I’ll make it short. I make Lot of different types of Video content. Gameplay Videos for my YT channel and I also Make Short Movies and Scenes for my Social Media content. This is One of those tools that You rarely find within the App Store for those Wanting Desktop editing Software but in their phones. But for example just today. I am editing some Call of Duty warzone gameplay. And I Wanted to find an app that Can Add Some motion blur to the Fast Crazy Gameplay clips. It makes FPS gameplay Look really Good if You do it right. Normally You have to wait 30 mins to just upload the clip to an app and then Manually Tweak and then Saving and exporting even just a 10 min video with motion blur could take 60 more mins. It usually Is a pain to do. But this does it with AI and pretty fast. It lets you edit the Motion blur once it’s been fully added. and it doesn’t take very long. The Quality of the video is somehow even better now than it was when I had imported it into the App. Bravo. lol Watch out Motion Njnja… And “You wish” Filmora Mobile 😆
I’m rating it 3/5 because honestly I don’t know if its my fault this is happening but at first when I got this app it was amazing and I used it for the slow motion because I could never find already slowed scene packs, it was amazing at first and it worked very well, but I’ve had it for about 2 or 3 months or so and it all of a sudden just stopped making my videos smooth and it also started taking longer to process my videos before hand, I would have 3 minute videos and I would take about a 1 minute to process them, now it takes about about 4 or 5. Once again I’m not completely sure if this is your doing or not but I have tried getting pro, I have tried deleting the app then redownloading it but none of it has worked, my videos are still choppy.
Amazing app and would highly recommend downloading, the edits are fantastic and well….I have no complaints. I love how with the free stuff you can still get the most out of this video editor. Very smooth frames and I really enjoy it. with pro, you can do much more. Amazing app now please don’t let this be like other apps in the future where its all ad based and forces you to pay up front. I also like how you can even test out the pro features. Good job and keep it up. 100% worth the 5 star rating. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Literally works offline, is complementary free, has simple slow-motion editing, it has nice presets, it has a quality enchances and it doesn't have invasive ads. I'd gladly pay premium or donate like 500$ to this app but since i can't i'll stick with the ads cuz whoever group created this app deserves the money for making this super well made app. It's just amazing and i can't help but to wish to thank the creators for making this awesome video editing tool
I was trying different apps for my edits, and o m g. This is AMAZING! I will never delete this app. The motion blur is just ✨ ugh no words. I’ve used vsco for awhile but they recently put words to cover the video cause I was using the free version, and that ruined the vids. So I seen someone recommended this and I’m so happy I found it! I’m in love with this app, I can’t get over how good the slow mo/motion blur is, I 100% recommend! Definitely get this app, you will not regret it
When I first got this app I immediately loved it the slo motion was very smooth and that’s what I was looking for, however just recently I’ve been realizing that whenever I go to use slomo on my videos the frames drop or something because once I have it to my liking of slomo the video will stop after every frame making it not so smooth like how it used to be. The only times it looks a tiny bit more smoother is when I drop frames from the original video but even then it’s still very laggy. I guess no more edits until i find another good slomo app that I don’t have to pay for :/
I am literally in love with this app. I just downloaded it because I saw someone on tiktok say this app is amazing. I needed a new slow-mo app because sadly, you now have to pay for VSCO. I decided, ‘Why not?’ I was super excited, and this definitely did NOT disappoint! I can make awesome edits now, and the slow-mo is absolutely so smooth. It’s amazing! No complaints from me. 10/10!! Definitely recommend!!!
I’ve had this app for 1 year and know when I try to do slow motion or whatever it’s called it won’t let me safe once it’s done and yesterday I tried making the video slow Mo or whatever it’s called again it didn’t if take me what speed I wanted it to be it just left me where the home page is at, overall this is a really good app but I don’t really like this bug and I even deleted some of my photos and it still wouldn’t save. I hope you fix this bug.
The app is incredibly great, i love the motion blue and optical flow features. It is the best app for simple extra features to your videos! But i was very very upset about the quality because i had been trying to find good optical flow apps like this with decent good quality but its just sad how we can only export it with 1080p max without pro but i think you guys should at least have a 2k export with decently high bitrate without pro but for the people with pro, i think they deserve 4k with high bitrate. Overall its the best app ever but the quality is so bad that i hate the app and it just frustrates me bad.
This is by far the best editing app I’ve ever used to slow down videos. I’ve decided I should finally leave the review on the app that I use basically every day. This app slows down videos to smooth perfection, completely free with no watermark. I genuinely would not know what to do if I didn’t have this app. Thank you so so much Time Cut.
THIS APP IS AMAZING. I am so happy that I found this app 10/10. But the problem is when I use the motion blur thing to import for an video edit that I did It turned out glitchy. Like that quality was a little bit worse!. But when I did it with the picture edit it turn out fine?. Please fix if possible. ANYWAY 10/10
So I bought a pro version of this app for 7$ as a one time purchase. I can use it on my device any time. However, when I try to download and use it on any other apple device that has my Apple ID linked to it, the app offers to buy the pro version AGAIN. What if I will buy a new phone? Do I have to purchase it again? Why?
This is my absolute first time using it by watching a tutorial because I wanted to get better quality on an edit I was making. I used the 60 fps feature and omg the quality came out clearer than my eyesight 😭! Literal 10/10 would recommend.
I love this app so much, it really helped my edits out with the smooth motion blur effect!! My only complaint is that when trying to slow down a video smoothly, the playback is very shakey. The video runs smooth slowly, but it does have a bit of an intense shake to it. I would really like for this to be fixed if at all possible. Other than that, everything is great!
I use a lot of apps to create digital media on all social media. I found this amazing app useful to enhance the resolution of a video created or edited with digital effects. Easy to use app made the video 10 times better than the original.
slay the house boots down houston im deceased my only critique is that it doesn't have that smooth quality on videos that are longer than a few seconds. on those videos, there's no difference between the video when you switch the "smooth" thing on and off, but it works perfectly if you try it again with a shorter video
I was SHOCKED when I saw that the motion blur even worked for my AMV edits. I have been looking for an app to help me with my motion blur edits as I had to use motion blur on CapCut and that was very time consumeing. This app’s automatic motion blur is amazing especially for all the CapCut editors like myself out there. Highly recommend to anyone. Thanks!
Everything works good, the optical flow AI is decent, but there is an issue with the motion blur. For some frames of the video, there is no blur (60 fps btw). Also if the AI for the motion blur could be more like “blur by tekno” that’d be good. And more customization for the interpolated fps would be great, as well as an option to increase the bitrate. It might take way longer to render but i dont care lol. Do this and instant 5 star
I was looking for an app for smooth movement in my videos, (Yeah that’s all-) then, I found this! I was kinda curious of what it was because it looked just like Video Star! But, I tried it and.. I LIKE IT!!🥰🐺 This is why I give this app 5 stars! But, I’ll try doing other features in here!
It’s a great app but I’m having trouble Using it. I tried doing a slow-mo thing (I don’t remember what it was) and it took forever to load but then when it was done I didn’t see a difference in the video but it is a good app.
i just have issues with motion blur, it does this weird thing where it lags really bad and it’s not smooth when i add it on the video. I’ve also tried to redownload the app but it doesn’t change anything, but overall it’s a good app for slo mo.
This app is soooo good. I use it all the time, but every once in a while the slowmos are laggy. maybe it’s from updating the app but it’s been going on longer then when it used too. I’ve tried deleting the app and downloading it again but it still does it.
Alright. So I’ve had my doubts with frame rate enhancers and I tried many of them on the App Store. Many of them were disappointing; however, Time Cut really went above my expectations and has many more capabilities. Thanks again!
It’s only good for the beginning of your purchase later on down the line the app get’s really laggy and plus its a battery drainer seriously and please don’t waste your money on this app all they do is brighten and sharpen the video you try to improve the quality on and it personally make the video look worser no major changes when you purchase a subscription
I’m in love with this app!, just a for questions how am I supposed too split a video into halves and stuff haha I need better slow mo’s with different parts of the video but I just can’t get it because I don’t know how to spilt it and I can’t find any tutorials
Im a video star editor (velocity's) and this app is just perfection for slow motion/ twixtor videos. So many apps are just horrible when it comes to slow motion/twixtor bc the vids turn out all choppy but this… Is amazing😍😍😍1000% recommend
This is honestly the best twixtor type scenes can get on mobile. I’ve tried other apps but they just look choppy so time cut is the best app I’ve used for this so far and I’ve used way too many editing apps for my storage.
I deleted this app, I used to always use this app to make cool smooth slowmodes, but now they don’t work like they used to, this app was really good, but now that it’s broken, I had to delete it
Whenever I try to convert a video and it has a title or a a watermark to the video for 60fps, the 60fps works but the the watermark or the title be moving way to much instead of staying the same spot so if you guys could fix the 60fps it would mean a lot thanks.
Honestly I was very disappointed when I found out you had to pay for this app however at the time they had a sale for a one time purchase for 8 dollars. I got the purchase and I am very impressed and pleased on how the app works.
I think this app is actually very good except i think there should be a confirm button cause once i finish slowing my videos down i accidentally click another option and it restarts my entire slomos and i have to do it again

The frame rate changer works perfectly! The only thing that I don’t like is the quality enhancer, There isn’t much difference from 680 to whatever it changes the video to. The concept is good, but the functionality isn’t
Thank you time cut!! Capcut made their smooth slow motion feature cost money, and i desperately needed alternatives to actually continue making my edits smooth. time cut saved me, love the smooth slow mo and 100% will be using this for slow mo instead of capcut!!
So when I started this app it was amazing and I did a lot of edits, Now today I went on the app and every time I would try to save it wouldn’t let me but this app is amazing!!
This app is amazing! it really does make your videos go way smoother. But the one thing id like to change it to add music in the background so when you edit you can see how it looks like with the real sound! Every else is great!
I use it for my edits since CapCut made everything pro, but this is a nice way to make my edits look smoother, I think motion blur and slow mo could look better but overall lm really glad this isn’t a pay to win!

This app is great for beginners despite it cost money. If i found this app when I was younger I would of been better now 😤. But it’s great if you want to start off editing now but if you want more advanced edits go to apps like video star,alright motion,and CapCut.
i don’t know what is wrong with your “smooth” slow motion, but it needs to be fixed. i am literally trying to edit and the twixtor looks awful. it looks like i put slow motion on and as we all know, slow motion doesn’t look good. it it glitchy, and it’s so slow, it’s not smooth at all, and it looks like complete garbage. pls undo whatever you did because the twixtor used to be so smooth it was satisfying to watch, but this makes me want to gouge my eyes out. and it makes me mad because twixtor is an important part of an edit and now my edits are what you would call utter trash. pls fix it, you don’t know how long it took me to find a smooth twixtor app. thank you.

When I was trying to add photos to my motion blur my photos weren’t there I even tried to delete it and download it i tried and tried and tried but nothing worked I clicked on the tab on top where it says recent my photos were there but when I clicked on one my photos were not there YOU GUYS NEED TO FIX THAT BUG!!!!!!
when I started using it, it was great!
