The absolute worst app I think I’ve ever used! Accepts my payments but doesnt take the money from my account and makes my payments late. Allows a scheduled payment and doesn’t take it either! And that’s if the app don’t say error and gives a number to call! Don’t bother with this app and making payments. I guess I’m going to have to call everytime I want to pay to make sure they actually take my pay payment! Late 2 months in a row. Despite setting a scheduled payment to come out of my bank account. & transferring a individual payment 2 weeks before the due date! Never took either!
I think this is the first review I’ve ever written on any app. I can not stress enough how utterly frustrating this app is. The overkill authentication, the fact that it is impossible to updates any info without going into the bank, etc. Top this off with the fact that any time they do any update- or maybe just randomly- upon attempting login, it will continuously throw different error prompts. “Can’t validate” or “login error please call xxx-xxx-xxxx” “server error blah blah”. If I had to guess, I would say out of a 7 day week this app works flawlessly maybe 3 days a week for me- especially as of late. My wife and I absolutely can’t stand their app.
Overall it’s been a pretty good app over the last year to two years. Prior to that it had periods of being buggy and too many annoying errors while logging in. That seems to have been fixed. I use the app primarily for internal payments and tracking typical expenses. It works well for that.
Sharefax should be ashamed to be offering this as a “banking app”. Constantly crashes, “can’t validate info, user error call 800…. Is always asking to authenticate by sending or calling you a pin, except half the time one or the other doesn’t even work. Read the negative reviews; some of these issues have been going on for 4+ years. They just lack any desire to update the garbage they put out. At least bring it into the 2010’s, then they’ll only be 10ish years behind everyone else.
I’ve never had a worse experience with any app. It won’t accept my transactions and when I go to log in it says my credentials aren’t right when I know they are because I have changed my password at all. Please for the love of god don’t download this app. The worst quality I’m very mad right now. I got so frustrated that I started crying so please either fix the app or I’m definitely switching banks cause this is so aggravating ugh.
I cannot stress how much I HATE this app. It requires 3 levels of authentication to do anything. I literally have to use my finger print, password and answer some ridiculous security question every time I log in. Half the time I forgot the security answer because the questions are so obscure and then I get locked out of my account and have to sit on hold to get someone to unlock it. Seriously I’m all for security but this is over kill.
As other people have said, it takes 3 forms of authentication to access each time to access your accounts from the same device you use all the tome. And then, the security question/answers don’t work and you get locked out. This needs fixed.
When taking pics of checks for mobile deposits camera consistently malfunctions- flashes before you take a pic. Pic looks clear then you get an error message before depositing. Sooo frustrating!
Ever since the update 2days ago this app will no longer work on my Wifi. It works over our data plan but not home WiFi. This is a real aggravating problem.
Everytime I try to log in either the apps down not working or some other issue this is an everyday thing I’m better off just going to the bank to check my account balance or even try to do anything
Not sure why I am required to put in a security question answer, that I can’t remember, to make a payment after I just put in my password. Unnecessary steps just to pay you your money!
