This card and app are a joke. Divided my monthly payments to pay days to make full payment by due date without full payment going out all of one check. Last payment could not be made because I reached the electronic payment limit available. However I could call and pay an agent to process my payment or mail my payment two days before the due (which was a Friday before Memorial Day) instead. I was charged a $25 fee as well! This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever dealt with.
I use autopay for all my bills and for some reason all though it shows I have auto pay enabled, it doesn’t make the payment. This is incredibly frustrating since I don’t use the app at all, under the impression that it is being automatically deducted from my account. Instead this hurts my credit because I put false hope into autopay doing its job.
App is very archaic! Auto pay does not work - it’s enabled yet I’m constantly having to manually pay or payment goes past due. No way to store multiple payment accounts - have to change to info every time.
Works when it wants to doesn’t process payments even though it says it does so make sure you save confirmation number for proof. Ready to close my account completely.
