App is extremely outdated

App is perfectly fine in almost every way. Only problem is that it is very difficult to press certain important buttons because the app is clearly designed for an iPhone with a home button. It does not fit on the newer iPhones with the larger screen. This is pretty ridiculous that they have not made it compatible yet considering iPhone with home buttons are a isn't at this point (2024). You'd be way better off using hotschedules.

Doesn’t work do not use this for your business

Trying to submit any kind of availability change or time off request takes an act of congress. On IOS you’re unable to select the two buttons at the top of the screen to submit and go back. Time-off requests and availability changes rarely process and go through. For the sake of your employees sanity, do not use this for your business.

Very buggy

I honestly do not know why our company still uses this. It takes 20+ tries to make time off requests. This is not a device thing, because this applies to both my iPhone 11 and my iPhone 15. Moreover, for more recent iPhones with the island (near the camera), the interface doesn’t allow access to the submit or sort button on the upper right. Please improve. It is so inconvenient.

Terrible

I just got this job and they want me to have this app and I can’t even login in my managers getting frustrated with me because I can’t get in because this app won’t let me it says reset my password and I do know I type it incorrectly, cause I do it a couple times and then when I go to login, it says it won’t work it says invalid i cant afford to get fired when this is my first job

Please Update for iPhone 15/iPhone 15 Pro users!

I used to have no issues with this app. However, since upgrading my phone to the iPhone 15 Pro Max, I cannot press the buttons on the top left and right of the screen due to the spacing. Is there a possibility for there to be an update that’ll fix the spacing for those with an iPhone 15/iPhone 15 Pro?

I like hot schedules better

Would love to see how many hours I work a week when on the schedule icon. Also on the calendar icon when it shows the people working, after I select filter by shift it changes back immediately to filter alphabetically. Can this be a permanent change or have filter by shift the default?

respect the notch

Seriously, you need to respect the notch. The app is effectively unusable on screens with the notch or the Dynamic Island. Yes, this does work really well for the iPhone 8 and before, but anything after that is lacking basic functionality because there is no way to access the buttons at the top or bottom of the screen.

Can’t press half the buttons

This app is virtually unusable. I can’t view ANYTHING other than my current availability and my schedule. I can’t change my availability, I can’t creí my chats, I can’t do anything other than what is right there on the front page because the buttons are on a part of the screen that can’t be touched.

Fix asap

Usually great but new update made it so I can’t touch the buttons at the top of the screen, making it impossible for me to change my availability, ask for time off, or do many necessary functions. Please fix this asap (iPhone 14pro)

app that barely works

my job uses this app for scheduling, but the app barely works. i continuously keep trying to take time off for a vacation before it is to late to get it off and the app does not load the time requested off. it is genuinely the most frustrating thing ever!! please employers for the sake of you and your employees DO NOT USE THIS APP.

Please fix app

I recently downloaded the update for Stafflinq and now the top and bottom bar don’t fit my screen on the IPhone 14 Pro Max. The display is now stretched out and makes it impossible to click the buttons on the top and bottom bar!!!

the app is not compatible with certain iOS. i am unable to click the buttons at the top to request time off or see the buttons at the bottom. for context, i have an iphone 15. please fix this soon.

Update is hard to look at

The new update is really bad visually and makes it hard to read my schedule. The old way was a lot better. Otherwise a fine app.

Keeps closing

I’ve been using this app for a little over a year and have never had an issue until now. I keep opening the app and it keeps closing on me. I’ve even checked for updates and reinstalled. What’s the deal???

I can’t get a reset link for my password! It only had been five days since I’ve tried it and nothing is working! This is really frustrating because I have no idea why it won’t send me the link and I have a new job too!

What the heck?

I just updated again. Didn’t mean too and wish I hadn’t. But now I can’t click “sort by shift” when viewing the schedule. 😐 the button at the very top right and top left won’t let me click them.

Horrible

Doesn’t even fit the size of your screen. Can’t click on the most important buttons. Such as the back button or the edit a schedule. The worst. Do better

I used to could use the app until it updated and now it won’t open and i don’t know what my schedule is making the app useless and upsetting both me and my employer.

Unusable

This app used to be fantastic, but it is unusable. The buttons on the top of the screen no longer work on newer iPhones. It’s super frustrating to both me and my boss.

Not working well!

Fix The App Please

The buttons in the upper corners are unusable! I have to flip my screen horizontally and spam them to even have a chance at clicking the buttons.

Not worth it.

Honestly with my work it’s required to have a link or some form of way to access this website so that i can see my schedule. But this app almost makes me wish we could use hotschedules or borderline switch jobs. There’s multiple times where I’m force logged out and forced into reseting my passwords, Do the password right and am still locked out, Along with multiple other bugs. The problem is this isn’t some game on the app store, this is a work related app and effects my lively-hood. If this app screws up and i can’t find my schedule in time i could be considered a no call no show and lose the job. This app along with the website have failed me many times, over all i advise against it. At the very least if it’s required like it is for my job, please don’t waste your time or money on the app. A normal case scenario you have to call in and find out yourself making it useless, and as i said before, worst case you’re looking for a new job.

This app is the worst

Worst scheduling app I’ve ever used. Half the time the app doesn’t even sync up with the online schedule so when I try to pick up or release a shift my manager doesn’t even get notified. So we end up having to manually do everything through the computer anyway. Which annoys my manager because I can’t just “do it through stafflinq” 🙄 TRUST ME. I WISH I COULD. 🙄🙄 there’s no way to send out a mass message to all servers, like a “hey I can’t work Thursday.. could anyone work for me?” Unless I want to go through and individually message everyone. This isn’t even the beginning of my list of complaints for this app. I’m also curious as to who owns this app because I’ve heard it’s somebody that also partners with Metro Diner.. and I just expect more out of them. We make all these changes and I can’t wait to see a Metro Times with the header “We No Longer Use Stafflinq!!” because this is pathetic. Get it together.

Want a refund

Since they revamped the software I’ve had nothing but problems. Can not view my schedule, have to go online, the site recommends I buy the app to view, I did and it’s worthless. The few times, and seriously, the few times I’ve been able to see my schedule it doesn’t sync to my calendar. New look is confusing on days you work. You can not ask for more than one day off at a time, you have to ask for each day off, instead of from 1-5 off.

Don’t waste your money

I think it’s absolutely pathetic that I had to spend money to download this app because the website continues to glitch and not allow you to load it/log in, and the app is borderline worthless. It has my schedule on there (which is on the email I get as well so no bonus points for that), but it doesn’t lay out a clear way to contact managers which is the number one thing I wanted. It’s also not very user friendly. Don’t waste your money.

Hot Garbage

This app is literally trash. Settings are unavailable. Schedules are unavailable. Every time I try to update my availability the app crashes. So glad I could waste my money on this app only to have to use (I’m being generous with the term “use” here, as the website also hardly functions) the horribly broken website instead. I have to use this service to see my schedule for work. God forbid it actually work. I expect nothing and I’m still disappointed. Save your money.

Crashes a lot

This may be one the worst work apps I’ve ever used it crashes almost every week and logs you out or doesn’t open. They’re are a lot of issues with it that have been needing to be fixed for a while. If you’re not thinking about paying for this app, don’t because it’s really not worth it just take pictures of your schedule and put it in your calendar. This app is seriously useless and will probably never be fixed.

Please make it more visually readable

99% of the time I’ll pick up a shift that I’m thinking I’m working on a Thursday night but then after my shift gets approved I go back into the app I reread it and it says I’m working Friday. The app is displayed so confusing and I always get my shifts mixed up because the way the app is displayed makes it look like I’m working one day but instead I’m working the next day. Please StaffLinq make it easier to read so I don’t get my shifts mixed up anymore :(

I’m a fan of the update

I’ve had the app for 3 years. I feel like in 2018 it shouldn’t of taken that long to get a decent up to date app. But alas we finally got a new updated version. Not to shabby. Still wish it was a bit more modernized.

Beyond Disappointed

I thought it would be worth the money to buy the app for my phone but it’s honestly more trouble than it’s worth. It crashes constantly and the problems gets even worse after major updates. I haven’t been able to use the app for several months now. I have reset my password, deleted and redownloaded more time than I can count. It’s a waste. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Much Bettery

It is obvious that they talked to people before they made the new version. The old version was kind of weak. New version does all of the things I would want it to do. I think they need couple of tweaks and they will move from good to really good.

Eh, some good, a lot bad!

It’s looks a lot better and navigate a smoother, but now I can’t see the in/out times for the people I work with like I could before and it’s really annoying to have to select the calendar and then chose location just to see who works for the day, you have to do that every single time you want to view the full staff schedule for the day!! Please fix!!

Worse than before

They had an “okay” app and with the latest update they just made it worse. At least before you could easily tell what shifts you were on, now they made it all the same color and size. In addition, you can’t even tell who you work with anymore or how many people will be on a shift. Please revert it to the previous version.

Makes me mad.

The fact that we have to pay $3 to see our schedule is very upsetting to me. This is a clunky, poorly built app. The most annoying part is that it gives the numerical date without saying "Thursday" or "Sunday" So I know I work two weeks away on the 28th, but then I need to check a calendar to see what day of the week it is. I hate this app almost as much as I hate the company who makes me check my schedule on it!

Was working but not anymore.

I downloaded this app with extreme caution because of all the reviews. I had it for about 4 months and it was working perfectly. Then all of a sudden it just stopped working. Every time I open the app now it turns to a blank white screen and freezes my phone. This app is wack! Please either help me fix it or ugh idk what else I can do but delete it.

Update isn’t good

Good app. Does a lot, but the update took away one of the its best uses and that was being able to see who is working on your shifts. Please change back.
