Security Federal has managed to give you all the convenience of modern technology while still keeping its small town bank feel with great customer service!!!
I am not happy with the new ap. It is not user friendly. It can be very hard to figure out how to edit or delete or set up payments. I don’t like the user screens and the alert system. I had no problems using the old ap but do not like this one at all.
Every time I try to do a mobile deposit it says that I have to endorse the check “mobile deposit only to SFB” I do that every time and still every time I have to fight with it to put my check in the bank. This is super frustrating!!
Both of these aspects are very difficult to set up. I have an account and loan with same bank but app asks me questions that app should know. Also why is there not a sign out option. I’d feel better. I guess closing app is how it’s done.
Great Bank! Love how they keep me informed about any and every little detail of my account, with no hidden fees. Yes!:) They provide all the services I need and quick to message me with any concerns or knowledge dealing with their branch. Wish I discovered this bank along time ago.
