The app is a good app just sadly here are the issues I have a problem with 1,signing up with a phone number is the worst thing to do if you change your number you cannot add a email to keep your account 2. Stationhead tech support are not very good with responding to emails in a timely manner 3. It’s a lot of bullies on this app and station head reporting button dose not work I mean people are being doxed (personal information being exposed), homophobic, disrespecting the dead, sexist and they do not receive no penalty for their actions not a account suspension or a band NO ACTION BEING TOOK AGAINST THESE CYBER BULLIES 4. THE BIGGEST ISSUES I HAVE WITH STATION HEAD IS BEING LOCKED OUT THE APP at times it’s like they lock certain stations like it’s a huge glitch and I couldn’t enter the station for possible 15-30 mins 5. Sometimes Stationhead app will unfollow certain stations I have no clue why but there’s countless times I’ve missed a show from my favorite radio host MilagroGramz because I didn't receive a notification. These are my true reviews other than these major glitches the app can be fun great way to promote your music and chat have good conversations and you can receive money or give if you enjoy the show also never know your favorite rapper/ singer might appear and engage with the people in the chat

I love stationhead bc I can listen to my favorite artists to stream and further support their music. I also possibly have a chance to interact with my favorite artists. I can interact with other fans or fandoms. As much as I love the app, it does have it’s issues. When it comes to moderating crazy fans the blocking feature is not enough. All syndicated hosts should be able to block and moderate the lives without actually being on the podium to host. There is often glitches in the live chat and glitches happening during lives that have nothing to do with internet connection. The wait time for switching out songs for buying parties can often be long. Support issues also can have a long turn around time. There should definitely options for hosting joint fandom streaming parties. With these major/small improvements, it can definitely be a better functioning app.

I rarely do reviews for apps, especially if I use them frequently out of necessity. Sometimes those same apps continuously have problems from how they treat content creators and users. However, this is my first day with this app, and I absolutely love it! It really plays out like a collection of radio stations. Best of all, if there are certain songs I like or songs similar to my core likes, they are played! This app really is a blessing for content creators who really want to make their music, talk shows, and any audio content known, and it truly reflects the General public’s tastes without feeling it being forced down. I really commend the creators of this app for their vision, and for their customer service/management. I will be using this app in the future for not only listening, but to do my own live broadcasting. And yes, I am an ARMY.

I would like to start by saying thank you to the innovators behind Stationhead. I wholeheartedly believe in the potential of the app. As a radio personality, it has provided me with another platform to grow as an entertainer. As listener, it has allowed me to find new music & actually connect with the artists. Radio certainly isn’t dead it’s on Stationhead. The community is amazing, the support is genuine and the level of creativity throughout the platform is out of this world. I suggest searching for people like RubyJuu, Jyngleluv, MoreSoupPlease & of course TeriHearteRadio. So much talent, incredible shows and a growing community. The app is still so new and developers are clearly working to make the app reach it’s full potential. I hope I continue to grow with it! ❤️

I love what you're trying to do with this app. It's a great concept, and this could really take off. However, as someone using VoiceOver and who's totally blind, I'm having a bit of trouble with the interface. The stations you can tune into are easy enough to access and for the most part, I can see notifications, but there are a lot of parts like switching to another station that might require a bit of work. Also, I am having trouble finding all the buttons for recording your own shows, going live, streaming music, Etc. A lot of buttons are unlabeled, so that makes things just slightly more complicated. Thank you for taking the time to make a great app like this. I appreciate your work in giving listeners and radio hosts alike a good experience. I look forward to seeing what you all do with this.

I have always wanted to find an app to where I am the host of the radio show I can have collars and I can broadcast music like it’s the real deal however I have no clue how this works I went to go live thinking that it will just play the music and then I can hit pause and say what I Gotta say and then her unpause and have the music go you know like an actual station but the music kind of went to the background as I was talking and then it asked me if I wanted to end my show how do I play the music the music can I go to to the background to let me talk and let me play my music without having to end the show seems like a really cool app I just need some pointers on how it works

As a BTS Army, I’m so grateful for this platform that enables us to support our boys. We’ve had radio DJ’s laugh at our requests, tell us no one wants to listen to music in Korean and worse, use us for our online engagement with promises to play BTS but rarely with the follow through of actually playing their music. If they did, it was during grave yard hours when the GP wouldn’t hear it. Thank you Ryan and the 13 other people for providing us with the opportunity to not only support BTS but also show the industry they can’t keep us down. We are not bots. We are Army who support our boys despite the challenges presented to us.

Stationhead is a really great app. The streaming quality is awesome. The app is addictive, the air really belongs to you! The way you are able to maneuver in and out of different shows is amazing. I love how we are able to chat with our audience/listeners as we run our show! You can even make music requests. The new record feature is amazing, now no one has to miss your show now! They can go back to your shows profile and listen to the recorded shows they missed. The people behind Stationhead are also very helpful everyone on the app is willing to help you learn what you need to know to create great content to have a dynamic show! GREAT JOB 💪🏾 keep growing & improving Stationhead!!

This app is really great, and I just discovered it today. Has a really pretty and functional interface that I really love. Really perfect for streaming parties like the one I was a part of! I especially love the weekly leaderboards and direct messaging features, as well as the tips and comment section which is really good for building audiences!! I was so surprised that the server was able to hold over 165,000 people AND COUNTING with no problems and/or minimal glitching (though I didn’t personally experience this). I’m definitely keeping this app because it’s so much fun. Love from ARMY! Thank you so much :)

This app definitely had potential but with the latest update it has failed on all levels. A space where listeners can come listen to music has become more and more of a challenge. The app is glitchy. It keeps kicking people out. Volume is a problem. These issues keep being reported with no fix. What they did instead was add more features that nobody asked for while taking away the basic functions of a host. We now have zero control over our library when on or off air. We can’t see our library to remove content that is no longer relevant. We can’t even see the queue to load music unless we are on air. We can only add to a queue - which limits to 99 songs. The job of a host is the ability to set up before going live- can’t do that anymore. I am not sure what the developer is trying to do at this point but it sure isn’t helping anyone.

Army started using this app to stream due to the issues of certain streaming apps and lent just say. It was able to handle a Hugh streaming party without issues. We tend to break things because they can’t handle our traffic but Stationhead has done an amazing job. I love how we can chat with each other while listening to music. It’s a great way to connect with like minded people and not worry about your streaming being filtered. Thank you for making this app. I am very curious to see how you grow. Got a chance to use this for the last couple of days when btschartdata hosted a huge live stream. Considering the huge turn out it ran incredibly smooth (just like butter), my only small gripe is that very occasionally the audio would go out as I was switching tabs or apps. Not a huge deal since it would come back within seconds or I could go press play again. But otherwise I enjoyed listening to music with a huge community on this app, and look forward to how this app will progress.

You don't need to take hosting your show too seriously, you can have fun with it, make new friends from all over the world, and it's completely uncensored. Don't want to have your own show? It's ok! Are you an independent artist on Apple Music/Spotify? Want to get some exposure + real streams? GET ON. There's alot of great hosts that play indie music and do indie artist interviews like HunnyGoddess. If you really want to grow as an artist you would get on ASAP. Quit playing. As a user coming over from the amp platform, Stationhead is not as voiceover, friendly as it could be; everything is not coded properly for the screen, reading software to read an ounce exactly what things are. as I’m scrolling all I hear is button, but I don’t know exactly what the button is so if I click on it to see what it is, then I have difficulty getting back to the previous page. When sending a message the send button is there before you start typing, but once you type your message, voiceover, can’t find it, so making it an option to put the send button on the keyboard would be very helpful.

I think the platform is cool with a lot of great functions, especially with the new addition to be able to connect from your laptop/computer to host a show. However, I wish they were able to connect with Tidal because I have some people who have reached out to me explaining how they have Tidal (plus they pay their artists more), which seems like a benefit for artists. Additionally, these days, I have been having some lag on the mobile app with trying to share my station for social media boosts as well as hosting on days when I can’t use my laptop/computer.

So many times this app has been updated, removing useful features. So many emails sent to support that go unanswered for months. So eager are the developers to pat themselves on the back for a “job well done” that you feel like any constructive criticism is taken personally… “How dare you criticize this most wonderful app? Don’t you know Charlie Puth loves us?” Give me a break. True creators are not celebrated, but, mindlessly play K-Pop all day and call it a “streaming party” and the developers will be eating out of your hands. Oh! That or invite three people on to your show and just constantly yell over each other. Those types of shows seem to be VERY popular here. I wish there was another app like this where the developers cared about quality versus popularity.

I was introduced to this app today when a member of my family started a streaming party & invited everyone. We’re a pretty big family and whenever we try streaming together, the apps we’re currently trying to do so on, they tend to crash— which is why I’m deeply impressed with how well this app was able to accommodate the fam mass downloading and hopping on simultaneously. This is truly a first for us 😂. Kudos to the creators of this app. I’d give 7 stars if I could but I’ll settle for these ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ instead 💜.

Love the app. Really helpful in giving friends and music lovers the power to come together and just vibe. When we share music, we share a slice of ourselves: likes/dislikes. And this is a pretty cool platform that supports that exchange as well as connecting with one another beyond posts/tweets. Not improvement feedback just yet as I have to explore all its other features (whether or not you could lock a space or hosting history or reporting). For now: enjoying the app and the music!

I’m writing this after the MASSIVE streaming party the BTS ARMY had to stream BTS’s newest single “Butter”. And I must say it is quite impressive that the app stayed alive since ARMY’s are notorious for crashing apps and websites. But not this app, it was able to handle 200k+ people on one station without any major issues! I’m sure after this we will continue to use it for future streaming parties! I’m so glad we were able to help your company grow and receive so much recognition for your great work! 💜

Stationhead recently came up with a new feature called buying parties this feature was made available last week and well the public wasn’t notified weird right but actually one group was notified and allowed to use this feature! they even used it officially with the members of the group in the party and then when other fanbases made requests to use the feature it was conveniently ignored along with questions about who was allowed to send the requests isn’t that weird. Then the day the billboard tracking ended all of a sudden, there it is! the feature announcement! In conclusion stationhead is yet another app that likes to rig things unfortunately don’t recommend it

Stationhead is a truly unique app. The way that people can interact and get to know each other, while having an incredible base for their thoughts and opinions is amazing. Seeing all of the people on the app support each other and listen to others’ shows reinforces the family and community effect that Stationhead has, which is unlike any other app. I would recommend Stationhead to everyone because it makes you feel like you have a say, it helps you make new friends, and it is so much fun.

I absolutely love this app! I was an early adopter and worked up the courage to start hosting my own shows more recently and have loved the community and friendships I’ve built. You can choose to talk, chat, listen or just “bite” songs from other stations that you want in your playlist. Stations range from Inspirational to Throwback Music Parties to help with your love life from Nikstr in The Bathtub Chronicles. lol there is so much amazing content being created that is easy to become a part of. AND THE STATIONHEAD OWNERS AND OPERATORS ARE AMAZING AT HELPING YOU GET STARTED!

This app is so fun and easy to use. Since I started using it 3 weeks ago I’ve made lifelong friends met countless up and coming musicians, gained a shot ton of Instagram follows and even had my station premiered in my local news paper. I’ve worked as a radio personality for 3 years and I’ll tell you the ability to interact with you audience while hosting is so clutch and makes for a better show than anything radio will be able to provide! it’s surprising that this app hasn’t already gotten more attention. the streaming parties used with this app by BTS army (over 150k streamers at once) would easily crash any platform but stationhead is going strong and running smoothly!! there is one thing i’m having an issue with- the first couple seconds of each new song don’t play but i’m not sure if it’s just a network issue on my end. either way this app is super cool and 100% would recommend.

This app is really something different - it offers you the chance to basically become your own radio dj while actually being able to connect with your audience by talking to them in the chat or calling them on to go live with you, and even scheduling your own shows so people know when you go on, and anyone can tune in to your station. I’ve met some really cool people through it, and even been introduced to lots of new music and artists I never would’ve seen before! I love it!!

This type of radio opens up a world full of opportunities for real people real talent real music for everyone! The best of all it’s for anyone so you get the chance to listen to what everyone is interested in and also chime in with the talk radio feature. This is what technology is for in radio to make it available for us all. If they had this when I was young I’d be a superstar radio DJ host and artist with millions of listeners by now but it’s just coming out so I wish all the ones aspiring to be that all the best!

This is a great way to connect with other kpop fans and a good way for us to connect with other fans and even with the artist themselves at times. it’s a bit difficult to navigate at first but you get the hang of it pretty quickly. I also really like how you can sign in with your phone number which is useful for me since i can remember my own phone number better than my multiple emails lol

The app runs so smoothly and has such a sleek design. Their servers were extremely stable and I did not experience any technical difficulties at all. It’s very easy to navigate and is easy to find songs to request. One of the streaming parties I was in had roughly 200k people at once, so it was very impressive that the app was able to handle that amount of members. Once again, a very awesome app that I hope more people discover and begin to use!

I think the coolest thing about this app is that it lets you essentially run your own radio show. You get total control over what’s playing, you can talk over it, you can invite guests onto your show and mute them when they annoy you 🙊 I also like it as a music discovery tool. You can obviously find new music on any streaming service, but here you can get the personal touch of someone telling you why they like the song they’re playing.

As someone who is blind, visually impaired, the apps concept is a great one! But I am having issues, trying to navigate it, i’m having issues trying to record, go live, but alone it shouldn’t take as long as it does for me, to be able to get to the buttons, in order to go online, so can we please fix this??? Also for some reason, we should fix the follow buttons as well! Also, when trying to input information, and let alone save it, there is a issue with scheduling, or just trying to add information into the bio section, someone should take a look at that I had an account on here present I deleted it, for the same issues

In a time where music on the radio is the same regurgitated stuff payed for by industry plants and labels, it’s refreshing to have a space to listen to the music you love and want to hear. To be able to support musicians who don’t get that kind of industry and radio support, or excessive play-listing and support on streaming services makes it all the better! I like the thought of this app but it constantly crashes. I’ll have strong WiFi/cell data and it’ll say “poor connection”. I’m actually writing this review while attempting to listen to MilagroGramz on there and the app won’t let me be great. The app takes one step forward in an area and falls back 2 in another. The app is tiring. Would I recommend the app to someone else? Tough question. If the app worked well all the time without issues heck yea. How it is now I probably wouldn’t. When I say this app is mad annoying it’s ridiculous but hey download and find out for yourself

Stationhead managed to handle 200k+ Armys without any warning of how big our streaming party would get. For being a small team of people in their company we experienced ZERO issues and just enjoyed the amazing discography of BTS together for hours! They’re amazing and we’ll continue to use them for our streaming parties since we know they are equipped to handle us! They would even talk to us on twitter and have fun with streaming themselves!

literally one of the best radio apps I've seen, you can do so much with it AND it can support a ton of people. I like listening to radios and playlists but hate trying to figure out my own queue and whatnot so I'm so glad i got this app. I've also seen the team on Twitter and they seem like such nice and hard-working people definitely a great app! I'm in the btschartdata radio with over 120k people and it's still running smooth with no lag!

hello! i don’t usually leave reviews on apps or in general lol, but i had to for this lovely app Stationhead. First off, this is an amazing app and wow I’ve got to say, your servers are hella strong!! Currently with 176k+ people in btschartdata’s station. I am so happy we could be able to support a small app. Excited to see what Stationhead has in store in the future. i will be using this app a lot more. Thank you for the employees for being nice to us too, love you guys :D

I really using the app to listen with my fandom, but I find myself wishing for some extra features, like a volume slider separate to my phone’s master volume or the ability to play both the music from the station and audio from my mobile game/youtube. Also a way to completely disable your mic or the request mic access would be appreciated, as I sometimes accidentally ask for speaking permission.

I was told this is new software yet when using it I didn’t get that impression at all. I also love the features it has, such as the comments and requests. Honestly, my favorite part is the feel of true radio. I can now listen to music that interests me instead of the same repetible songs on the radio that nobody knows. Long story short, what an impressive app, will continue using.

Hello I enjoy Stationhead but lately I have noticed some changes .The changes are when I go into Stationhead it’s sending me straight to a bunch of different channels as soon as I enter. When I come in I want to search to who I’m looking for .I don’t think it’s right that it’s giving stations FAKE VIEWSespecially when it sends us to channels we don’t wanna go to . Please make the changes as the channels I visit and that’s usually3 or 4 others are also complaining. Stop sending us to channels we’re not trying to listen to .

I love that each of my listens counts as a stream and that we as fans get to control the narrative. I am also having the MOST fun having a streaming party and connecting with other fans while we all listen and dance to the same music. I love having such a fun, collective experience while supporting our favorite artists. And for such a small company, they are doing an incredible job. ARMY is grateful for you!

My wife and I use this app regularly. One of her listeners started harassing my wife. The harassment even bled over to my daughter on her profile. Stationhead was notified and they have yet to answer. There are no protections for people who are victims of harassment and unwanted sexual conversations on this app. It's the exact opposite. You can block a harasser, but they can still come to your show; it won't notify you. It seems as if Stationhead is unwilling to step up and take a stand on this issue. It's a real shame because its a good app, you just better hope someone doesn't come to cyber bully or harass you.

StationHead is completely amazing for hosting streaming parties among music fans! I’m a BTS ARMY and one of our fan bases is currently hosting a streaming party on StationHead. The app has been seamless to use with no lags or glitches and it’s been several hours! The app has been able to handle traffic of upwards of 160k in one station easily. Very impressed! Will continue to use the app to stream the music of my favorite artists 💜

Perfect app for fandoms and other groups of people to get together and enjoy music at the same time! It’s incredible that you could handle all of us on there loll. The only minor thing is there was a bit of a delay between songs, where I couldn’t hear the beginning few seconds, but that wasn’t much of a problem! Thank you for bringing us together!!

I downloaded Stationhead today and am extremely impressed with its ability to handle the massive volume of users that have chosen to stream on the platform today. Having used countless websites and apps that crash when flooded with fans, Stationhead has reliably provided music all day with no hiccups. I can’t wait to see what other features on this app. So far it’s fantastic.

Not only was the app easy to use, but the people behind it were so kind and nice to interact with on Twitter. I’m a BTS ARMY and found this app through our Butter Streaming Party. Even though so many people were on the app at once, it ran so smoothly and i didn’t have a single problem with it! The staff are so kind and work so hard, and the ARMY truly loves them and appreciates their hard work. I can’t wait to use this for some zoom study sessions as exam season wraps up!!

Super cool app that let’s you be the DJ and host your own shows and play your own music. It’s a modern representation of community, having your own voice, and the power of music. Such a good way to learn about new music and make friends with people who share your views! It’s also an amazing platform for new artists to get their music out there and comment with their fans. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who loves music!

Between the easy access and easy to use controls and the strong server, there is no better app like this other than StationHead!! It’s a very cool app and even when listening with thousands or millions of people the app hasn’t crashed at all! It’s very easy to make playlists on here and share with others. No ads, just music and that’s the way i like it :)

As I write this, us BTS fans are holding a streaming party for their song “Butter”, and there are currently over 140,000 people tuning in 👀 but the app has not glitched once. It’s so easy to sign in with your premium Apple Music/Spotify account and have fun. And this app is relatively smaller (unknown). As far as I’ve used it, I don’t need to pay for anything. So good! Will keep using and recommending!
