The app looks great and functions properly. One thing you need to keep in mind - if you’re sharing email address or phone number with another client (spouse, kid, etc), it won’t let you log on. I learned that the hard way, but Thrivent’s Customer Service was able to fix that for me quickly.
Love the app. Great job. One thing I would say would be to remove the alert indicating that the session has ended. It pops up twice for me one after the other. Showing the login page alone is self explanatory that your prior session has ended. Thank you.
App seems fine for what it is, but I’d really love to be able to make a payment on my life insurance through the app instead of having to log in from a browser. App is basically not worth having for me if it doesn’t even do something simple like that. Definitely needs some extra features instead of just acting as an information portal.
I love that the Thrivent mobile app puts ALL of my accounts at my fingertips. The design is intuitive and lets me see my progress toward financial goals in seconds. I also truly appreciate the Generosity portion of the app that links my financial goals to my personal values.
So frustrating I can log into my PC but on my phone it says I’m using duplicate phone numbers which I am not. Works just fine until the latest bug fix three weeks ago. i’ve been in cyber security and banking application industry for 20+ years. I think Thrivent needs to hire more talented application developers.
I like the app and downloaded it to both my iPhone 13 and my iPad gen 9. The iZpne version works as expected but the iPad version shows a generic icon on the home screen. I have one pther app with the same problem and have not found any solutions.
I’m sorry for the poor rating - but here’s why… 1. I can’t make a payment from the app. 2. I can see when payments were made, but not the amounts or tax years payments were applied to. In short and IMHO, the app ought to be fully functional - bypassing the mobile web site.
The app constantly says: “Something went wrong on our end, please try again.” I can’t log on. Deleted the app, downloaded again and still nothing. I can sign on in a browser. Hard to recommend app as an advisor if I cannot even use it.
The app fails with “Duplicate/shared mobile number.” Yes, I know that the number is used by another member of the household. Perhaps this message could be changed to a warning message, rather than disallowing use of the app.
Need new email vs one we have always used and only one we have. Doesn’t recognize birth date. Thrivent ID number. Took long time to get app and it is worthless.
Overall app is good. The only issue is that it is not updated the balance in the annuity. Can you please correct that. Thrivent.com has a different balance from the app.
Typed in username and pw. Told me I had no mobile number on file and had a link. Clicked the link which opened in safari and corrected it. Went back to the app to log in and now the username and pw still typed in from before now is not valid even though minutes before it recognized it. I even tried retyping it and even tried switching to email as sign it. Nope can’t log in to the app.
