I don’t know what happened but randomly the TFCU app vanished from my iPhone and when I went to the App Store to try to reload it, it says “Open” as if it’s already on my phone when it isn’t. Not sure what happened and there’s nowhere to go to log this in App Support it just directs you to their website which tells you nothing.
Everything is just harder now and the user interface is less intuitive. I use the app to deposit my checks and this new app has made it more difficult. Seriously considering switching to a new bank.
