Crashes and connectivity problems
We’ve had a Stax pay and a mobile reader for years. The mobile reader connectivity has always been inconsistent, especially after iPhone updates. We’ve contacted the company many times and finally ordered a stand alone unit for the office. However, we still need a mobile option for when we are not in the office. The only reliable option is to manually enter the credit card and pay the higher transaction fee. We are now actively looking for a different app and company. If you need a mobile payment option my advice is to look for a different company that uses a better app.

Not very reliable, but works good when it does
Was going to give this app four stars but once again because I updated my iPhone the app crashes when I’m trying to charge customers credit cards very frustrating they need to get their technology better never had this issue with my old processor. It was working great before but like I said, whenever there is an apple update, the app will crash.

Don’t manage bank accounts properly & They freeze your funds
Terrible with switching bank accounts they say everything is switched and continue to deposit into wrong bank account! They don’t work with you even after 2 years of good business the slightest issue they freeze your funds and make you wait a week to access your money why a nasty risk analyst demands you do this and that to appease them.

Great user experience
Love the way the app is seamless when taking a payment. Can even take payments with a mobile reader. Great way to track sales as well. Perfect app for business owners.

Do not use this business!!
I jumped through a bunch of hoops to satisfy their requests, even creating a new checking account that I didn’t need. After everything was set up and activated and clients paid me , they cancelled my account for it being a new business!! I told them that in the very beginning! A huge waste of time and embarrassing to me that my clients payment options keep changing.

Awful integration with iPhones
It’s a frustrating and fruitless waste of time trying to use this on an iPhone. You can’t manually enter date ranges yet the calendar is always set to the wrong month and won’t let you scroll to the correct month. Utterly useless to look up any useful information.

Unstable app
In the last several weeks we continue to have issues with the app and card reader. The app is unstable in crashing and now we cannot process transactions with the app and having to use a web based safari interface and manually enter card info. It has been a nightmare of payment failures and is embarrassing with our customers

Convenient and Smooth
I was surprised with the app as it allowed just as much access as the website. Able to see all my data with live dashboard, take payments etc. Basically it allows me to run my entire business remotely because of this app . First time I can truly say I’m happy with my credit card company.

BEST credit card processing app!!!
Take payments literally anywhere you need and any way you need with this payments app. The app has tons of data and dashboards too so you can track sales data, trends and a lot more. Even integrates with Quickbooks Online!!

Card Reader Is Terrible
card reader isn’t working, this is embarrassing to our customers. We need to do better with these card readers if you expect to stay competitive in the market. Already considering leaving and it hasn’t been even three months, but we have had so many issues already.

Please make the app sort by total and day. It's very frustrated not knowing your total are deposit or not.

Crash
This App keeps crashing, some day it won’t even accept certain credit card and I’m not talking about a cash app card or a temporary Visa card; I’m taking about Bank of America, American Express, USAA!! The phone credit card readers will not register to my iPhone or android

Update Issues
Latest version of the app which we downloaded 01/15/2021 has been riddled with bugs. We have gig speed internet with no connectivity issues and we are running on iPad pro. The app is now timing out during checkouts and when you renter it goes through for both transactions. It is requesting multiple logins per day and doesn’t hold reliable connection to card reader. The update also changed the tip screen to come prior to inserting card so you have to turn for tip, turn back to wait for insert card prompt, then turn back if it requests card signature. The old version had you insert card then prompted for tip, this was far more natural, now it just feels like guilting people into a tip. Not impressed with update after being very happy with previous versions of software. I will update review when software is working again.
