The app runs great and has a lot of cool features. However the fact that it doesn’t have face-id to unlock or a pin or something is absolutely nuts. Every single time you want to use the app you have to sign in? This needs to be updated quickly, and until then 2 stars max. Make it easier for users to login please!
The fact that you cannot have this app save your password or sign in with Face ID is beyond annoying and inconvenient when trying to clock in and out for your job. Please update this.
Employers ask employees to download this app for time keeping. When is employees cannot access it, it becomes a big problem/issue. Too many times THIS YEAR the app opens blank and the website on phone WILL NOT upload. This is not my phone-1% of the time, yes. Either way after EVERY “update” I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO reinstall this app to make it work again - which btw did not today.
If you create an app, why in the world do you not take advantage of all the features of an app?? When you open / access your phone, you have already entered a passcode / used faceid, yet this app still needs you to re-enter login details????? And what is the difference between the app and a normal browser?? Nothing! No benefit other than saying it’s an app.
This app is almost completely useless. The fact that you have to log in every time you need to clock in or out is so stupid. no pin enable or Face ID log in features available, what’s the point of this thing? Why even have an app that’s as incapable as this one? Makes no sense
It’s been almost a week since the app has been down. I have not been able to log in AT ALL! the log in page doesn’t even load up. I wish my job would find something different because this is completely unacceptable.
Also the punches list from first to newest on the bottom. To check your punch you have to scroll all the way down. You should change the order so the newest punches are on top. This will save employee time scrolling to verify thier punch
Its beyond annoying needing to login every single time I use it.
Make it so we can save the passwords on Iphone, or just keep us logged in and its a five star app. But the fact that I have to spend 5 minutes of my break every day dealing with this is enough to infuriate me.
It’s pretty annoying and frustrating that it logs you out every time you leave the app and you have to type in your log in info all the time. They need to add face recognition or at least remember the user name!
The app is already not great, but after yesterday’s update it does not allow you to use saved passwords. It’s a hassle for our employees that aren’t great with technology to login to the app now. Nobody is going to remember their login for this app! Fix it please!
They need to make it quicker to login or at the least keep you logged in. Now the app won’t load, even after deleting and reinstalling and restarting phone
keeps crashing, faster to use safari than spend time trying to figure out how to work this app. not intuitive and zero additional features compared to the desktop site
No Face ID and doesn’t even save your username. Username and password has to be entered every time. Very inconvenient to get employees onboard with this.
