Way better than the last app. With COVID going around, I would really love if I could make mobile deposits. I have a few checks at home that I haven’t touched due to trying to staying at home as much as possible. Thanks for the improvements though.
There is no option to set up recurring payments, nor to modify existing rules. You can't edit any scheduled payment - you have to cancel the pending payment and resubmit a new one. This is a pretty basic function lacking here.
I used this app to freeze my card occasionally prevent unwanted charges. When you try to unfreeze your card to make a purchase the app constantly give you an error and tell you to try again (useless) or call the credit union. Except if it’s after business hours or a weekend no one can help you. So you basically have no access to your money. Fix this now!
I keep getting a certificate error message and have to shut my phone off or delete the app and reinstall. I never had these issues until the past few months. I used to be able to make mobile deposits but I’m tired of constantly getting an error message.
In 2020 I still have to wait almost ten days for a new check to clear...there’s no mobile check deposit either..the app is pretty basic but imo it’s useless without the mobile check deposit..that’s my entire reason for wanting the app..
Been a customer of this CU for 5 years while using this app frequently, and now with the update the bank has given my login credentials to another member, without even notifying me. Unbelievably bad way to go about updating their tech. 🤯
The app won’t let me use facial recognition. That stopped working about a year ago. Now it’s slow logging me in. It cycles for minutes when using the app. I have to go to the browser to log in.
I’m to such an conscience to be randomly logged out onto my facial recognition setting and have to do it all over again. What the point of making things unnecessarily unpleasant.
