App says it’s in English. It’s not!!! Purchased show tickets, account charged but go no receipt, no email to email addresses to order tickets to confirm anything. No info how/when to receive tix. Attempting to access (again, non English) app results in “server error”. Now worrying I may have been scammed out of $400 & not going to show I was trying to purchase tickets for. Lesson learned. Only buy from places you know and have used before.

I agree with what everyone else has posted: app not in English or usable and you don’t get your tickets…UNLESS you call the Tickets-Center number with your order number and tell them you don’t have them and it doesn’t seem legit, THEN, they will process the actual tickets via TicketMaster and send them to you! But as far as I can see ONLY if you call. So far, I have actual TicketMaster tickets that match what was ordered via Ticket-Center for a show in 2 1/2 weeks. I am not expecting problems, if so, I will come back and update the review. MAKE THE CALL, so you don’t lose it all!!!

I have ordered 2 BTS ticket on February 2020 and it was postponed due to COVID. I would like a refund because it has been over 1 year since the concerts original date. I can no longer attend the concert and I no longer have interest. I have sent various massages and I don’t even get 1 reply. Horrible, horrible site. If you want to prevent any problems I DO NOT recommend this site.

I just tried to buy tickets for redsox spring training and the tickets didn’t come. The app does not work and what little works is not in English. The customer service number sends you a like to a chat service that will tell you your information is not correct. This is a scam. Out $200.

I spent just over 400 dollars of tickets to see KISS, only to find out they were taken back by the seller with no warning. Not expecting refund from TicketCenter, but from my banks fraud department. Just use Ticket Master and save yourself a headache. If any app or ticket seller should deserve zero stars, it would be this one.

Bought parking pass & tickets to the Stones. No tickets, parking pass invalid and the app is no good. They tell me my tickets will be in email six weeks from now, day before concert. Every review I read is Ticket Center is a scam! Hoping our tickets will arrive and be legit!

Everything is in another language that I don’t understand and doesn’t connect to anything! I think I was just scammed out of $500 and not going to the concert! Not happy!!! 😡

Got charged $286 for a concert I never received and can’t get any help or refund. This place is a fraud and will be sharing these reviews with everyone on every site I know. DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS through here. They keep your money and you get no event tickets.

I must have been scammed $1,000 worth of tickets for Wicked. I downloaded this app per email instruction. Nothing in the app. It’s in Italian. I contacted the info I received by email. Autobot answer said I will receive it 1 day before the event. Help!

I opened this app only to find a mostly blank page with some words in Italian, I think. I believe I may have been scammed. Hard to find support.

Download the app, when you open it, it’s either glitched or just half baked straight from the App Store. Says Nuovo Ticketgate and I was not able to access or change anything. Delete the app and redownload, same thing. Seeing as this already has 1.4 stars as of 6/22/24 they clearly don’t care.

I was scanned out of $ 300.00 worth of tickets by not paying attention to the name of this site! I thought it was Tucket Master. An expensive ( but very valuable lesson) in reading everything very thoroughly.

Don’t use this app or purchase tickets from TicketCenter.com. I have not heard anything about my tickets, nor do I know if I will get them. I have emailed them over and over and have not gotten a response. I believe this is a scam. Now I’ve got to buy more tickets from somewhere else. I don’t even want to give them one star.
