Every time I open this app or get a reminder, it makes me laugh but also get to the point. It's a very clever and witty approach to syncing with Salesforce and reminding you to reach out to your clients. With an array of voices and personalities, you can pick which coaching style inspires you to get stuff done. Nothing motivates me more than the Jewish mother voice saying oy.... It helps you prioritize clients and determine which ones haven't heard from you, you has a large deal that needs closing, who needs to be followed up on, etc. There is no doubt it has helped me close more deals all by doing it with a sense of humor.
Have used spiro off and on for a while starting back when it was free. The iterations they've built are impressive and I'm here to stay for the paid product. Spiro makes it easy to push through my pipeline on a daily basis. For some of those opportunities where you need to give a touch but don't want to waste time writing a custom note every other day, it's invaluable. Big fan of these guys for the time they're already saving me and look forward to deals closed to come as a result.
This app is what's up. Our team has HATED Salesforce1, and within minutes of using this, they literally said "wow, this is awesome." What's even more awesome? Their support. We had a few hiccups with getting a couple people logged in (our fault, not Spiro's) and within minutes of opening a chat from within their website, they had the problem fixed for us.
I utilize Spiro throughout my daily tasks/activities to quickly and efficiently nurture my accounts through the sales cycle. With Spiro, I can manage my day, move out close dates and send emails through Spiro without using the Salesforce platform. The time saved by using Spiro allows me to focus on more of my accounts which will result in greater opportunity for revenue. I highly recommend using Spiro!
This is one of the best CRM systems I've ever used. Spiro streamlines my routine customer contact and ensures that I never miss an opportunity. The product is so easy to use, and it takes out much of the legwork that typical CRM systems require. It is an unbelievable value and could be used by small businesses and large corporations alike. My only regret is that It didn't exist 15 years ago.
I am not in sales, but I own my business and I've been looking for an app like this one. Spiro lets me keep track of my customers in a seamless way set reminders to stay in touch with everyone. I am still amazed that it added my clients automatically in their database. Fabio is too funny!!
Really have enjoyed using this app. It engages you in such a way that it makes it fun to work. Seriously, the integration with SFDC is huge because when you are on the road a lot, you make a lot of calls while driving. Normally that means you can't update your notes easily in SFDC. This app solves that. It also sorts through the contacts you need to be reaching out too and gives you a kick in the pants to reach out to them. The support from the Spiro team has been excellent. They take feedback well and are quick to respond. Use this app!!
My team uses Spiro and they love it. It makes the data entry pretty painless and dare I say...kind of fun! Very functional. Very practical. All around great app. Would definitely recommend to anyone in sales who is looking to get and stay ahead in their career.
I don't usually write reviews, but this app deserves one. Spiro helps me prioritize my prospects and stay organized. I love the daily notifications of what I should be doing next. The funny personalities are also pretty great. If you work in sales, this app is a mystery-have!
I have been using Spiro for awhile now and love it! Spiro either nudges you along the Opportunity Sales Process or even can push you off the ledge. It is in your face, timely as well as quite amusing. Salespeople should punch their ticket and get on the Spiro train as it will help their sales.

I really enjoyed reading the blog on Facebook and I was excited to see that I could use my office 365 sign in to register. I tried to do it and it kept telling me that the mail link was not available. I tried it for multiple devices. Nothing worked. There is no way to contact customer support so I deleted the app. What a waste of time.
A must have for anyone in sales who hates updating Salesforce and who needs help staying on top of things. It's smart recommendations are brilliant and very helpful. Highly recommend.
This app has plenty of potential. It lacks good support for importing contacts. Only the emails import and I have to manually type in the phone number which is incredibly tedious. It's also a pain to delete contacts because there is no option at all, to delete contacts through the app.
Who else hates doing data entry in SFDC besides me? Oh, that's right.....every sales rep that's ever been subjected to it. Spiro is the key to your data entry salvation. I could go on and on about its awesome F&B's but I won't. Instead I'll just mention that your salvation is three simple steps away. 1. Download Spiro (right now!) 2. Activate and use it. 3. Close more deals faster. Thank you, that is all.

Do not require a website to be entered. That may be important to your data collection but it's not relevant to my business. Names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, and opportunity notes are what I need. Keep working at it!
Not what was advertised. An app to just put customer info into with reminders and space to write details on the presentation and the customers needs would be way better. Salesforce is annoying. Weak sauce.
