Great resource
I really encourage anyone who is interested in learning about investing, or is already invested in the markets to download this app. Even after I’ve researched a company, I always check with Simply Wall St. before I purchase any stock, because this app provides very interesting data on so many aspects of a company, that other investment apps don’t come close to providing. Heck, Motley Fool and others don’t go into as much detail, or provide as much info. as I feel Simply Wall St. does, and that can make the all difference in a well performing, balanced portfolio! Yep, this is my favorite investing app, and I’m hoping the upgrade/premium version will help me even more. To the creators of this app; A HUGE THANK YOU FROM me. I’ve seen huge gains in my portfolio that I contribute to all the great info. you provide us including using the snowflake profile to view the overall health of a company. I hope you’ll let your subscribers know, if you design any other financial apps, because I will want them all. Once again, Thank you, I love this!

Great app, gives you a good idea
This is basically the app I’ve been looking for, I’ve downloaded a lot but I can truly say this one is the best so far, a bit overpriced I think on the other hand, but does allow a 14 day trial with all access, I really like that you can use their services for free though afterwards, basically tells you everything you need to know about the company before you invest. I really enjoy the undervalue/value setting it tells you, something I’ve wanted but couldn’t put into words so I can ask lol. Just tells you what way the stock is going to swing here soon, and so far it has been accurate. I enjoy it and I’m surprised this hasn’t been talked about more but I do believe this app is up and coming.

There’s a Disconnect
I love Simply Wall St. for their overall concept — taking a plethora of complex statistical data and simplifying it for the average investor. However, I’ve taken to just using the mobile website when accessing my portfolio instead of the app. The developers seem unable to provide users with consistent data from one device to the next. On the website, everything is as it should be; however, on the iOS apps everything is off. I am invested in 18 stocks, but on the iPhone app, it says I am holding 27 — the sum of the ones I am holding and all of the stocks I have liquidated — even though I have “checked” the option to not show liquidated stocks. And on my iPad, it shows 23. Three different views for one portfolio. More still, there is a disconnect across every category of measurement of my portfolio’s performance from one device to the next. All this makes their iOS apps pretty much useless. I trust that Simply Wall St. knows a thing or two about finance and statistics. And the UI is gorgeous. But if they want to make it in the app market, they need to get people who can make the experience consistent.

Great Resource
Pros: •Easy to read data •Great stock screener •Well Documented DCF calculation on their GitHub •Covers most of the essential DD •Great way to learn fundamentals for new traders •Price is actually undervalued for the information you get. •News and events overlayed on price history is a great resource. Cons: •Institutional ownership is not entirely accurate and may take a while before it’s updated. An API hook into fintel’s API would drastically increase the reliability of this data. •Missing/Removed valuations from some tickers this may be a result of an increase in tolerances. •Snowflake is useless. •Portfolio is pretty useless as well, prone to errors and bugs. I wasted too much time in the past trying to get it to work. Overall: Perfect for screening and brief evaluations. I’d like to see the portfolio portion removed all together, it doesn’t really seem to fit with my personal use case, I simply ignore it. Some data can be outdated like company descriptions and ownership info. I’d like to see investor presentations in here and more consistency in the data. Also a filings table, and links to company investors page would pretty much round out the app for me. Either way for the current price you really can’t beat the volume and readability of the data you get.

A work in progress
The last app update broke the ability to update linked portfolios, this is pretty much a deal breaker (will not renew my subscription if this is not fixed ASAP). The delay in updating prices after (US) market closure is very annoying. I don’t expect real-time data but 20min-delayed data are mostly free everywhere and getting timely notifications on price action during market (and extended market) hours is pretty important even maintaining long term portfolios; with this limitation, SWS will never be a primary investment app. The fair-price model inability to price several young companies is also hard to swallow. On the positive side, I like the weekly summary format, the portfolio analysis and the overall organization of data in the app. Overall, this not yet a must have app but it’s improving rapidly. Time will tell…

Great service, not so great app
No back button. Crazy. Once I pick a stock in a portfolio there is nO back button on the iPad. I contact them, they tell me they know, but aren’t interested enough to fix the issue and can’t I just use the webpage version. Or, use the smaller iPad and only use the portrait mode...then there’s a back button. But not on the Pro. And feel free to contact them if I have any problems! What? Now they send an email suggesting I download the improved app. Well, that proved to be an exercise in frustration...still not fixed. What a strange world view to deprioritize the fundamentals needed for a functional app. Functional app first guys! So, save yourself the headache and stick to the webpage version. That at least bookmarks well to the desktop. Then you’ll have a great aNd functional investment service.

Accurate reporting and excellent graphs
As of this date I believe I have been a user of SimplyWallst for 4 years. Though I have switched from other services during this period I find the information presented is in an order that makes an impact for me and the reason I continue using the service that they keep on improving the product and making it more relevant. When I come across a company that I might be interested )like reading an article in Barron’s) my first look see about the company is SimplyWallSt. I find the break out of information and data well presented and accurate when I compare it to other sites.

Necessity if you’re an amateur or intermediate trader
There’s no better resource for understanding the market and the positions you’ll be looking into. The $10/mo Option is your best bet for being able to fully understand what you’ll be investing in. You get an enormous amount of data for every company you can think of. Day trading is not feasible for beginners and those who don’t yet understand short trends. I focus on monthly/yearly trading and have a few positions that I’ll be holding onto for the foreseeable future thanks to the information I gained through Simply Wall St

Great service well worth the price.
I’ve been using Simply Wall St for a couple years. I like to refer to it for easy access to company fundamentals, valuations, growth prospects, etc. And its fun to do research on prospective investments. Its graphics are helpful at a glance. I get pretty much all the same data from my brokerage service, but there it takes much more time to access the data. Where here its just simple and fast and straight forward, and that’s worth a lot. I myself only use of a fractions of its capabilities. And I do appreciate their take on the markets.

Simply Wall Street
My husband has been involved in the stock market for 30 years. I’ve just recently gotten involved. Mostly research and wishlist. At first hubby laughed. Now before he buys anything he runs it by me and I run it by Simply Wall Street. As my wishlist has beat the market all but one week in 6 months. SWS is jammed packed with info. Lots and lots of info and at a price you can’t beat. I’ve had no problems with the app or the info. 5 stars

Enjoy your first 30 days. Then be forced to pay more!
If you own more than 30 stocks, beware that you must pay for the “Ultimate” package and not the “Premium.” What they’ll do is give you full access for 30 days and then block access to your portfolio instead of simply capping stocks over the initial 30 you own. This change happened after I paid for full portfolio access. Like they literally made a change after I paid for the service, citing “technology investments.”Additionally, the 30 stock views per month don't carry over, making it difficult to monitor multiple stocks regularly without limiting research on similar ones. Disappointed with the lack of prorated cancellation option, just offered to disable auto-renewal.

So far, so good
Lots of good information in one place. One area that I have issues with is when I see something where it says: 43 analysts cover this stock and 20 of them went into average fair value price determination. I want to know *who* is influencing the analysis. Is it Morningstar, Wells Fargo, or is it Al and Bob’s Garage investments. I want to know so that I can decide just how confident I should be about their prognosis. It’s nice to know that big players are watching a stock, but if their analysis isn’t part of the aggregate results… it’s harder to trust.

This is what I was looking for
I’ve been trying to decide on a StocksScreener app for a few months and this is my pick. I pay for the premium feature and I love their snowflake model, which seems to be unique to this app. They have up to date info, it’s an easy interface and the catalogue of companies analyzed is very deep. The custom screener feature is simple to understand and works well for me. Great app would recommend to a friend.

A lot of good information
I think Simply Wall Street gives you a lot of information that is easy to digest and easy to read. This accompanied by many graphs and charts gives you all the material needed to make investing decisions. I think this investment tool gives you the most valuable information for the cost of any of the other products out there. More bang for your buck fits perfectly this investment protocol.

Great one stop shop for individual investors.
Simply Wall Street allows you to store you stock portfolios in one place. You have a variety of tools to pick and evaluate stocks. Additionally your stocks are rated by SWS on a set of consistent parameters which are well defined and clearly explained. Personally I love their snowflake abstraction of stock characteristics. Using the snowflake pattern of a winning stock is a great way to find candidates for you next winning stock.

Good but not great
App provides high level, simple overview of each company with all relevant commentary and updated news articles. That’s all the app is good for, I’ve found the app lagged in live trading. User interface is pretty difficult to use, complex to the point I don’t want to understand. Portfolio tracker is useless, discover other portfolios dates back 3 years ago. Constantly updating, I had 6 app updates in the last 3 days. The straw that broke the camels back, the app requested access to other stock apps I pay for on my phone. I don’t appreciate the snooping when I’m a paid subscriber.

Update your news section
I would pay for this if there was an option do to so in the app. This is a very easy to understand app and helps beginner to intermediate traders get a good perspective of a given stock (they even have info on emerging market stocks in depth). The issue I see is the news section is not updated so leads me to believe they’re not updating balance sheets for that long as well and we are not getting real time info. Developer, this is a great idea and there’s nothing like it elsewhere, work on it!

Pros and cons
Pros: The data is presented very well and it’s a great way to get a feel for a particular stock and how it works in a portfolio. Cons: There are some issues with the mobile app. If you want to add stocks that you have previously purchased you have to go to the desktop because the mobile app doesn’t allow additional purchases of the same stock. In the free version you get up to 10 stocks. I added 7 but it shows I have 0 remaining. Huh? It also looks like it might time me out of everything at some point but It’s hard to tell. A request... if someone has a “learner” account, could you just let us have it? A serious investor or trader would be happy to pay a subscription but it shouldn’t cost more than the stock you’re tracking. This is a great platform that needs some tweaks to become truly excellent.

Almost Good On The Way To Being Great
This app can prove to be extremely helpful. What’s not working: when you delete a stock from your portfolio because you no longer own it, the little circle spins and spins, indicating it’s working on that process. Next day: the little circle is still spinning after 25 hours; spinning and spinning into eternity. For eighty bucks a year you expect a certain level of proficiency in the app. The inability to remove a stock from your portfolio is basic and it is not happening for this user.

Well it was good while it lasted
Simply Wall St. has succumb to monthly subscriptions. The recent update has introduced limited information, you basically get the company’s name and the snow flake, not even the current share price. While I agree the information is compiled in a way that make it easier for us to read, the new UI system is very confusing. When it was introduced it took me along time get used to it Vs. the old UI system. Making a portfolio is pointless, it is so hard to just enter information in the cells on a iPhoneX that makes me wonder who they make this app for. I would love to see the application come back but it is on the path of IBillionaire.

Most underrated app!
I truly, genuinely love this app because it provides the most information out of any of the stock apps I have seen and scoured the internet for. I used to have to go to multiple websites and apps for different pieces of information on the financial health of the company, what the company specializes, in or how it’s growth potential is, but all of that information is on simply wall st.

Not enough time to review what the app can offer
I am a new investor who works in healthcare and I have a limited time a day to study stocks. A week goes by so quick and I don't want to get stuck with recurring bill for something that may not help me became a a better investor. I also noticed similar statements that seem autogenerated. I also read Yahoo finance. Apple’s app on stocks, Morning star through Charles Schwab, MarketWatch etc. I am really interested in learning and if the site is really a good site to help new investors learn about companies before they buy, I don’t understand why we can’t have a longer ie a month trial.

A place to start
This app can be really useful as an initial report on companies. However, there are some flaws to it. For example, most of the time it struggles with valuations where the app would give “intrinsic value” to a stock at a price multiple times its all time high (just to mention an example). Another thing is historic data, specially for financial statements (I would love to see this added to the website/app)

Simply the best stock screening
Easy to understand metrics and risk factors, even the newest trader can understand. I use this tool along with others for evaluating a stock I’m interested in trading. The ability to import your portfolio is invaluable. You can easily see the health of your holdings. There are too many valuable features to mention. Well worth the price.

Nice app for iphone stock reports
The graphics are good. The data is good. This app works well for generating an automated stock report that looks good and is readable well in the phone format. Best use case is small cap and micro cap stocks where manual analyst converge is poor anyway. Worth getting. You probably won't use it a ton but you won't regret having this tool in your toolbox.

I would like to upgrade my subscription.
I see value in this app but I can’t upgrade to get it. I read the reviews and thought those issues would be fixed by now. But the developers must get enough money and don’t feel they need to take the time to fix the problems. I can’t chose a new plan it just does not respond. I went to help menu. Nothing they offer even exists on my screen. I deleted the app and reloaded same problems. I eventually went to a web page where I could choose a plan, put in all the info asked for, hit subscribe and nothing, dead dead dead! This app will stay dead to me.

iPhone X compatibility issues
I really love the concept of Simply Wall St and how intuitively they present the information. Although, this app has still not been updated for iPhone X standards. I assume since it’s a newer company, the CEO casually reached out over email (which I really like) and asked about any improvements or questions/concerns. I told him about iPhone X compatibility issues and he responded asking what that meant. The fact the CEO does not even comprehend compatibility issues, let alone take the time to do a simple search, gives me major concerns. This even trickles down to the developers as they clearly do not understand it themselves or take the time to implement best practices in the first place. Like I said, I really do love everything else and would most likely signup for subscription if the CEO (and developers) were more cognizant of the technology medium they are providing their platform on.

Worked Great
Worked great for a while. Tried to get the paid version but no option to do so. Shows annual price advertisement but no link to set it up. Will not save card information or allow to update profile. Made the mistake of logging out and now can’t log back into account. Really liked it while it worked. I’ll try to uninstall and install again but if I have the same issue I’m moving on to something else. Lots of other apps out there that work...

Great Investment Insights for Novice to Intermediate Investors
I’m getting a late start to investing for my future but I do enjoy research. This platform gives you access to easily digested information with quick-to-read articles that explain their end-to-end path to their opinions. They also provide you with additional information for you to make your own informed investments. They never lead with “here’s where you should put $10K” but rather provide you some examples of alternate investment choices for you to consider. It’s not all “TL:DR” articles. You can really get a great deal of information, some of which is in the form of graphs, for you to nerd-out on.

Good and useful but could be better.
I find Simply Wall St. a useful and well made site for following stocks. The price is fairly reasonable depending on your circumstances. I do think they should get a trusted way of importing your portfolio, rather than putting it in by hand or by the file ledger method. I do recommend this site as I use yahoo finance quite a lot to follow my stocks. The personnel at Simply Wall St. do actively listen to our comments and incorporate ideas if they are safe and useful.

Just upgraded to unlimited and it’s not updating.
This not a good start to my experience with Simply Wall St. The “select a plan” menu is still blocking my home page, which I setup under the free trial period. It’s now blocked me on my iPhone and iPad. The payment has already gone through. What is going on. When I log in the “select a plan keeps popping up stopping me from getting to my info. Please fix this problem. I had no problem on the free trial. I logged out after the payment went through and when I logged in today June 3 it started this none sense.

Absolute Trash
Stay away. Got tricked into paying $80 for an annual program for an app that doesn’t work. When I say doesn’t work I mean that even BASIC functions like the return screen arrow doesn’t work. Also their snowflake filter does not even show the companies that are supposed to fit the criterium that you select when browsing stocks. I’ve sent in 2 support requests and have heard zilch. After reading these other comments, I have no faith the issues will be rectified any time soon. Save your money and go else where. Less than 1 star due to continual app failure.

It’s a great app, but
It’s awesome except that there’s a limit on how many companies stats you can look at, I think it should be more than 30 because I invest in more than 70 companies on the stock market so I would like to see all of what I can without the 30 limit, other then that it’s a great app.

Great pairing with Robinhood
I live linking with Robinhood. The analytics are easy to understand and the analysis is dispassionate. My only wish was that there was a smaller price point to start for the first year to see if it is worth the price. Working with a small portfolio it will take a lot to make up the cost of an annual subscription.

Don’t pay for subscription plan!
Do not pay for a plan. You will not get the number of views that you pay for. I paid 2 months of unlimited plan at $30/mo. And never was able to add more than 30 watch/views so I canceled. I tried again months later but paid for $15/mo. Plan for 30 views and was only able to view 5 which is the free plan. Best just to stick with the free plan. Plus the info is not up to date. Lots of easy to read info and though. P.S. the app charges you even after you cancel.

Good service
The only reason I did not give 5 points is it does not provide tools to see historical data, much less correlations between price and fundamentals. The valuation is very misleading when taken by itself. If buying or selling were done based on it you’d be suffering through long periods of disappointment.
