I’m sorry guys but this update by far is the worse update of any app I’ve used in a very long time. It’s safe to say you all are dropping the ball if you force everyone to change to this new version. Don’t get me wrong you have good things here that’s new but the old app is just fine the way it is. Adding to the older version verses replacing it with this one is a better look. Please listen to your customers we are the ones that it’s going to hit the hardest. You have a good thing going with the old app please don’t make this the main version after February because you may end up losing a huge chunk of the people you have that pay you. In my opinion that would be a very bad financial choice. The old app is better. Your giving less and charging the same. I have not had the hard times with reaching out to customer service like everyone else that complains about it so no words on that. Again don’t fix what’s not broken. This will definitely hurt business for you and leave thousands of us looking for a new credit monitoring service.
I’ve been using this App for the last 10 plus Years and I like it because it updates your credit scores every 7 days. So if anything happens you can find out right away. I check my scores all the time to check for fraudulent accounts and activities that I haven’t haven’t applied for. This site notifies you if anything has happened to your accounts or credit and in a time where millions of people have credit fraud it’s good to keep up with your credit scores because anything could happen and as long as your on top of it you can prevent the damage that internet fraudsters can do.
I used multiple credit monitoring apps and sites over the years; however, ScoreScense is hands down the best. Everything you need to know and apply to make sense of credit and credit scoring is in this app. It gives individualized information about your scores and what you can do to improve your credit score and manage your debt. It is the most empowering credit monitoring service I know of.
I am working hard at rebuilding my credit due to an unfortunate situation. This service is not only expensive but extremely inaccurate!! You can only get updates to your scores once a month and my score so far off one of the scores on Scoresense stated 540 when I obtained it directly from the credit Bureau it was actually 740!! The rest were very similar!! This is not just a few point difference, this is what I call fraudulent reporting!! We are paying $360/ year for inaccurate reporting!! What else is incorrect!! My advice for all of you is go to Experian and do the 7 day free trial for all you FICO scores and compare!! Don’t take my word for it!! They also supply all the same benefits!! Go get information that you can trust!! This is a joke!
I like that when car shopping, I can have access to my scores right on my phone. The financing department was able to run simulations using these scores so that I could get an idea of payment before they actually did a hard credit pull. So Scoresense definitely helps protect my credit scores. I also like that I get a notification when it’s time to refresh my scores and I don’t have to worry about logging onto a computer.
I signed up for this app and the fico scores provided were not accurate. Not even close. I know because I have an individual account with Experian so I accessed my score at Experian and it is 60 points higher than what Scoresense provided. Scoresense is not providing current scores so the app is useless. The fico that Scoresense provided was from at least 18 months ago. It’s a rip off and when I tried to cancel on the same day I found out you have to call them to cancel. Do I even have to explain why you can only cancel by calling? Because they want to pressure you and ask why you’re canceling and try to sell something else. Disgusting company and I believe their reviews are fake.
I’ve only had this app for little less than two months and credit scores are slow to be updated. My credit card apps as well as other credit monitoring apps like Credit Karma and Credit Sesame show score updates between the 3rd and 6th day of each month but nothing here. Also, Dark Web monitoring is just that — monitoring. If your information is found, you receive an alert and a phone number so you can contact the company yourself. I’m not finding any value worth paying for so I’m canceling my subscription.
I enjoy the many features and information that is available to me! My scores are displayed in easy to read formats that give me information about many different aspects of my credit. I can easily file a dispute on the app! I highly recommend it if you’re interested in keeping your credit score high and growing higher!
If you want to increase your credit score and educate yourself about how credit works get this app. Very impressive. I’ve had it for a few years now. In the first 12 month my score went from 500’s to 700’s and year 2 it’s went above 800 and it’s been well above 800 for the past 3 years. All due to this app. I’ve learned how to play the game of life financially and love it. Thanks ScoreSense Family!!!
I have been a member with ScoreSense for years now and they are a wonderful source to raise and keep track of your credit score. They really break down why your score is at its current rating and what you can do to raise it. They provide resources to help you and their customer service has been very kind and helpful to me. So grateful to have found ScoreSense!!
I really love the app. However Experian continues to send me push notifications and you can submit an online dispute on the spot. I use you so have not jumped the fence but the dispute resolution has been harder than I anticipated. But you have insurance and have been great with everything updating my scores rather than have them remain stale. The credit insights is also great. Much better than an other app. Thank you!
I downloaded this app to help me rebuild my credit I got the trail that’s end on April 11th then it was showing me the score update on April 12th so I kept the membership since a lot of major changes to my credit happened before that date, April 12th came and no update at all I tried to cancel the membership but there is no way to cancel it unless you speak to customer service. After all they only update you every 45 days or so and you can get your scores monthly for free directly from the credits agencies and better then this tricky way to keep membership after trail.
My husband died 3 years ago and most of our credit was in his name. Consequently, my credit score was in the low 500s. I have worked very hard to raise my score to a respectable level and I enjoy being able to see my scores whenever I want to.
Very easy to use very easy to understand and read the situations of where you stand far as your credit is concerned, the rate your payment history everything that you’re looking for you can find on this app very easily and understand it great
Experian has been telling me that I don't have enough of a credit history to generate a score and yet with you I see all three of my scores that, allegedly, I have not generated yet. So your service is honest as far as I am concerned and that is important to me. Thank you
Love the app, it’s super easy to use and user friendly. If I had one thing I would change, it would just be the fact that scores only update 1 time every 30 days rather than continuous monitoring. Credit Karma updates the score all the time.
Since I am not very savvy having a ScoreSense absolutely makes sense for me. It lets me know exactly where I am what I’m doing right what I’m doing wrong and I watch myself because I know at the end of the month I’m going to get a score and I wanna smile not frown. Thank you score sense

This company delivers quick credit reports on all three credit reporting systems. It provides suggestions when you are looking some advice on research. Simple reports or ways to get mor in depth reports.
Trying to get my credit score to have more details on my balance that I owe. App is cool to use but going off a ad I wanted to have more experience with this information that might get me help asap
The app asks for all of your information including name address phone number social email, everything, as if it’s going to give you your credit scores, but once they’ve got all of your information THATS when they want you to pay 30 dollars to access the score you can get for free elsewhere. Shady and deceptive, now they have all of my information for nothing in return as well. Hard pass
You get to see all the 3 different credit bureaus and what’s in each credit account. You know what you need to do to have better credit and no excuses.
I am intrigued with the fact that this credit report gives a very detailed breakdown of the accounts reporting and their negativity that’s pretty much reporting. It makes it easier to dispute.
I discovered this app earlier today and so far I am very impressed with it. I have already discovered information about my credit report from the (3) bureaus that I hadn’t seen before. Great Job Scoresense!

I’ve had this app for over 8 years. I love how I can see scores from all 3 credit bureaus at the same time. The app also identifies for me why my score has increased or decreased.
The ScoreSense App is very easy to navigate and provides the most accurate information I have seen so far. The scores are closest to real time scores with all three credit bureaus!
The app gives a simplified explanation of scores and a breakdown of what helps and hurts as well as a simulation projection. Showing scores from all three bureaus is great as well. I am still exploring this app but so far so good.
I’m probably going to cancel my subscription though because it’s so expensive. I am going to look into it first, but I believe I get this service free with a couple of my credit cards.

They won’t even open you account to sign in unless you subscribe. This is not mentioned before downloading so I went they all the steps to the end to get stuck at getting thei membership. When I declined there is no free option to view anything like with other apps like Experian, credit sesame, credit karma etc etc.
I downloaded this app and gave all my information then they went to charge me. It needs to state that within the first paragraph when downloading. I read through some of it and never seen where it says it cost money after 7 days. I’ll just stick with many other apps.
