I used this app primarily to view the schedule for the day and who is working, since I sync my personal calendar for my own shifts. However, the most recent update has rendered that portion of the app useless. When you select "All" to see the schedule for the day you're presented with a blank screen. Another issue I've worked around for months has been the calendar/date selection. When you tap on a calendar to select a date, you're presented with a blank scroll screen. (It's supposed to allow you to scroll through dates, but there's nothing visible.) I've managed until now by logging into the web app for the things the app can't do, but now even that isn't working. Essentially this app is useless now, if not to just view *your* own schedule, which can be done by other, more convenient means. Hoping the developers read these reviews and make some changes.
This app has been nothing but a disappointment the unique key is no where to be found on the website despite being told that we can find it easily on the website under sign in. There is no sign in on the website hence this app is in actuality just useless because you can’t get past the first step which is login. App needs to be seriously updated and changed to make it more easily accessible.
The app doesn't match the website at all. Because of that, the app it's useless. The app or the website MUST match the other. Otherwise, what's the point of having a website and an app that doesn't look the same at all! Disappointing!
I am not getting notifications about shifts being posted on the swap board. Just when I post a shift or someone directs the shifts to me is when I get notification, but when general shifts are posted to the group I am not getting notification
When I log in, it defaults to a view that’s not changeable and not helpful. I try to look at the full schedule and the screen goes completely white, with no visible options. No customization. Practically useless.
This app is for customers of ScheduleSource TeamWork. Your organization must have a current account and release 2020.2 or greater, to enable access. The app provides users (employees) of the “Employee Portal” with the following functions (subject to the organization’s configuration): Shift Functions See their current, future and past shifts. Add and remove their future shifts to the Swapboard. Split and merge their shifts. View other employees’ schedules and contact. Swapboard Functions See available shifts, either shifts with no other employee assigned or ones posted by other employees. Validate available shifts against their employer’s scheduling rules to see if the shift can be claimed by them. Leave Functions View their current, future and past leave requests. Add, cancel or delete their leave requests. Notifications Receive app notifications on their device when shifts become available, one of their shift changes or when one of their leave requests’ statuses is changed. Profile View and edit their personal information. Change their password.
