I apologize in advance if others have already mentioned these things. 1. The app doesn’t have an option to keep you signed in so every time you open the app you don’t have to sign in again every time. 2. The location of the order should display at the top somewhere so you know where it’s located before accepting it. 3. There should be an option in the app to contact technical support. The good things are that the instructions are in the order as a pdf so you can print them from inside the app, and the borrower information like the phone number is tappable so you can call from within the app.
The company I do BPO’s for say that I can complete the order on the app. This is wrong. There is no button that allows you to enter information. Just the following. Maps, schedule, access attempts, product instructions, contacts. The other annoying thing is every time I change from app to app I have to re-login to sluice. So when I look up the map of the property and then come back login. When I change to send a text RE-login. So annoying!
The concept is great, have orders sent to your phone vs checking email. The issue: Why does the app not open to the exact assignment that is sent to you? You have to go back one screen and often pull to refresh multiple times to see the new offer which by then can be claimed by someone else.
App is currently logging me out anytime I leave app including when I leave the app open but switch to another app on my iPhone. I can’t seem to get IT assistance or unable to report issue. Please fix this issue or advise on how I can perhaps fix myself.
This app is completely useless. I’m constantly being logged out. It won’t sync properly. There are work orders that were canceled but can’t be removed. Why would anyone want to use such garbage when there are apps that are so much better. The developers talks about constantly updating the app but the same problems still exist.
Every time you get a message, you have to scroll down through the whole chain of messages. No option to clear. Same if you back out, you lose what you were typing. Also if you hit the drop down in messages, you have to back out to reset it. This is basic UI stuff guys!
Called the software company twice now, left message and no return call. App doesn’t work on my iPhone. Tried uninstalling but now the company ID I used for initial set up says the ID’s are already in use. Missed several orders already.
Good usability, easy to enter info and take pictures. A sharper contrast will be better. Issue: not synchronized with the desktop. Orders already submitted from the pc, still needs acceptance on the app. When this issue will be resolved, this app will get 4-5 stars
Tried to speak to someone in reference to getting troubleshooting information.Spoke to a Tricia she rude, unprofessional, standofish and will interrupt you when your speaking 1866 938 0328 did not get any help whatsoever. Clearly someone needs a career change.
