Does ANYONE EVEN USE THIS APP?
…or is it only our agency. This app has been down for 2 weeks. Seems like pen to paper is more sufficient. Continuously get the round circle of death and a frozen page. The initial log in saves your email info but not our password details? Makes no sense. Most apps and organized systems are pretty efficient now at days. This one seems like it’s from the 80’s. I wish our agency would change companies.

New version is Garbage
Our department manager asked the employees to delete our old versions and download the new version. Well that was a mistake the new Version is worse. It doesn't keep you logged in at all, Face ID doesn't work and it will not keep Your password even though there is a box to check for "remember me". Logging in every time having to type your password is just not workable. Also the new app version does not quite fit your phone screen and trying to use the drop down menu is impossible. It Takes several pokes at the phone for it to register your finger in the button. The font was Better On the old version. Overall this program is not user friendly and I would not recommend it. Now to see if our department can find something better suited for Our needs

Actually made it worse
The old app was terrible but at least it was slightly functional. This app is useless. It makes you log in each and every time and when you do log in, half the time the app just stalls out and never loads, then you have to force quit and reload and start all over again. It loads even less of the screens then it did before and doesn’t allow you to do even a tenth of the functions you can do via the website. Assuming I can ever get logged in to SEE my schedule it would be nice to be able to sign up for OT or holiday time. Not sure what my employer is even paying you for here. Glad they are considering a new software.

You sure this was an upgrade?
Merriam-Webster defines “upgrade” as: to extend the usefulness of (something, such as a device). Schedule Express did no such thing with this app. If I wanted to type in my password every single time I logged in and then wait an eternity for it to log in I would dig out my my windows 95 gateway computer. As much as I love the decorative display of watching the login screen have a seizure every time I try to log in it really is not conducive to quickly taking care of my scheduling needs and I would not describe this schedule as “express”. It’s more like “Schedule Takes forever to login and works about 10% of the time”.

Don’t waste your time bad customer service
App is just OK you can not make any changes or requests from the app. Now on to the website, complete waste of time if you use apple devices. You can NOT scroll to see the entire page if you turn your phone it still will not show the entire screen. Don't wast your money, it’s useful for one thing and that’s the bidding process but again if on an apple device you can see the entire screen. Not even sure why they made an iOS application. Send multiple emails to the support page but all went unanswered……

Somehow they made it worse…
Update: This App no longer works at all. My phone is updated. My app is updated. And after I login, it’s just a blank, white screen. There is literally nothing on the screen. Most useless trash I’ve ever downloaded. —— I didn’t think it was possible but the updated version was a worse than before. It doesn’t fit my iPhone screen properly. Parts are blocked by iPhone’s notch. The menu button is barely responsive. And why wouldn’t they make it possible to make time-off requests in this version?

Terrible company - worthless app
This company is a joke, my work switched to this system a few years ago and they have yet to make an app that works. There are 10 year old coders that make more optimized apps. I’m just confused as to why it’s so hard to make an app that fits the screen of my iPhone. Or why it’s so hard to make an app that you can load more than once without it crashing. This company should be ashamed, the reviews for their app have been awful for atleast 3 years and they have yet to make it better. Straight trash.

It got worse!(?)
I’m surprised this app is even less useful than the one it replaced. The old app had limited functionality but I can’t even use any of those functions anymore beyond looking at my own schedule for the day. This was supposed to be improved with much more functionality three years ago but it was never improved. At least the old version didn’t crash on every use, allowing me to use at least the minimal functions that were available. Now I’m just out of luck. Do better please.

Unsatisfied
The new app requires you to continuously log in… which takes away the convenience of having the app. With the old app I had the ability to just open the app and take a quick glance at my schedule. Now I have to log in every single time that I use it, and the app lags when trying to log in. Might as well use a computer at this point. Would like to see the ability to keep the app “logged in” on my phone, otherwise it’s not a convenience to me and I will be deleting.

Absolutely terrible
Listen, the original app was pretty terrible, but at least it kept me logged in, allowed me to actually move between pages and see schedules for upcoming days, and didn’t just give me a blank screen 90% of the time. Now it doesn’t keep me logged in, takes me to a BROWSER to log in every time - even if I leave the app for 5 minutes. The calendar will load but as soon as I try to get to a different section, it just .. doesn’t load. Plus the menu selection button is flush with the top of my phone, so clicking it is near impossible. This is, by far, one of the worst app updates I’ve ever seen. Either fix this app or make a mobile browser friendly version. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Just as awful as the previous version.
Please add leave requests, overtime requests, fix the random drop down boxes that don’t line up where they should, make the menu button bigger so it is easier to select. This app needs a major overhaul which was promised to be coming when we started using it 3-4 years ago. If you are considering this company I wouldn’t put much weight into what the sales people tell you is coming soon.

Crappy new version
Our large county uses this app.. we had to delete the old one and start using the new version.. it won’t allow you to view the days schedule on the app, it does not allow you to stay logged on and you have to re-log on every time you want to view your schedule, but the worst thing that s it FREEZES all the time… all the time … fix what you did to it.. it’s horrible now!!

Log in issues
This new version requires I log in every time I go into the app. Even though the “remember me” box is checked. The pages take a long time to load. The page where you can volunteer, the font is much smaller than before and harder to read. The previous version used to continuously freeze..I couldn’t say which one was better..both versions had issues.

Horrible
The first version was terrible and to say the “updated app” is worse is something I would have never believed. Schedule express app design team “Hold my beer!” This app is worse than the first. Doesn’t stay logged in, fixed none of the issues, still can’t submit/respond to most of the slips/requests. Still can not view half of the schedule information… excel is better than this…

Awful
Unable to give 0 stars. Have to log in every time you open the app to look at your schedule. Freezes when you make too many clicks on anything. Windows don’t line up with screen, font size is inconsistent throughout, the list goes on. Somehow the desktop version is only just a bit better but people keep buying this software… The app that runs my fish tank feeder is more robust.

I would give this zero stars if I could. Does not have full functionality like the ability to volunteer for overtime or adjust hours. Locks up after about 3 commands just like the old version did. Our company is looking for something else with good reason. Also why do I have to log in every time? Why does it not use Face/Touch ID like literally every other app? Garbage.

This app is awful. Not user friendly. I have to tap the 3 lines at the top at least 10 times for it to give me a drop down box. The print is too small and when you use two fingers to expand, the screen slides. Whoever developed this needs to graduate high elementary school before dabbling in computer applications. If I could give it less than 1 star, I would.

Bad
My employer just switched to schedule express. I can’t believe we didn’t test the app before we switched over. The only function available through the app is the login screen. Once I login I get sent straight to a white screen. Zero functionality. Let’s maybe try to fix this, how many 1 star reviews does it take before a fix is made? Figure it out.

This app is the absolute worst thing, you would think the amount of money our employers pay for being able to use this scheduling system they would have a functional app. We were told to delete and redownload , now it is a complete glitch and I can’t get on my schedule at all even though I’m logged on.

Never works
This app and the program in general is horrible. It’s so difficult to use and the app constantly freezes up. I can’t click anything other than the current month that is open when the app loads.. if your company is thinking about using this company, look elsewhere

The worst app
If you’re going to charge for the service, it’s time to start putting money into app development. The world lives on mobile devices, and this app sometimes works. When it does choose to work, it has 5% of what the website can do. No functions, sometimes works, not worth it.

I would be embarrassed if my company put out an app that sucked this hard. Every company that bought your product should get something back for that. The “fixes” you advised our management team doesn’t even qualify as a fix. Even the desktop version is slow and buggy. Do better.

Dear App Developers. Please make it so you can stay signed in, as well as view and sign up for overtime, and be able to submit absence requests, and see daily assignments. Oh and fix it so it can keep up with users going from one function to another without it freezing up. That is all, have a nice day.

Awful mobile app
My cell phone is used only by me. This app contains no payroll information. The need to enter a password every time I sign in to look at something is ridiculous and annoying. This update has also made the app incredibly slow.

I used to love the first version but the last couple are awful
The first version was great but subsequent versions bog down and freeze. This last version makes me input my password every single time despite selecting “Remember Me.” There’s no integrated face recognition option.

Way to make it worse
The automatic log out is the worst feature to start. Then you have a remember me buttons that apparently doesn’t remember anything because you have to completely sign in again. Absolutely horrible

ZERO STARS!!!
My department requested us to delete the old app and download the “new and improved” schedule express. Don’t do it !! Won’t stay logged in…have to put in your password every time!! Freezes.. Literally have to punch the phone for the menu list to come down. FIX THIS!!!

I have the original app version that crashes alot since iOS 16 launced and discovered there was a new version, however it won’t let me login on this version of the app even though I can on the old version and the website.

Won’t Stay Logged In
So frustrating that the app logs you out every time you close it. Then when you select “Remember Me” it only remembers your username and not your password. And Apple will not auto fill the password for you—it has to be entered every time. I wish I never would have updated the app from the previous version. The old one was way better.
