If you had the fastest internet in the globe, the app will tell you have a weak connection or whatever, it has been two months with same issues, I tried everything and it’s still the same. Very unreliable and terrible experience overall.
Recently this app has been a disaster, you can not receive or send without getting tons of errors, you can not check you credit or send money to your Visa card.. And if you think to call customer services, their lines are busy 24/7
The app cannot make a reservation. I tried different phones, uninstall then reinstall. It is the same. Tech support don’t answer fir the last month! Try another bank!

عاشت ايدكم تطبيق مرتب بس الخط العربي تعيس الرجاء تغيرة الى على سبيل المثال لا الحصر الى خط Vazir او خط Sahel او استخدام الخط العربي الرسمي للأيفون SF يكون كلش افضل وشكراً
