This is a very difficult app to use as an agent in the field doing work and having to bill clients. It does not let you create a quote for a customer on the spot and has left me standing in front of clients numerous times looking like an amateur because I was not able to send them a bill so they could write me a check while onsite. The Tigerpaw customer support is very ill equipped as most of the time issues were answered with a canned response that an engineer would have to work on it and they would get back to me. Seems like it cost a lot of money for just mediocre(at best) applications. I had high hopes, but sadly was just left with oth frustration and disappointment. Thanks for the life lesson and the continued bill for nothing!
Always have issues with the notes section we are forced to use this in the field. Will not save Multiple paragraphs of notes and will kick you off multiple times and erase everything. Had issues with my coordinator saying that I did not fill in any notes even know I filled in paragraphs. Went back to the app and nothing was saved went back to emailing everything. This app as left me in some tight spot due to crashing and not saving information. With upper management.

Desktop usually runs smoothly but this iOS version never gets better. It’s always unreliable, have to submit things multiple times, and reinstalling it multiple times just to get it to work is exhausting. My job forces it on its techs but it is the worst and needs to be brought into the 21st century.
The app is pretty bad. It does all kinds of strange things like crashing, not being able to display content, freezing. It’s all very similar to the desktop app which also has these issues. I will say though, this app is cleaner, it has a timer, it’s easier to enter time. I prefer to use the app over the desktop.
This app is absolutely useless. it never syncs up correctly, it’s never hardly online, and every time you go to use it there’s an issue. The company that I work for has multiple techs that attempt to use it but nobody ever has any luck with it. it’s not reliable at all to put it softly.
Garbage app, always crashing, having to put in comment’s multiple times gets really old since the app constantly crashes and loses your comments. Avoid this app at all costs.
Lost reports, constant restarting, gliches that will just send you to another screen that causes the app to shut down automatically. Avoid this app at all costs if you can!
This app is absolutely horrible. I’m disgusted with how bad it is. Please never put your techs on this app. It is so frustrating to use. Half the time my data is missing, you can’t visually see the information you input, unless you click every punch you made. When the office prints your time card, the data is everywhere. It doesn’t put it in order. DO NOT INVEST IN TIGERPAW.
Do yourself a favor and avoid anything this company has to offer. The operate with a simple philosophy lie cheat steal. Whatever it takes to make a buck off of you.
I wish I knew the sales rep that convinced my boss to buy this GARBAGE. Literally the worst piece of software I’ve ever used, and not just the mobile app either. Their whole platform is terrible. 4 years I’ve been forced to use this, I’m trying very hard to get my company to switch systems since you apparently have 0 developers updating this. Wish I could use more colorful language to express how much I dislike this app. Thank you for the daily headaches.
This release brings quite a few significant improvements. Better navigation, better time log entry, better agenda...it's better! I've been using the app for a couple weeks now and it's performed pretty well. I'd like to see some of the the UI elements cleaned up such as text fitting in the time log list. But no complaints about stability or improved layout.
This version of Tigerpaw Mobile really increases the usability of the mobile product. Integrating more CRM data expands the functionality well beyond field technicians. Anyone who works outside the office now has access to all of their critical data to more efficiently do their job while on the go.
How can we track, dispatch, create time sheets, and show our customers what work we have performed if the mobile interface is so limited? Technicians spend to much time trying to work with this app. They cannot edit there time slips, create a weekly time sheets find service orders if they are not assigned to them in an easy fashion. When the service call is completed, we have the customer sign our device and the signature is not attached to the service order, we cannot email or provide the customer a copy of the work performed at the time of completion. We cannot look at proposals or quotes from the app. We have to log into the app and desktop TPS each time we switch because it uses the same licensing.
If I could give 0 stars or less I would give it negative 3. Whenever you try to get anything accomplished using this app, one of three things happens. Either nothing happens, or the app crashes and kicks you back to the iOS home screen and deletes what you just spent 15 minutes typing out, or it displays 17 concurrent error messages and pushes what you need to see way way off of the screen.

I went from being able to enter my time in 5 minutes to being able to enter my time in 45 minutes. The apps innovative time wasting tactics include redundant screens, runaround methods of navigation, and even has a neat feature that occasionally makes you throw your phone in the garbage. In summary, it’s a great app if you don’t use it.
This app is certainly 10 times better than the old app in functionality. It is more seamless in its operation and offers better features. Our company is very pleased with this app and use it on a daily basis.
Seriously, the desktop application is great for the actual functionality, however it’s still a fat client with sql backend and the user interface even though it was just updated still looks like windows xp. Honestly it’s 2019, hit some new developers, the software is stuck in 2002!
My company just switched over and this is just terrible. Absolute garbage. It would take less time for me by just writing things down instead of using the app which isn’t even formatted properly
The app seemed featureful some time ago, but is beginning to show its age. There are so many limitations, and the UI is buggy and often results in errors for the things it does allow you to do. Due for a major overhaul.
Couldn’t think of a bigger waste of money. Nothing is more exciting than to work at multiple sites all week only to find the 70% or your time entries from the app didn’t save.
The app is only good for time tracking Otherwise it's complete crap In fact when I opened the app I got a warning from apple that the app was poorly programmed and might slow down my phone
I need this app to log in my time for work, it is slow. Most of the time I can't navigate to the screen for time entry/description of job performed. I'm glad I didn't have to pay for it.
