I have differences with technology these days. Ever since the e-commerce website that ends in ‘bay’ managed to steal my livelihood & push me to the brink of homelessness. Without any penalties either. They got away with ruining my life without any sort of consequences whatsoever. I made a podcast about it. That’s where Stripe comes in. Naturally, I am a bit skeptical of anything tech & finances. But so far, I have made about $3.50 a month from my podcast. After three months, I’ll be able to withdraw $10. We will see if it works. I will most likely be homeless at that time. $10 might buy a sandwich as I make my way to San Jose to make sure more people don’t get scammed by corrupt e-commerce Fortune 500 companies.
I’ve been trying for three weeks to get into my account I believe my ex partner hacked into my business, google account and both of my phones. I had to change my phone number and email and now I am locked out. I had a client make a payment through Dubsado which I’ve used for years and recently linked Stripe to. The first payment to go through stripe never hit stripe or my account I guess is what I should say, and Dubsado saying that my stripe account isSuspended due to fraudulent activity. I have tried to gain access by uploading a picture of my drivers license yet that did not get me anywhere and that was a few days ago. I have been searching for a contact number or a way to do a live chat without logging in with somebody that can help me with. I am beyond stressed and beyond frustrated at this point please can somebody help me please I just want a phone number to get in touch. It shouldn’t be this hard! And I don’t know what the app Discord is about but I am certainly not going to download it because it seems very shady to me. I just want access to my account where my money was sent to from a client. Twice actually. I need my $$$$$$!
So me dealing with this app and another company I’ve experienced the worst of them all. I tried to cash out and couldn’t. So I went to customer support. There was no number on the app which required me to sign in to talk with someone. I forgot my password so I had to redo that that was kinda easy. Then I contacted support and explained to the guy on the phone exactly what was happening each step. He continued to guide me in the wrong direction. I filled out something for the company NOT for me. I basically set them up for a second account then me realizing it I tell the guy and he absolutely continued to make me do the wrong thing until I’m like “Sir I am not a business on this platform I’m a worker” “I don’t need to do this and you are wasting time continuing to do this you’re only open from 9am-3pm. He then said he would transfer me to the right person to help and that I would receive a call. Still no call to help me figure this out. Many of the readers and reviewers to my knowledge are frustrated with this all together. When they respond to this… if they respond to this they will ask you to email them. The email does not do a thing. They don’t investigate or look further because they simply don’t care at all. As long as they get paid they have no interest after they get their cut. I’m currently looking for a way to get this app shut down. Working with a few friends to make this happen. Soon it’ll be a new middle man app.
Refused to I deleted my account on the Stripe Express
The app I connect to Stripe was deleted a long time ago by my point of situation and poor settings I was trying to delete this account and asking for them to just delete it because I wasn’t using it and I don’t even have a debit card to sign down by a business, it’s frustrating and kept asking me to put my information on my business even though I don’t have one, I didn’t know what it was until I already this app made account without me knowing, and the so-called support and setting are so frustrating and poorly to not let me delete or deactivate, don’t but this worthless app, it’s a waste of time or business for not knowing how to delete that account connected is no longer exist and it's waste for everyone time including the struggle by establishing this disabled accounts that are no longer exist or straight delete it by default by connecting by stripe who post to not being active by a no account

In the world we live in, how long does my payment to my account need to be pending? This is the instant age, transferring my payment to my account for two days and counting, please! Not with todays tech. Hit the transfer button already and put my money in my account. Enough of your corporate greed squeezing a few more days out of your clients for interest. It simply does not take 3 days to transfer the money. But this may be an issue needing to be taken up by your Atty General regarding the Miss-management of 1000’s of hard working people’s funds for your own greedy gains. A simple audit can reveal. Send my money, or that’s my next step. I’m tired of getting ripped off.
I’ve been trying to change my card on file for the past week or so, and I’m not getting any help. I don’t remember even placing the card that’s on file now, because it’s none of the cards I have. After trying the ID/selfie identification, I keep getting reverted to doing the process over. It’s not taking me to the next step. After emailing you all, over at least 5 times. I have yet to receive a helpful response. I just want to speak to a live agent, but I keep speaking to computer generated systems that aren’t helping at all. My Gopuff payment is being held, because there is no active card to send my money to.
I really like the procedure and the instant pay option but recently working with point pick up app came across a problem that I had some of my funds still not disbursed to my account as a glitch conflict between stripe and point pick up so that what gets my attention hopefully didn’t happen before so I’m really worried about my earnings while I work hard to make the living so for me every penny count and still didn’t get paid for the missing pay …
I’ve been emailing back and fourth with stripe for over a week about my I.D needing verification and it has been an absolute nightmare. Every time I try to take a photo of it the camera disappears and on the rare occasion it allows me to take a photo, it’s rejected. Stripe support refuses to acknowledge that their app isn’t working properly and they keep sending me instructions on photo requirements and insist that it’s my phone. I’ve verified my I.D before using the same phone. The problem is them.
First logged in about 12 hours ago to access my tax info. Quickly downloaded and deleted the app, as I no longer needed it. Later found that my phone did not properly store the file but as I returned to the app, I’m told my email *does not have a Stripe account*. Huh??? I literally could (and did) log in on my laptop with the same email address. the app kept sending me to the stripe dashboard, which is the same confusing mess as mobile. Not sure how I’m going to get my 1099 now.
I was forced to used this to accept payments through true coach, a training app. I already didn’t love having to use it, but the mandatory 3% service charge is also just generally upsetting. Then it took me a million years to input all the info it needed to accept my business, and it kept crashing and trying to refresh when I put in the correct information, continuously saying that I “needed to add more information” Best I can describe this as is CRUNCHY. I don’t think anyone has updated the system in a while. Also, their support is only through email so no quick fixes offered either. Best thing I can say is, unless you HAVE to use this, you probably don’t want to.
You need to be able to contact customer support better it’s way too hard to get a hold of anybody and if you have any issues there’s no way to get it fixed because all the questions you ask are never what the problem is.. also I had to wait three days for a payment that I should’ve gotten the same day if it was your paycheck that you were supposed to get that day I think you would want it and you’d be trying to get a hold of the people.
You guys are literally the WORST. We can’t update our information like how the frequently asked says we can, reverting back to those instructions gets you no where . If you can’t update your information your don’t get paid. I worked a 10 hour shift in the Arizona Heat and when asking strip for help for HR and payout questions they reply with you reached us out of our business hours. I will be calling the better business bureau and will no longer advocate for Qwick.
This app is amazing! It took me just 5 minutes to get my account ready to go. In addition to that, tasks came in very quickly and there’s never nothing to do!
… but I struggle to follow the prompts and navigate it. It seems to be very sparse for options and I have made more than one account but I can’t find the other one and they’re supposed to be interchangeable with each other. I don’t consider this app to be user friendly at Al.
My money was sent to a unknown visa debit card and I can’t get any help with this fraudulent activity no one will call me and just keeps telling me to contact the companies I’ve already been in contact they will not investigate and get my earnings from point pick up back and put it in the right account I had updated smh I earn money and tell this company it went somewhere that’s not my account and will not help so sad
I have had all my financials connected to stripe for about 6 months. I used it to test my POD service and setup mee6 subscriptions. Currently stripe collects my customers money, says on the back end it has, and will not let me see any sort of payout/transfer information. When I sign into my account there is an “error with my internet connection” on mobile which it forces me to use stripe express. Customer support is a joke
The worst customer service I've ever experienced, I sent countless emails and most of them didn't respond and the only two answered didn't solve my problem with the platform. My money's been stuck there for four weeks. Weekly payments have not been made and problem solving is impossible due to the lack of customer service, which is only done via email. A shame! I feel robbed!
This app literally has to be the most unprofessional app I’ve used, I’ve literally been waiting for a month for my money and they have no answers to why i haven’t received my money, every time i email them they give me a weak response saying they are working on it, they have no phone number and it takes 3 days to get a emailed response. Been months and still waiting on a Tapestri payout of $10
I would just leave a bad review for Tapestribut for months the Stripe Express app shows that I have a little over $10 ready to be sent to bank. My Bank account is all setup yet the payout date just continues to move up and it’s been at least 3-4 months. Not the end of the world obviously but I don’t appreciate being lied to. Thanks
Signing up was a nightmare. Tech support apparently can’t seem to figure out the problem with their website, EVEN after sending them screenshots. They repeatedly told me what to do, but it’s clear I didn’t have those options available to me. So they ended up making adjusting on their end, but not really fixing the real problem for future users.
If you no longer want this account there is no way to delete the account. Also, you are not allowed to delete/edit you bank account info. When you ask for assistance, they will give you the run around. If you are looking for an account similar to cash app or PayPal, then just stick with the popular accounts instead this app.
I have tried diligently to edit my account information to update after I had been scammed. There is no way to contact other than text messages! I have received multiple messages that my funds are on the way daily. But never received any. Poor, poor, poor customer service!!!
Installed the app and when I tried to sign in it kept the keyboard from coming up in order to type. Tried reinstalling and it did it again. I’ve never had this issue with any other app and the regular Stripe app works just fine. Unfortunately, the Express does not even allow me to login. Deleted.
It’s cool to see my money all in one place. I doordash, tik tok, and Fanhouse. Feels like this app could do a lot in the future, please keep building more stuff
Stripe is the worst service I have ever used a few jobs I work use,stripe I’ve been trying to collect two payments for at least a couple months they have no customer service no one 800 number so if you can’t get your phone out of here you’re pretty much once again Stripe is the worst service you will ever use
My account was locked once I tried changing my phone number unable to do so I emailed them to verify my id and they told me the change would take 72 hours it’s been well over 72 hours and still nothing it’s not fair that I’ve been waiting all this time with run arounds.

I only used stripe for a month and there is a messing payment over $1200. I tried to contact stripe and guess what, there is not a phone number that you can call. So I have to write emails, and all stripe is saying is that they have a internal Trace ID for the payout, go ask your bank. After I showed them my chase bank statement, Stripe still tries to confusing me with the Trace ID narrative. Basically being the referee and the athlete at the same time. Trying to justify their mistake using the same product from the same flawed system. DONT TRUST THEM with your money!
They have no phone number. They do not have text, email, or chat to help you get your 1099. I contract with a platform that uses Stripe for their contractors 1099s. I have the apps Stripe offers downloaded. They are useless. You jump from hyperlink to hyperlink exhausting your time and patience. I am LIVID. I want my 1099 or the courtesy of a response. Cashing out with stripe a yo to difficult, I have been trying to cash out my money for day now, and it has become a hassle. I need this money to pay my rent, and it has been a huge inconvenience for me.
I need to update my payment banking information and I do not have my previous bank account number. There is nothing in there that shows me I can go around that to put an updated bank card information, ugh!
Trying to get my tax 1099 here since my doordash partner with this. Couldn’t be able to get a hold from support! (No phone, customer service, etc..) it’s just extremely difficult to access and got blocked first time failed my account somehow for 2 stupid identification questions. How dumb!!!
I wish I could upload a picture of my money being held hostage. Either them or gopuff owe me money. It’s not “express” about this and customer service response is even slow. Why can’t I call a real person to resolve m my problems. Horrible. Horrible Horrible.
There is no way to contact someone except email them and then they don’t email back or don’t address the problem. The funds should automatically go in but it always takes me a month or more to get paid.
I’ve been reaching out for support for weeks as I’ve not received my 1099 form. I have had issues with collecting funds in the past. Whenever there’s an issue no one is readily available to assist me. It take support weeks to resolve an issue.
This is one of the most complicated App’s EVER! First of all there is a very limited customer support team, and they can’t even seem to resolve any issues! The worst part is, customer is unable to receive payments! Many companies are using this APP, and it’s such a disaster! Never had issues with PayPal!
I’m not able to verify my tax information from Shipt because I have a new number and I can’t log in with my old number because I don’t have it anymore. There not a help number or support anywhere so I can change my information. Now I don’t know what to do about my tax forms.
everytime I open it it crashes. It happened after I logged in. How am I supposed to use it if it keeps crashing? I turned off and on my phone and I deleted and re downloaded it but it still crashes. Please fix it :)
In my case I have to wait 2-3 days to get paid. It would be better to stop making people wait for their money. The only reason I can figure is they make more money by waiting. Not very good service to the end user.
