Great Credit Union. App works. Accurate. Interface is not straight forward, but it is so small, I can find everything. Optional email alerts are great, but the information in the emails is not presented for quick analysis - too many useless words. Alert setup is overly clunky. Everything works in the app, and it is appreciated, but it could use some organization.
I love SMCU. However, the new mobile app update is poor. It gives an error message that I need an internet connection when I try to access my accounts. I need at least two tries and sometimes more to view my accounts.
Cannot say enough good word about St Mary’s Credit Union app is easy to use I can transfer my funds from other account. Very happy all the way five stars
App is pretty good. Not sure why the developer hasn’t included face recognition. Newer iPhones don’t have fingerprint option anymore, would love to not have to type in my password every time I log-in.
Suddenly cannot pay bills or transfer money. Keeps saying I will not allow cookies yet that is not how I have my browser setup and it had no problems before the upgrade. We need all online access this year of needing to stay home especially.
I guess that broke with the last update. There’s no way to tell the app by going into settings or privacy or a camera to link to the app. So there’s no way to remotely deposit checks at the moment using an iPhone.
Don’t know what you did with last update, but I can’t login at all now. PS I’m a regular user of online banking with several institutions. Maybe look to see what some of your competition is doing for ideas . . .. (love Mutual Ones app)
I joined St Mary’s almost two years ago and they have all the functions I need. They upgraded the mobile app to the Versatile theme and added Zelle in 2020 and that made it a lot better. Kudos St Mary’s!
They re did all there online stuff. This new app is way more complicated than the old one. Transferring money is annoying now. And still don’t have Touch ID login. The old one was dated but it was functionally better.
I have no issues depositing checks, checking account status, etc, but the display and lays out of this app is straight out of Windows 95. SMCU- please have your app developers make this app state of the art/easy to use/and clean looking!
I’ve seen other reviews saying similar things but this app will not open and load. It completely prevents me from being able to deposit checks unless I go to a branch location. Please fix!
The old app was better, the interface was much easier to use and now it is more complicated to find things. I do have to say I like the addition of Touch ID and transfer
The credit union is amazing but this app is terrible. Hasn’t loaded for a couple weeks now. This is why I left another bank, their app wouldn’t work either.
The app (or the whole online system) obviously still has some bugs to work out. I can put in my username and newly-generated password, but then I come to a "create a new password" screen that I stay stuck at, no matter how many times I retype a new password.
