Using this app is like a Time Machine to 2015 or something. It has no useful features, not ones that work anyway. If things could be streamlined a bit better it would be a great and helpful app for me to use but as of now I’m deleting. Over the phone customer service isn’t any better maybe worse but that’s what I’m switching too because I don’t trust my info in this app.
The app looks great. Heard from my brother that I had to have it. So making the switch from my credit union in Florida. One app for all of my debit and accounts is awesome!
Are you kidding ? I have been on chat with SCCU for over an hour and I still can’t get into my account. They even had me delete the app and start over and I still can’t get in even with tech support. They just finally quit answering
Let’s Design something that works then over complicate it so it doesn’t work.
In the beginning the original app worked OK after sorting out a few problems. At least I could get in do what I need to doAnd do it when I need to do it. Now the new app asks questions at the most inconvenient times. Instead of warning you that it needs to have a password change for whatever reason it just makes you do it even when you’re in a situation where you need to just keep going like you’re in the middle of a store or something so you change the password, Then we need to get back into it early in the morning when nobody’s around at the bank you can’t do it you’re stuck now you can’t get done what you need to get done before workAnd you got to waste time calling them because they’re stupid forgot the password doesn’t send you an email to fix it. As the old saying goes a swing and a mess with this app. And to top it all off I bet they don’t even read these or care because I haven’t seen a response for single one.
I used to bank with National Bank of Commerce and their apps functionality was much greater than this one. My biggest gripe is that your checking account balance does not update in real-time like the NBC app. Sure I could keep better track myself of what my balance is at but isn’t that the point of an app? As soon as I would swipe my debit card on the NBC app, I would get a notification and the amount of my purchase would come directly out of my displayed balances. Not a huge fan of the pending charges taking sometimes up to 24 hrs to hit.
I am not happy at all with the new SCCU App. This App does NOT show the total amount of money in your account along with each transaction as the old App did. This new App also does not show ACH pending transactions so I cannot see our checks that are pending direct deposit like I could on the old App. SCCU was excited about introducing a new more user friendly App; however, in my opinion they took 10 steps backwards. It’s horrible!!!!!
Whenever I want to check my bank account half the time it never even works. Like I’ll type in my password it will load but doesn’t load me in. Please fix this, it’s getting annoying at this point
I am not able to update the app because I have IOS 12.5. It states that I can download the last compatible version, but it still says I need to update and now I don’t have access to my bank account.
Haven’t been able to login since the new app came out. First it said I didn’t have an account. Now it says that I don’t have connectivity. Why did you change apps, the old app worked just fine
I can’t even login, every time I put my information in and try to login it says I don’t have network connectivity, which of course I do. So it’s useless to me.
The app never works and always malfunctions. Double transfers. Doesn’t remember Face ID. Randomly crashes and closes. Absolute junk in typical sccu fashion
