Fantastic app and easy to use

The Susser Bank app is INCREDIBLE—as is the bank. It is technologically advanced, super easy to use, and has lots of abilities to hook up bank accounts, keep track of your finances, etc. The support staff is always able to help if you run into an issue as well. I highly recommend the app and switching over to Susser Bank!

My neighbor bank

Is very easy to use and very convenient sometimes you get so frustrated with those passwords problems but in general that’s good and I love it , keep up the hard work people.. This is from the desk of Muhammad the handyman. May Allah bless all of us. Lionheart . Peace

Always resetting my password

Although I have gave recognition setting, it seems that I always have to put in my password. Then it makes me reset my password constantly, since I’ve had the app I’ve probably had to reset my password over 8x’s. The way to reset or unblock the account is to call so if you’re needing help on a weekend or after hours you will not be able to do so until the next business day.

Limited functionality

Only able to perform basic functions. Difficult to navigate. We also use Wells Fargo, capital one, and ally bank. All have significantly better apps and user experience.

SusserBank

The app doesn’t allow you to copy a password when resetting. The app requires a new password just about every other time you open it.
