I really didn’t think it was possible for us to improve on the personal service that we offer our guests, but boy was I wrong. We’re been using this app for almost a year and the improvements keep getting better. Customer support answers within an hour or so and the technicians are always eager to hear our input on what could be done to make the app more convenient. Keep it up guys. Awesome job!!!

Thank you for creating this app and software! I didn't truly understand how helpful it would be until I really started using it. I have saved so much money and know my customers so much more. It's great to be able to provide such an amazing experience for our guests and in turn run our front of house so seamlessly.

I hope they end up updating it because every action takes a long time to do and the most annoying thing is the status of the tables like if someone paid, it ends up appearing on the screen after a looooong time so basically it doesn’t help at all as I do need to go check the table and leave my post to see if people left already or not.

This app is the best thing to happen to this industry. Being able see what's going on in our restaurant wherever I am is a game changer. I don't know how we ran our business before this software!

Without a doubt this app is the most pioneering and user-friendly venue management system. Updates are permanently improving and adding new and great features. Best app in the industry from the best company in the industry!

I want to have an app for making reservations for the few restaurants in Phoenix that uses you! Because I have to go to the site AND then you assume that I have a Google or Facebook account I want to register with or I have to do as a guest. Make it easier! I don’t use Google or Facebook to book reservations. I have an email however I want your system to know me like OpenTable does. I don’t need the points, I want convenience!

Literally every time I see a restaurant relies on seven room I just decide not to make a reservation at that spot. The app never works, the mobile version never works. Common guys, it’s a restaurant app. You literally have one job and it never works.

Very nice app with great features BUT it crashes every other day lately, for a few hours at a time. Not good during a Brunch on Sunday!

When are you going to make the app compatible on more than just Apple.

Concept seems good if we could register and use the app. Prompts you to log in as soon as you download the app, even though I’ve never registered or used this app before.....

Simplifies venue management for hotels, restaurants and nightclubs. Rich CRM capabilities for hospitality. Great stuff!

Gets better every version. It definitely has a few sharp edges but those are expected when I ask for things and they appear a week or two later.

Anyone using sevenrooms for years know that we've been waiting for the app for YEARS. Like being forced to use the software for years, we're now forced to use an app that... it's just all so bad. Like I've muttered dozens of times before, "get it together Seven Rooms..." Worthless app.

There's no option to register for an account. Even following forget password links doesn't help. Useless. Apparently you can give half or no stars. Which is what this app should get. Because it's useless.
