I will never bank with anyone else. This company that started from old State Farm agents for State Farm agents is quite the benefit indeed. They make it so easy to do banking and the interest rates on their loans destroy any other bank out there by a long shot. HIGHLY recommend State Farm agents young and old to go thru SF FCU for all your personal and business banking needs.
I’ve been a State Farm Credit Union customer for 22 years. In that time, I’ve used most of their services. I’ve never been disappointed. They under promise and over deliver. Their app is no different. Easy to use, and it has every feature that I care about. Very grateful to be a SFFCU member.
The App is great!! We can do all the business with the App that we have needed to do! From adding another savings account to applications for a RV loan. If you want to transfer money from one account to another internal or to one external you can do it with the App. We use it all the time!
I am so excited to finally have this app. So much quicker than the website. And I love that I can pull other accounts into the app so I can see everything in one place if I wanted to use that feature. First the update to the State Farm app, now this...great job State Farm!
I just love the App as it’s easier than I thought it was going to be. When I did have situation I just called and poof it was resolved right away. SFFCU has knowledgeable people that understands both sides so it’s easy to find out how to correct it.
I have really enjoyed being a member of the credit union over the past 39 years! It’s an awesome place to save money and earn interest monthly and obtain your money when you need it! It’s effortless with online banking. Most importantly, you know your money is secured safely.

I really like the simplicity of this app. It provides me exactly what I wanted. I also really liked the way I can connect external bank accounts to be able to transfer funds easily. My only request to the developers is to enable Touch ID to make logging in significantly easier.
It is too difficult to log on because it has trouble remembering the device; plus, the repeated name your device over and over is very annoying and frustrating. YIKES!!! Chase Bank has a much user-friendly ap.
Have been with this credit union for 43 years. It has never been so easy to check on my accounts. And able to move money any time in or out. Also rates by far are the best.
Please add the Face ID capability when signing into the app instead of typing in my password each time. My Chase and Navy Federal has this feature as well. Saves time and it’s annoying… outdated. When you click on something, it takes you to login page. Thank you
Kudos State Farm on an excellent app. They literally thought of everything. This is such a huge upgrade from the mobile banking website. I can’t even begin to describe how much more convenient it is! THANK YOU for finally making a credit union app!

So glad you added mobile app. Online was/is good, but mobile app adds another great tool! Thanks Ps I still think a drive thru wud be a good idea, but I’m old school.
I haven’t come to expect much from State Farm in terms of apps and online experience but they did a great job on this one. It’s clean, simple, and fast. Sooooo much better than the website!
My wife work for State Farm and I remember two years ago I ask her why Statefarm don’t have a mobile banking app, She said they are just old fashion lol.
With the most recent update, my app is constantly crashing. It won’t open once I input my passcode-it immediately crashes, but clicks as if it was accepted.
When an app is simple enough and an old guy like me has confidence in it, anyone can use it. Add in great rates and great service and the combination is unbeatable.
