I have used this app since the beginning. Yes it has had some quirks but they always are above par and it gets fixed. I have had to uninstall and reinstall app too due to fingerprint bug. But all in all since I travel for a living this app keeps me in touch with my finances from afar in an easy way by click of a button! Love it. Thank you Tapco for over 40 yrs of service!
This app is helpful. However it has limitations. You’re unable to change your password or do other necessary account management which other bank and finance apps allow. There are also times where the app is not working and there’s no updates or way to figure out what the reason is. It doesn’t show how many digital transfers you have left in a month. Otherwise very helpful and use it all the time
I’ve been using this app for a few years now. They went through an update period a while back where there were some complications, it required calling them and they were able to straighten it out for me on their end. It’s been working great for over 6 months! Great for checking account status and depositing checks from home. (This feature was a bit sensitive in the past, but works great now!) give it a try!
There’s not much fluff to the app and I like that. The only thing that is not working and is inconsistent is Face ID when trying to get into my account. Edit: Application needs DARK MODE!!!! Also application is broken with iOS 16.4 beta. Application needs to be updated a tad bit more regularly. Currently can not access app due to crashing.
So I thought after nearly 30 minutes of going through the same steps over and over again that maybe this app would work. Guess not. Even after finally going through the website to get the “new” mobile banking stuff set up, the app won’t accept my security answers THAT I JUST GAVE THEM. Continues to tell me that the answer I just created isn’t working and then locks me out. Doesn’t go to a different question of the five I made. Same question. Tried multiple variations of case and no idea if that’s the difference. I only have a car loan from you guys. It shouldn’t be this hard to give you money.
The app has recently been updated and not all of the features are working properly. I can’t use Zelle to request a payment like I used to before. I also can’t see pending transactions like before and the balance doesn’t reflect properly because of this. Hopefully they get it fixed soon. I don’t use bill pay at all but I use Zelle regularly.
Honestly this app is really good for checking your balances and making internal transfers. There are still a lot of things that could be fixed but it’s pretty cool to see a local credit union competing with the big banks! I’ve been a loyal customer and the staff is always willing to help with app issues and general questions. Technology doesn’t happen overnight but these guys are sure trying their best!
Haven’t been able to actually log into my account for about a year now. I could only click in instant balance. I recently uninstalled and obviously I have to log back in but still don’t work and now can’t even check my instant balance… not to mention all the banks around here are terrible and almost all the atms are down or don’t let you deposit money.. time for a new bank
Went to setup an external account to make loan payments. The steps for setting it up had coding in it, making it difficult to understand. Once the app is setup, it seems to work fine otherwise. Just very outdated.
Frequently doesn’t work and requires a support call
Frequently refuses my password & requires a support call. Temp password given. Sometimes need to use browser version. Sometimes need delete app and reload. Not very professional. At least for a financial institution.
Every time you log in it asks for your phone number to update your account. Sends you an email that it’s been updated then logs you out! EVERYTIME. There is absolutely no point in downloading this app it doesn’t work!
