This casino would be great if they’re withdrawals didn’t take 3 to 5 days. Every other casino, I get it the same day and most of them. I get them instantly. My account has been restricted 5 times in literally 4 weeks! All because they keep asking for new information to verify my identity every few days after I deposit money. This casino is terrible!! I’ve played on many online casinos and normally when I withdraw I get my money the same day and if not, no later than the next day. I withdrew from this casino on Friday around noon. Saturday at 3AM their risk management team reached out to request a photo of a card I had used. I no longer have the card, it was lost and replaced with my current card so they needed me to provide them with a statement from my bank stating that the card was lost and replaced with a new one. I provided them with that statement on Tuesday morning and it is not Thursday morning and haven’t heard a word from them. While looking at other reviews, I see this is common for them to give a hard time when requesting withdrawals. This is by far the absolute worst casino when it comes to the withdraw process! They offer nice welcome bonus, but you can only use the bonus on specific games that are specific to the site. Once you play through the initial bonus and have some money left, you’re still restricted on which games you can play because the more popular games that aren’t site specific can only be played with cash balance only - so you have to make a deposit to play them or finish the 15X time wagering requirement on your bonus winnings. The daily “free spin wheel” was working for about 5 days and it just stopped appearing. When you try to access it from the promo section it won’t open either. As a new player, and new to online casinos I LOVE welcome offers. To me it seems like he perfect way to be able to play and try new games. Any casino I’ve played online I’ve either won some, or been able to walk out with the same amount I had no matter the playthrough amount. This app is a joke.. I withdrew 800 dollars which was cool hadn’t received it yet but then I log back in deposit another $100 and it says that I can’t play because I’m not located in Michigan. Worst slots app out there. The games freeze on wins and it doesn’t return to that spin and sometimes doesn’t even give you the win. The server error happens once ever 30-60 seconds on certain games. This server error will boot you out, and you lose your winnings at times. It does seem to hit well at times, other times it’ll lose every spin. Overall, terrible experience most of the time. I won some money playing with my free $50 signup freeplay. I requested a withdrawal to my bank account but they declined it due to me never using it and needing to enroll it on their global payment systems. ( poor reasoning for not processing my withdrawal). For logging in March 17th-21st you’re supposed to get 50 free spins for st pattys day. It says it could take up to 72 hours for spins to load.
