Love reading the sarcastic customer service response, really shows the genuine support for their customers! Lets hope their developers don’t show the disingenuously attitude as well.
This makes managing my showings and lead information so easy to access and use. I love being able to email or call prospects from the app directly. Love seeing the continuous updates to it as well.
I have used the ShowMojo app to add MojoLocks for my listings. It provides additional flexibility for me to create the needed codes on my mobile phone. So far it works well and easy to use.
The ShowMojo app lets me access my lockboxes to generate codes on the go for my listings. It works with all of the digital access devices in my ShowMojo account like MojoLocks, VaultLOCKS, and CodeBoxes. The codes work for the proper times and are easy to generate as needed.
The app opens to the “smart lock” screen and often does not let you exit out to the dashboard. If you are utilizing the app for the scheduling and CRM service, it is not user friendly at all.
This allows me to assign MojoLocks and lockboxes to my units, generate access codes, and use Bluetooth to unlock many of my devices. Very convenient and easy to use!
I’ve tried viewing apartment's on the app but everyone I log in to view an one my password is always wrong, and when going to retrieve/make a new password to be sent to my email, the message is never sent. Really makes viewings hard for no reason
I have attempted to reset my password with a failed result each time. I have deleted and reinstalled the program four times. Is there some go around in order to be able to utilize this program?
[Update] With the latest update on 2/12/20, it now crashes as soon as I select a lock. This app is useless. It’s such a pain to log into. It’s also not intuitive at all. When it did work, I’d choose a time, but it wasn’t clear what to do next to obtain the code. The hyperlink is a small line of text that’s not blue or underlined, so it’s not very clear to the user what to press. Anywho, it now doesn’t work at all so it’s a moot point. Also a word of warning- ShowMojo software is super powerful, but there is zero support. If you submit a ticket, don’t expect a response for two to three days- I’m not even exaggerating a little. Two to three days for a support ticket. I don’t know how that is acceptable on any industry, but that’s how they do business. Apparently, they’re too busy leaving snarky responses in the App Store to actually respond to paying customers. Nice looking app but it doesn’t work. You choose a date and click submit and nothing happens.
