It’s been years now since they did the update which caused the pictures to all become unreadable due to them being completely dark. It’s apparent to me that they are not planning to fix this as it’s been going on 2+ years. This was one of the main selling features we chose this digital x-ray platform. Very disappointed
This app could be amazing, however, you cannot view ANY films you have in the cloud from this app. They all appear completely black. Very disappointing
Fast response from support email. It’s great for allowing me to view the XR remotely, but not helpful for preoperative planning as I am unable to take angle measurements via the iOS app.
once logged into account, select any patient and the app tells you that there are "no images this patient" Been waiting for months to see if an update would fix it. No luck.
This was a very nice program until the recent update. Now the images are all so faded they are almost impossible to see. I am hopeful that the bugs from the last update will be fixed soon.
