This app is great for keeping track of points and promotions but would be nice if more ways to earn points in the app like a free spin every day

I love the Sycuan app and I use it regularly!! Bonus on the Rapid Reserve! There’s only one suggestion that I would make that I feel would be a lot more convenient and easier for people when reading messages in side app...I wish that instead of having to go back (pushing the little arrow on left hand corner to view other messages) that you could just slide to the next message on the the phone and I could delete from bottom after message was read. Instead of having to go back and then delete. I think it would be a lot more convenient if you can do all in one. Honestly that is why sometimes I don’t read all my messages because it is too time consuming just my opinion ;) Other than that minor inconvenience you guys still remain my #1 CASINO in San Diego!!!!

When going to make a dining reservation, the venue drop-down is blank and won’t let you select anything. Cannot continue with reservation until venue is selected. All of the other drop downs work without a problem. Also, there is no help button for all of the glitches that you find within this app. That is just one issue that irritates me the most, but there are several other glitches that I’ve already encountered, and I’ve only had it downloaded for 15 minutes.

I visit many casinos in San Diego but this app makes my decision easier! I love the fact that I can earn more points by using the app. Showcasing your events makes it easy for my friends and I to plan what we're doing as well as detailing all the current promotions. Thanks Sycuan!

App gives all up to date happenings at casino, you have the ability to earn special prizes, check your points balance, and check your comps!

It's very fun and easy to use. You can also Ernest points through the app which is amazing and even has an feature on the app where you can locate your favorite slot machines 😊😊😊😊

App crashes when l tap on ‘View All Messages’

I just wish it gave more points, also a daily spin to win free comps that would be wonderful 😊 other than that great app easy to use 😬

I knew about this app when TLC concert tickets went on sale! It's so easy to use, I feel silly now that it took me this long to download the app!

The Sycuan app is very easy to use and really helps me when I'm at the casino. I recommend it to all my friends and family!

There's no venue options when I try to use rapid reserve. Also, when I try to log in, it doesn't always recognize my email address. When it does recognize my email address, to select the "forgot password" option, it automatically logs me out. I've re-downloaded and deleted the app 4x. LAME.

This app is easy to use and can keep you in the loop of what is happening at the casino. Really enjoy it.

Couldn’t book a room even though it said you can. It says to click on link to buy event tickets with no fee. Then shows $7.50 fee. I guess this app is for people to keep track of their players card activities.

I have visited and played at all of the casinos in San Diego. Hands down, Sycuan is the one I always win at. The staff is amazing and Paipa's Buffet has the best food.

Have been unable to login via the sign in option for months. Please fix or provide alternative option for logging in.

Barona who? Because of this app Sycuan is now my go-to casino in San Diego. This app makes it easy for me to look up my point balance and offers at my convenience. Love the fact that I can earn points in the app as well! Lots of cool other features when you link your account too. Thanks Sycuan for creating this! I have an old iPhone 6s with IOS 12.5.6. App says compatible with IOS 12.1. I can not open app but was able to upload. What’s wrong.

The Rapid Reserve is not allowing me to choose a venue. I can pick how many people, but not the restaurant.

The app is a really good app I chek every day to see how much comp i have and to earn more point. Check the map to find my favorite slot machine location. Plus with the app you can directly text or contact your vip host.

Very easy to use app that the friendly club Sycuan staff helped me download. I use it all the time to check the slot progressives and the bus schedule. Thanks Sycuan for showing such care for us players.
