Almost perfect
Please make the schedule notifications persistent and auto-advancing. For example, if I dismiss or swipe the notification in the middle of another text or call or whatever, it does not continue to notify to perform the action nor does it advance to the next day automatically of you go past midnight without following through with the scheduled action. So, I dismissed a scheduled daily text on Sept 23 and it hasn't notified me since the since the day doesn't advance automatically if you don't perform the action.

Should have paid attention to the reviews
I read a few bad reviews and thought “oh I’m sure it’s not bad, c’mon” – honestly this is probably a fine app if you just use the free version for reminding yourself to text at a certain time. I’m disappointed because it doesn’t tell you until after you sign up for their paid service that the number it texts from might be a random number and not yours. I definitely get the limitations in technology/the law, and I only wasted $3.49, so it’s not a huge deal. But I think they could have made that super crucial detail much more forthright in the design / description. Other feedback: - the contact search seems to be pretty literal, but I imagine a full text search for names would be much more usable - I scheduled a text for a minute from now, and it seemingly didn’t go out a minute later. It probably isn’t super exact but that + the other pieces damaged my trust a bit

Requires access to too much pvt info
Doesn’t actually send text automatically at a certain time. Only reminds you to send text. That’s what Siri and the built in reminder app already does. Also, This app requires all kind of access to your private info, and then uses Mixpanel!!!. It requires access to your entire contact list. To me, it seems easy enough to design app to just dial in the phone number manually. Yet it only works with complete access to your entire contact list. And then it uses Mixpanel to track all your activity. Sorry. Don’t trust it. If it only reminds you to send a message, then why would it need access to all my contact’s private phone numbers, address, emails address, birthdays and other private information and uses Mixpanel to collect all data like OS, IP, Location, Access times, Every website visited and Every interaction on device. Heck. It even tracks all your clicks. So All that information is required to simply remind you to text somebody?

Subscription is misleading
I emailed back and forth with this developer and still can't get a straight answer how much it costs to send more than 5 msgs per month, a limit they weren't even disclosing until people started complaining. Now they say in their responses to other reviews that the charges are due to using an outside service to auto send SMS msgs, which raises other questions about privacy, security, and if msgs will appear to come from my number or not? (This app is useless to me if my recipients get my SMS from a number other than mine. I don't mind paying them for a service that works well, but their evasiveness raises red flags. They should also dump the monthly subscription in favor of selling 5, 10, or 30 packs of msgs that you can use at your own pace. I agree with other reviewers that said these guys appear to be greedy. It's a shame because I've been waiting for an iOS auto send app for years.

Scheduled App
The App is eligible to send the text automatically when “scheduled” with proper date and time which I like. The downside is the App does not show my personal # as sender with the purchase of the premium subscription which is not good for who I am texting. They don’t recognize the message hence not professional for mass text and response for my business. Customer service team is very responsive and from what I have read they have made some improvements to the app over the years. I would have kept my subscription had my personal number shown instead of a random number. Granted I am able to put a signature at the bottom of the message it is still not efficient for what I need. The $10 business plan is also not an option. I will just set reminders in my phone to send text and save myself $3.50 per month for the premium subscription.

Not what it seems to be
Many look at this app and see a way to send messages from their number and device in a situation when they themselves would be unable to send a message. In that kind of situation, it is important to appear authentic and credible. However, what this app does not disclose in any form is that it sends a message from a random number that is not yours. The free version of the app does not even allow this feature, it only lets you set an alarm/reminder to send the text. However, it does offer you the ability to purchase the auto send feature which then sends it from the sketchy random number. What’s the point of this app when you already have an alarm and reminder functions built into your phone and when there’s free online services that offer the “send a scheduled message from a sketchy number” function?

App Won’t Let Me Enter Info
I just purchased this app so I could automatically send a “Merry Christmas” text to our family. I created the group, created the text, and scheduled it. Whenever I attempt to go back in to verify it’s scheduled, the app will NOT let me past this “Premium Subscription” info screen that asks for my first and last name and my email address - I’ve entered my info but the “save” button remains grayed out, so I can’t hit save. If I close the app and go back in, this stupid screen pops up and won’t let past it, as it still won’t let me save the info it’s asking for. I even rebooted my phone. WTH. I guess I’ll just have to cross my fingers that the scheduled text will actually go through on Christmas. How am I supposed to use the app if I can’t get past that info screen?!! Definitely an “angry elf” tonight.

Worse than bad
This app in NOT what it is advertised to be. I bought it so that it would text my friend ‘happy birthday’ at midnight when I’LL be sleeping, but it immediately asked me to register for the premium subscription. It was just two dollars, so I agreed. But even after I signed up for the Premium it wouldn’t let me select ‘Auto-Send’ - even after I opened and closed the app multiple times. Plus, the Auto-Send doesn’t even send from YOUR number. It sends from some random number that no one is going to be able to identify. Would you be pleased if a random person texted you at midnight on your birthday wishing you happy birthday? No. What is even the point of this function!! Do not waste your time or money on this app. Immediately deleted after downloading and wasting $2.

Trash app
They only allow you to schedule a set number of texts per month. I subscribed and immediately realized it was a mistake. 10 scheduled texts per month? That’s it? What a ripoff. Furthermore, when I did try to schedule a text, even after selecting which person from my contact list to send the scheduled text to, a message kept popping up that said I hadn’t selected a number. To cancel, they also made it difficult. I had to actually find my subscription list on the Apple store. This worthless app’s “Cancel subscription” option does not actually send you to a screen where you cancel your subscription. All it does is send you to their support page where you can leave a message and they MIGHT get back to you. Don’t waste your time with this app.

Limited functionality with poor user interface
I upgraded to a paid version and am slightly unhappy with the results. The messages do send automatically at specified time although it doesn’t appear to come from your normal number which defeats the purpose, confuses recipients and looks like scam messages. Not what I thought. However, this is not my biggest issue with this app. The issue is when you try to cancel, you are lead to a “conversation” screen where you need to ask to cancel your subscription. I have not received a reply and have been unsuccessful at my attempts to cancel the subscription. This service is a scam, with the business plan of siphoning $3-$10 from users monthly. Don’t sign up because the trouble of canceling is not worth it.

Not for me
There is a app on iOS that comes standard that does what this app does. I was expecting it to allow me to do additional things because I mean it’s a third-party app so if I was gonna download another service, I was hoping to send photos and specific dates and times ahead. One of the most concerning parts was it does not allow you to delete your account. I know this because I downloaded it on three different devices and three different accounts of mine and it says error deleting account. So you cannot delete your account. It is forever there. Trust me, I tried about 25 times. I did remove the app from my phone. I’m looking for something to do more than the Shortcuts app on the iOS phone.

Disappointed
I don’t usually do reviews when things are rough but with this one I think it’s important others know— I downloaded this app to try. I don’t mind buying apps or subscribing and I do have some subscriptions to good apps. However, I tried using and it couldn’t send a scheduled text for free as a trial. So I said fine, subscribe. Well now just to send out my first scheduled text as a subscriber paying each month I have to enter in my First and Last name, and email. Upon entering all that, which I didn’t want to do because I didn’t need any more emails, it still wouldn’t let me proceed. As a result, I am very disappointed; it shouldn’t be this difficult for a paying subscriber since the whole point of paying is so I can use the app with ease.

Finally, an app that Auto-sends Text msgs!
Ive used this app to compose txts the night before and send about 10 auto-send txt msgs the next morning. And so far and it has been sending them out nicely! However it does send out the texts from a random number, but you can put in a detailed signature with your reply phone number for people to txt back your own phone number. I plan to keep using this app unless something better shows up and I have already purchased more credits for more texts.

Don’t waste your time with this App
Looks like this App is for people who send scheduled messages frequently. I don’t even download if they disclose price of their plans in the description. I’m ready to pay money and buy this App, not expecting free. But plans are based on monthly subscription based. Business plan is $4.99 per month, another plan is $1.99 per month. The free plan is useless, it won’t send messages automatically. For people who want to send very few messages a month, it is expensive. Do you want to pay $24 per year? If you send 24 scheduled messages, it will be a dollar per message. App Developer, Don’t waste our time, show your plan price in the description, so we don’t waste time downloading your app.

Honest Review!
Well, to start the customer service is excellent. They are on top of it. I shot a email late at night and early the next morning Morris got back with me. Super awesome and nice folk. - The app is organized and easy to navigate and use. Even gives a tutorial when you open it (I didn’t explore the extent of it but I’m sure I could have done more and figured more out if I had!) - It does exactly what they designed it to do! Remind you to send texts and when you purchase the membership you get the option to schedule messages to be sent automatically. - Again, customer service was excellent! - The app is pleasing to the eye, not too much going on where it’s overwhelming but enough to catch the eye with the designs and artwork But to the Team: thank you for your help and effort towards the app. You guys are great.

Totally Dysfunctional
(Note they fail to mention that a group text gets sent out as individual texts, eating up multiple of your limited text credits, this info is only mentioned in the FAQ). So- I Paid $3.50 to get the auto send feature only for 1. It to send the texts from a random phone number not my own. So when the recipients received it they didnt know who it was from. And 2. The next day it auto sent my message and tacked on “undefined” at the end of it. The recipient was further confused and asked what undefined meant and the app autoreplied with the exact same text with “undefined” again (also using another credit). Deleting this immediately and requesting my money back. Too good to be true.

Wow! Life-changing App!
I run a small business and many times I think of things to tell my employees, or communicate with customers late at night but cannot bother my backend ladies with late night texts. This app has been such a blessing for my business! I can throw together a message at 1am that I need to send at 9am the next morning. Otherwise I would have had to write it down or try and remember. This app is incredible! I cannot say enough great things about it!

Subscription doesn’t work
The app has the option to send a text at a certain time automatically if you purchase a 3+ dollar subscription. i had an important message I wanted to send at a certain time but didn’t want to wake up that early, so I bought the subscription. It showed that it would send at the time to my contact automatically but it didn’t and when I opened the app again it said I had no texts planned to send. Total waist of my money, very misleading, and doesn’t appear to function correctly. I would not recommend trusting the app, it was a very frustrating and bad experience. I canceled my subscription the very next day.

DONT DO IT!
Terrible app. Downloaded so I could send texts automatically and stupidly bought the subscription which it prompts you to do before actually using the app. Once I got to the verification step, I was unable to proceed because I never received the text and received a message saying my number was entered too many times. After wasting my time with customer support, who could t help in the slightest, I’ve decided this is the worst app and I will be requesting a refund. If you’re going to create an app, at least have technical support who knows how to fix a reoccurring issue instead of telling you to restart you phone. ITS 2020!! That’s step one morons!

Review Time
Simply based on the time it takes to respond to reviews, I rate this product sub-par. The good news is that this company is leaving the door wide open for someone else to be the next Market leader in this (niche) industry. Does DocuSign advertise? (Very low marketing budget!) Then how/why have you heard of them and furthermore, how/have you used their products?? I almost guarantee you have heard of them and maybe even used their product, despite their lack of advertising. Why? Because it works. Because they are the only viable product that consistently works in that niche. Sure, there are competitors, but DocuSign is well in front of the pack! Sending delayed txt messages is quickly becoming as important as sending delayed emails. Will this product be the answer for this particular niche?? Time will tell. Today, they are not. The best advertising money can buy is customer advocacy. If it works, it’ll be FB tomorrow. If it doesn’t work, it’ll be remembered like MySpace is remembered (not at all).

Something Changed!
I was a happy subscriber to this app for several years for scheduling text messages, but no more! Many of their recent changes are taking things in the wrong direction. The last straw is the new Apple Shortcuts integration, which from what I can see, forces you to use that feature. In theory, this should be a good thing and save a step or two. Problem is, sometimes it says the message was sent, but then I go to my Messages app and it doesn’t show up. I can’t trust that things will work so I’m switching to a competing app.

A great thought but only works part way
I am used to the Samsung where u can write and schedule a message for any future delivery and it will send the app. So u write it schedule the date/time. and forget about it. This works great if u are up late or early or on a different time zone and don't want to bother someone. Also, on a Samsung if u start a message and can't finish it right away it will save it as a draft until u get back to it or cancel it. This iPhone schedule app only lets u type the note and hold it in the app. It sits there holding the text until u remember to go back in and send.

One Less Thing To Have To Remember
I love Scheduled’s ability to let me offload some of the things that are on my mind. It unburdens you, which is worth a tremendous amount. The auto-send feature is not for me because of the SMS not being sent from my own number, yet it was worth exploring for $1.99. The one feature on my wishlist for now would be full iPhone X support. Hopefully that and many other features will be on the horizon.

Horrible User Interface Bug
I bought the subscription, scheduled a text, then I get a prompt to give my name and email as a premium user. Upon entering these fields, the “save” option does not become available. There is no way out of this field collection box. Closing the app does not get rid of it because it pops up on each new instance of opening the app. In summary, once you purchase a subscription, the app is rendered useless by buggy UI. I recommend not downloading this app even if they fix this issue because this was just inconsiderate and lazy app testing and we should direct our money to more diligent and considerate developers.

Functionality didn’t work, messages didn’t get sent, charged w/o prompt to confirm
The features are confusing. You click something expecting to see more information about it but instead the app thanks you for whatever the heck it is you just opted into. Scheduled a message. Saw I was charged. Message never sent or received. Tried again a couple weeks later. Click the plus sign next to the name field to select a contact from my contacts and nada... Nothing happens. The app idea is needed nowadays but this one needs major UI/UX help. Not ready for prime time. So, I paid a few bucks to breath air because this app did not follow through. Grrr maybe that’s how it’s done these days. don’t make money on the app, make money on the illusion that the app works because there are no refunds with iPhone apps. #annoyed

Terrible functionality
Didn’t even use the thing for more than 7 minutes. I wrote up a long text that was deliberately thought out and took time to do. Then, I couldn’t figure out how to set a time for the text to send, so I pulled my finger down on the screen ever so slightly to try and view the upper half of the page I was on, and it instantly closed and deleted everything I had written. That wasn’t the app crashing by the way, that is a part of the app’s functionality! Terrible! Who programmed this? You just got an instant 1 star review. Do better.

Misleading
1 star because the app does not work like it implies. Messages are not sent from your number, instead they are sent through another server and appear on the recipient’s phone as a number they won’t recognize. Nowhere in the app description does it say this will happen. Also if I’m paying a monthly subscription for premium, why do I have a 5 auto-send message limit per month? Isn’t the whole point of paying for premium so that you don’t have to keep track of reaching limits like this? The app is designed well, but the deceptive app description and dumb premium limits are enough to give it 1 star.

Sends texts from random numbers
It doesn’t really help if you want to send texts from your own number. The text will come from a random number to your recipient and will likely get filtered into the recipient’s spam/unknown numbers folder. Or they’ll be confused why they’re getting a text from you but coming from an unknown number. The business version of the app is not available in the US, so I can’t even pay more $ and upgrade and get it to always send from my number. It’s just not useful. Subscription money just wasted for me, unfortunately.

Just an alarm app ...
I would have probably paid for the service had it not been for the fact that I went through the entire process of setting up the app for a one time use , agreeing to access and terms of service and then and only then seeing that it was not in fact free to send delayed texts , only free to remind myself . You realize that my alarm clock can do that . Don’t bury the lead . Be upfront. You lost my business because you decided to let this particular customer go all the way through the setup then say “well, now that we have your attention” .

Manually Type Number
According to a response left by the developer, the app is supposed to allow the ability to manually type a number, but I was still forced to grant access to my contacts in order to create a message. As another reviewer said, there is no reasonable explanation to have access to our contact info if the app does not automatically send the text message itself. Also, I can't believe that the developer leaves nearly an identical response on so many of the reviews. There were times where the response wasn't even relevant to the review.

How do I cancel my subscription
Totally not what I thought I reached out to the team because I didn’t get the messages in the received tab. No reply. Not in on Thursdays. Specially not for that fee. Please cancel ASAP! Thank you. Update: thank you for reaching back to me and explaining what the problem was. I feel that it’s best I just make myself a reminder that I have to text someone. I don’t want to wait all day to retrieve a received message and pay for a service that is not meeting their side of the deal. Also. My friends told me that the message came but now with my phone number. Well they all think I have a new number. Great! More issues to resolve. I hope you can continue working on these issues. Not for me. The only reason I updated my stars and review is because you reached out back to me.

So frustrating! Was looking for a free app to automatically send texts. Decided I’d go ahead and get the paid version so they’ll auto send. Then, got to the end of that fiasco only to find out my recipients are not going to receive the texts from my number!!! Ugh - so frustrating. I’d already scheduled 4 texts so I upgraded (again) to business plan so my number would display but then find out it’ll take 24 hours for that to happen! As soon as these 4 texts send later today, I will cancel my subscription as the deception behind this app is a disgrace.

VERY expensive to auto send
If you use the free version it will only remind at the time you choose to send texts. It would actually send them at the time you select. I was willing to pay $3.49 to upgrade to the premium even though it only lets you do 5 per month, but then I realized it isn’t $3.49 one time, but it is a MONTHLY charge. To send unlimited texts you have to get the business plan and that is $9.99 a month! Way, WAY too expensive! Apple really needs to get on board with building this feature into their software like my Samsung Galaxy did.

Too much.
The concept of this app is useful and great. With that being said, I’m not going to spend a monthly fee just to be able to schedule messages that I’ll probably only use once a month. Apple just needs to get this feature in so people aren’t roped into paying money to simply schedule a message. If I wanted a reminder to send a message (which is apart of the free version) I would just set a reminder in my preloaded reminder app. Just doesn’t make much sense to me.

By far the WORST in App Store
I’ve tried a few. They are all better. Once you pay, you find out you have limited sends. THEN, after you send your scheduled text, you find out it sends from a random number and adds your number in at the bottom like a signature… Tap the “cancel subscription” tab, and you’re redirected to chat, which isn’t active on weekends. Ok cool.. check the FAQ page while you wait for support? Error 404. This app is a joke 😂

Paid for the extra service to schedule delivery automatically. It will only work if you give access to tour entire address book and won’t let you type in a number. When you decline access there is no way to change the setting. The FAQs go to a 404 error page and nothing is searchable in the help section. The text us link shows they are out of office all hours of the day. Complete waste of time.

Great messaging / reminders app
I lead a group in which I communicate a lot through text and this allows me to schedule messages at specific times and send via the most appropriate platform. I also Love the ability to send birthday notifications. It’s for a clean UI that is very smooth and nice to look at. Some ideas for new features: - allow sending via multiple options at once (i.e. SMS and Messenger at the same time) - ability to define a group for repeated use throughout the app - ability to send to a defined group with one click when selecting recipients for a new message Keep up the great work and thanks!

Just read the reviews before you purchase.
Not at all what it’s advertised to be. The auto texts are sent from a random number and it confused me because that part is never mentioned. Confused the person who I sent the text too as well because it also adds your phone number to the end of the text which I assume is to try and provide clarification to the recipient but note to the developers, that still makes no sense. Save your money, this is really not worth it.
