I love my credit union all the people are always so kind I’ve been with the schools credit union for over 30 years and they’ve always done a fantastic job and helpful. I’ve been with them for over 20 years.
Solid app with some good features like Live Support, but I wish there was a way to see how many of your six monthly money transfers you had left in the app. That way you can think twice before moving money to a certain account, I accidentally used all six of my monthly transfers and now I have to wait the whole month to pay off my credit card bills 😳
I’ve had SSSCU since 2008 and I will never switch! I’ve never really had any issues with them and when I did They are always more than happy to help. I’ve had other accounts in other banks throughout the years and nothing compares to SSSCU! LOVE THEM!
Does everything I need it to do. Easy login. Can transfer fast between accounts including HELOC. Depositing is a snap. Reviewing checks written is easy. And I appreciate being able to set alerts and the weekly account updates. Thanks SSSCU!
The app is great overall, but the mobile check deposit rarely works. There’s always some kind of error with either the picture or some kind of system error. This is an essential feature in modern banking apps. Please fix!
There is no 24 hour representative to help after hours also the app sometimes doesn’t allow me to make my transfers which is a problem if I get too close to the due date and when that happens I normally call and speak to someone but it would be great to have help available for 24 hours.
Room for improvement has been getting better. Its almost there. Little more help and focus on the camera check deposit picture taking, I have an IPhone 8 best camera in the market. Some reason your proses is having a hard time.
I can use most of the functions but when it comes to mobile deposit it rarely accepts the pictures even under ideal conditions. The back of the check portion doesn’t take any photos I try.
I really like this new app… It's very user-friendly, especially when you're on the run and trying to do mobile banking with one thumb. I didn't have as much experience with the previous version because I don't like having to scramble for my glasses to read things while I'm standing in line at the checkout. I also love the snap-and-deposit feature. I live out of state now so all of my deposits go through a co-op credit union. This just makes it so much easier and so much more direct. I give it a two thumbs up!👍🏼👍🏼
As the title says, I like the old version much better than this version. I loved the convenience of depositing checks through the mobile app, but for some reason this version seems to be totally against user friendliness. It takes about 20 times for it to accept a picture even though I'm following all the instructions and it took three hours to deposit. The last time I used the app it said I submitted my check successfully, but three hours later it i was emailed saying the deposit was deleted because the picture didn't "match up" this is incredibly annoying.
Love the newest update, features are easy to access. No problems other than the messages. Crashes every time I click on it. It's not a serious problem, but if when you can, fix the crash. Thanks again.
It didn't take long to get accustomed to the new format. The new site is easy to use and has some nice new features. I'm loving the new sense of security.
I have really enjoyed the improvements. All the account management is now organized in a much better format. You will benefit with tighter fiscal management.
Touch ID is not working properly please fix...this is the only app I my phone that has this problem so it must be the app. Other than that pretty good. Fix and will change to 5 stars.
I am very disappointed with the new update! It was so convenient being able to mobile deposit my check and now when I do it takes it sweet time too give me my deposit. NEVER AGAIN will I mobile deposit with this app.
