to use. To make matters worse, my livelihood and income depend upon this app to enter my timesheets. I feel like I have to run around in circles trying to trick this app into letting me put in my hours. It crashes, doesn’t load, “unknown errors” all the time, I have to close and reopen constantly when trying to enter and submit my hours. This is an absolutely pitiful excuse for an app. I can’t believe someone is getting paid to create and maintain this because it is absolute garbage.
I’m giving this app 2 stars because it hasn’t prevented me from getting paid, but wow this thing is clunky. Often times it’s hard to scroll to the correct time (I often have to re-scroll about 10 times before the app even recognizes I’m touching the screen) and other times it’s wildly sensitive and jumps from 5 hours to 12 hours without me even noticing. PLEASE make this app more user friendly. It shouldn’t be this hard to log work time
I kept getting "incorrect password" notifications when attempting to login via the iOS app. I am able to access via mobile and desktop browser. My password is correct. I've contacted their customer support and provided screenshot of error I'm receiving. They replied back saying they were able to login as me using their iOS internal environment. I have no resolution and am now "locked out due to too many incorrect password attempts". This is extremely frustrating! Don't use this app! Stick to the mobile or desktop browser..
Could not login. I can log in on the PC or mobile browser but am unable to use this app to login. Contacted their app support and though they can internally login in their internal environment, I am unable to do so after many attempts. Even deleted the app, reinstalled, restarted the phone and also reset my password several times due to the multiple login attempts. I'd have to stick with either the mobile or PC browser as they will not attempt to fix it unless they have a larger response of users that are unable to login.
The application logs the user out all the time. Is it a feature? Can the app stay logged in all the time? Or if not for security reasons, can a Touch ID login be added to the app, like banking apps do it these days? Also, password tend to expire. The web site gives a message when the password expired. The iOS app just throws an error message without explaining that the password expired. Please fix
Not sure how QAs test this app, if at all, before release but it’s below average. Features are limited and for what it does, it is horrible quality. Encountered few bugs just using it for 10 minutes. Don’t make me write up a bug report. Also at least put another button at Home Screen for “pending timesheet”.
This app is completely unusable. 70% of the time I try to use it “the servers are down for scheduled maintenance” which isn’t true because the same so called SAP fieldglass servers are always available via desktop. Most of the time, when I’m able to access the app, it freezes up or kicks me out when I try to submit my time card. It’s not worth downloading, attempting to use and taking up storage space on your phone. Just keeping real.
There are some good features. Like it automatically populates fields from yesterday.. Also a lot of ridiculously bad features. Where are your UX designers, SAP? Submitting should be a 2 step process. That button is too easy to tap and there's no way to cancel it through the app. Also the first time I used it I was so confused about time matching total number of hours... the first time you enter time, you don't know about the field down below... sigh.. fix these things please. It's 2017.
Had no trouble logging in, entering times, commenting, and submitting. For my iPhone, it's better than the Fieldglass website, where I have to scroll to enter hours and rotate 90 to click Submit.
Wish I could not give this app a star. Signs you out every time you go to use it. When the app does allow you to go into it, it will not allow you to change your hours without waiting 5 minutes at a loading screen… if you have to exit the app to reload it, then the app will not keep your hours logged and you start the process all over again. By far the worst app I have used.
They have made zero attempt to make this app any better. I could drive halfway across the country, login to a strangers computer and still submit my time faster than using this app. Good luck if you can even get your time submitted in the first place, most of the time you can submit maybe a days time before the app essentially becomes unusable.
Currently working 3rd shift and hot the app so that I could enter my time in and out as it occurs. However, because my work week begins Sunday nights, the app will never let me save the time sheet (even as a draft) because it apparently believes that I am entering overtime as standard time. If the developers read these, please fix this issue.
This app is very poor. Why time in/out is needed is beyond me. The time entry basically doesn’t work. Rather than scrolling through the minutes, the entire page scrolls. This alone makes the app almost completely unusable. If you accidentally enter meal time in/out, you cannot clear it. You must cancel the entire entry. Stupid. Take my advice and enter your timesheet on a computer as skip the app frustration.
Hi team, Would you please move the button "Submit" to left side from the timesheet window? While filling the hours the "Save" Button doesn't work on one tap and we can accidently click on Save & then submit. I"ve done it once.
I'm a new user. This app is great. I've had no issues. As long as You make your task a favorite you're in! I only wish it had the Touch ID feature so I didn't have to put my information in each time. Otherwise it's great!
It has an outdated and clunky feel. Definitely not user friendly. Additionally, it takes a while to load and sometimes will not save my entries. Sometimes I would go back and do it again. Not worth getting the app, just enter your timesheet using your browser instead.
I’ve been trying to use this app but everytime I try to enter information it either gives me an error or doesn’t show I’ve entered information. I know there is info input because when I go to safari on my phone I am able to see that I have times entered from previous log ins on the web. Needs improvement as I see I’m not the only one with a bad review
This App looks pretty neat and tidy.. but needs a lot of improvements and fixes.. this is not as smooth as other apps available on the App store.. security settings should also include touch id as it is the latest in all smart phones.
Main issue for me is when trying to scroll up or down the hours dials, the whole app scrolls and I loose my place. Very poorly thought out and as a result much harder to use than it should be. A second problem is that there seems to be no way to submit a zero hours time sheet. I had to give up and go to the website instead. Two thumbs down.
Cannot use it as it won’t let me sign in. It shows on the website on my computer that I successfully registered the device but when I open the app on my phone and try to log in, it shows “connection failed: no network connection available”.
This app is essential to my getting paid properly and I cant even sign in. Every time I open the app it asks me to reset my device registration instead of logging in or logging my work times. I do not have half an hour to punch in and out every day. Make it work please. I can not miss a paycheck.
The app has to constantly be closed and restarted to connect. Adding more than one days worth of hours by typing manually results in errors. The auto populate hours feature works but only for weekdays. Overall a poorly functioning app and the developer should strive for better. -iPhone 13Pro user
This application is very difficult to use. It will not allow me to enter my hours. I read another review saying that you have to log in and out to trick the system into allowing you to input your hours. I tried but it doesn’t work. Please help. No hours no pay.😩😩

Terrible app half the time it doesn’t work and you need to use i desktop version to submit mileage and other expenses but can only submit hours worked from the app version and half the time it doesn’t even work.
I don’t think I have ever seen a more hideous, unusable user interface. Every click takes 30 seconds to process. Multiple layers of unnecessarily difficult data entry. Doesn’t even fill the screen. Unregisters your device for no reason. Horrible navigation. 0/10, not worth anyones time
I have to use this app to submit timesheet, the app supposed to do a very simple task and let you submit your time for the week! But it developed with poor programming skills so it’s very challenging to use it. The people who developed it should use it to submit their time to know how it’s different to use it and see the problems. U don’t have to ask what time did you start work and what time did you finish then ask again how many hours are you working during the day. Just create a simple text box so we can put 40 hours for the week.
As a person who has been in the staffing industry for many years and now using it as a “user” for my timekeeping to submit my hours, it stinks. It’s slow; it doesn’t always save; it doesn’t add hours correctly on the web- based version. Do better Fieldglass!
Why do I have to force close the app 5 times to put my weeks worth in. Once I submit Monday and click on Tuesday my time in entry won’t change and I have to forceclose the app and re enter for the next day. Who ever is coding for this app is absolutely unqualified. If I didn’t have to use this app I wouldn’t I hate it
Doesn’t notify me if I don’t submit my hours. Didn’t get paid. Doesn’t let me type in hours easily. Makes you have to randomly scroll and hope it lands on the right minute. Useless app. Company doesn’t even recognize the problems with the app and wouldn’t pay me the right amount on payday. Do not use.
This app does not work. There are so many bugs it is pointless to even use! You have to constantly just go to the website to enter your time. Have some tech support and fix your app! Because when you try and enter your time it does nothing!
Must reregister my mobile device every few days, get routine rejections for mysterious zeros on line 5224, don’t even think about putting in more than 8 hrs per day even though overtime is over 40. If you overcome all this, don’t enter a zero, ever.
It won’t allow me to add my hours through the app I have to log on to my laptop. I tried delete and download again still the same thing not sure if TD just me or others but it’s not working and if you’re wondering I have the most updated iPhone 12 max pro
Run from this app people,it’s really not accurate,I lost so much money because my job said this what entered and that what i m getting paid for. You can’t correct any previous mistake made . overall i m just not satisfied period.
Literally the WORST timesheet app I’ve ever had to use in my life. From constant disconnections from servers, to times not even being saved after entering them properly and pressing the save button. By far the most frustrating, useless app I’ve ever used.
I use it because I have to, but it has so many errors and this week, after the supposedly foxed bugs, I can’t even sign in. It’s super slow, deletes the times I enter and also asks me to register my device every 10 seconds
Based on my usage of this app, I am beginning to wonder why companies should use SAP services. This app is horribly unreliable and almost completely unusable. Considering how costly their services are, SAP should be doing much better.
They don’t tell you that certain entities will not let you use the mobile application!! Absolute crap, and very misleading. Just put your hours in on a regular computer so you get paid. Screw this app, it’s trash!!
