I had to delete the app. It will no longer open with iOS 9.3.5. It downloaded the latest compatible version, but that doesn't work either. Wants to continually "update now". My phone might be old but it still works, unlike this app.
I turn off my debit card after I use it. Needed to use it today and tried to turn it on, and it keeps telling me that function is not currently available. After four times trying I contacted customer service. They couldn’t do anything and didn’t understand why it was telling me this.. told me to turn off my phone wait and turn it back on. That did nothing. Now it says that I can’t access my account. I just removed it from my phone and will try loading it again… If this doesn’t work, your bank is useless to me, and I will have to find a different one.
I would give this app negative stars if it was possibleI absolutely hate the way you guys have set up this app, with First National Bank of Durango you could see your balance and what was taken out & how much money there was left, then the next transaction and what was left and the next transaction and what was left so you had a rolling balance and you could see where every little thing came out or went in. No guessing games! I cannot figure out things on your app! Which means I have to call and take up time of people that are working at the bank or stop by and talk to the ladies to find out where my account stands. Can you please fix this?
Used this app for years. Now can no longer after update. Every time opens it states to update now, yet will not. Have older phone but ever other app use works still. Horrible service as most people nowadays use mobile banking. Have been customer at this bank throughout all the name changes n buyouts over the years, 20 yrs to be exact! If they don't fix or change this issue soon I'll be moving my money and business to a different bank who will accommodate for all their customers n not just the ones that buy a phone every time the newest version comes out. Rooted or Jailbroke Phone Message after latest Update
After the latest update I can no longer access my account through the app. My phone is from AT&T, not jailbroke/rooted and when I open the app, I get a warning that says “Attention: To protect your data, this application does not support rooted or jailbroke devices.” My device is neither but the warning doesn’t go away and I can’t get to the log in page. Extremely frustrating! If this continues, I may have to consider moving my accounts.
Often when I try to log in to the app on a weekend or an evening it says “an error has occurred” or “we are unable to validate your information” (the same info that I successfully use to log in on my computer). So I have to wait a few days until it is during business hours and then try again to deposit a check. Bizarre for an app only to work during business hours!
App works fine until it comes to mobile deposits. More than once I’ve had my deposit confirmed, pending until the next business day. The next day, the deposit is gone and I have to redeposit it and remember to look for it again the next day. I also wish I could see more history. On the plus side, I completely love the ease of facial recognition log in.
Your bank has been and continues to be a huge support to my family much appreciated. Very friendly staff you can tell people that work for your bank enjoy their job 😊
The one negative about the app is the inability to view or deposit funds to my Christmas Club account. In order to do that I have to log in from a computer.
I need to transfer some money an the app says I must update. I hit the update button at least 10 times and it doesn’t update. It tries for a few minutes and comes back to update. Seems like when I really need the app either in stone or there’s something else wrong with it. So I give it a two star because of the inconsistency.
We banked with 1st national Bank they sold out to TBK and after the first attempt to use ap the tech dept told me to turn off my wifi! It worked till this last update, now it don't go further than the intro page with the guy at a coffee shop🤯 with or without wifi. So frustrated it's our only way to deposit checks in the winter when we move and there is no bank around.
For what I primarily use it for it’s good enough at what it does. However it has points in time where it won’t open at all, brings me to a white screen and closes the app, I used this app on a iPhone 14 pro & SE 2020 and it’s done the same thing on both phones.
About every 4-6 months the app glitches and I lose visibility to 1/2 of my accounts. Then it’s a big run around with some 23 year old to get the accounts reconnected. Aside from questionable functionality- Please get off your own app and look at what other banks and credit unions are offering. Think you will find your app is lacking a bit
Just updated the new look and feel of your app and as soon as it okays my face scan, it closes. So I can’t do anything. I have iPhone X. Hope you are testing the app on all types of authentication before releasing it. Disappointed 😞
should make an update with iphone X users so we don’t have to keep putting in our passwords. it should work with Face ID since we don’t have the fingerprint scanner anymore. i’m giving this one star for now cuz it’s making my life difficult
My phone is an iOS 14.8.1. Now I no longer can access my accounts! This is not good. So I’m supposed to buy a new phone just to be able to use this app to access my bank accounts??!!
Get the app. Get the app. Not sure what for. Go paperless. Oh! Can’t do that in the app, you have to go to the internet. Go to the Internet ok paperless. Oh can’t print from phone or tablet. Have spent days trying to get this to work😤waste of time. But let’s charge for every little thing.
Everytime I go to try and login it tells me there is a problem. But I can login just fine on safari. You guys need to fix this app or I’m closing my account with tbk bank!
75% of the time I try to log in it says my credentials aren’t verified. Even when I try to reset my password it doesn’t work. Complete garbage of an app and bank.
The app is very useful for quickly checking your account balances and both savings and checking accounts. The app also allows you to transfer money between accounts as well. However, the app is constantly not working. I've been locked out for weeks now and don't know how to get back in.
