Bad app good service

I can’t scroll down enough to enter billing information so I can’t pay my bill on an iPhone,have to login online or android

Good app, but always shows notification

App has been good and easy to use, but over the past 3 months it constantly shows there is a notification. When I go into check notifications, it constantly says there is an error and shuts the app down.

Interface problems

Could use an update when trying to pay via the app. The lagging is very annoying and the page doesn’t fully load on an iPhone.

Horrible app

Horrible APP!!!! You can’t ever enter your information to pay your light bill. It will not come up on the screen. You will sit there and try and scroll or put your phone side ways and still NOTHING! Absolutely ridiculous!

Worst Energy Provider

The app fails to login, same on their website, and phone lines don’t work. It is impossible to pay your bill with this company. Beware they are so low quality and worst app & website. Amateurs

View Account Information – View your bills, electricity usage and account holder profile. Setup Recurring Auto Payments – Rest assured that your bill will be paid by seamlessly setting up auto payments through the Tara Energy app. Allow our app alerts to notify you when your payment has been received. View Bill & Payment History – Monitor your usage, view your billing & payment history. This also allows you to make sure past payments have been posted successfully to avoid any late fees.
