I’m a Bissell person, or I was. I have had 8 or 9 Bissell products. Their wet/dry vacs are what made me realize I can’t live without that method of cleaning my floors, hands down the quickest & cleanest way. I had no real problem with any of their other products, but the Crosswave Series, which was fabulous….until it stopped working, over & over. First one died after a year, bought another, it died within weeks, well, let’s just say that they sent me three brand new ones for free and every single one died a similar death. That’s 6 Crosswaves! Obviously a design issue. So I was forced to shop around, my momma raised a dummy, but not that dumb. Tineco had really good reviews. So far, about a week, I’m blown away. It’s eerie that I just push a button & walk around, barley pushing, it’s self propelled, it does everything & talks to me! So I have that friend I’ve always wanted & she does my floors telepathically! I’ll update, let you know how this relationship pans out.

I have purchased two Dyson units over the past 5 years. While we liked their performance I didn’t appreciate the fact that both quit performing shortly after the two year warranty. Too much money for such a short life span. I spent hours researching cordless vacs. When Costco offered the tineco pure one s12 at a lower price I decided to take a chance. I’ve had the pure one s12 unit for over a week and Ilove it. This unit has so much more power than our Dyson units..(I must state that our Dyson units were not their current top of the line models). Our tineco unit is better built in our opinion with top notch materials. The pure one s12 has lots of attachments. I find the unit easy to operate while my wife finds it a bit too heavy at times although she finds the ability to operate the unit without having to constantly push the motor switch a big plus. A big plus would be some type of storage rack for all of the attachments. Time will tell on the product’s reliability but, as of now I am very happy with this purchase.

I was visiting a friend when she told me about her wet vacuum/mop. I knew it had to be a good one since she has a daycare business in her home. She had the S3 series. I went home and immediately purchased the newer S5 series and love it. I love it so much when I was visiting my daughter I told her about it and she got a S5 extreme. But that’s not all, while we were in the store looking at the differences between the S3 and the S5 there was another customer watching us and began asking me questions about it. I answered all her questions and she too bought the Tineco S5 extreme! Way to go me! And way to go Tineco!

It took about half an hour of troubleshooting to get the vacuum connected to the app and now I’m not sure what I spent all that time for. The app is basically just telling you exactly what you’re experiencing at any given time with the vacuum. For instance, if the vacuum stops sucking so well, then the app will say the dust can is full or the filter is dirty. I’m just not sure how this is useful. The app does show battery level (somewhat useful when waiting for a charge) and offers manual suction power control. I find this to be too much for what the vacuum is. It’s auto auction is usually too weak and doesn’t actually detect the mess because it isn’t sucking hard enough to pick up the mess so it goes “no dirt there!” When there is in fact dirt there that it simply won’t pick up. All in all, this app just seems like a gimmick and the vacuum could be much better. It’s great for small quick jobs and that’s about it.

Ever since I saw this on the web, I knew I had to have it! I’ve always worn shoes or socks because stick mops & vacuums always left something behind! Now it takes me maybe 20 minutes to mop my entire house at one time. To see how dirty the floors really are even after I tried mopping, is unbelievable! It’s also so easy to maintain, just wipe it down between uses & it’s brand new again! Honestly can’t imagine my life without it & show it off to my family & friends whenever they come over! Seriously can’t live without it!!

I researched floor mops for a few months before I decided to get a Tineco S5, and I truly couldn’t be happier. With low ratings all around wet mops, I was scared I was going to waste money. I have a 2 year old, 3 cats and 2 dogs and this mop GETS. IT. DONE. I was scared about the 35 min run time with 2500 square feet, but it’s nothing to fear! I use auto mode and it has saved me HOURS of floor cleaning. I have no streaks on my hardwood floors and minimum on my “fake wood” which is a very high traffic animal area. I have only had the mop for about 4 months and the cleaning of the dirty water tank does not bother at me at all. If you are expecting no work, you should use the money on a home cleaner more frequently. The cleaning takes about 4-6 minutes of the time. If this mop lasts me, I would truly give it more than 5 stars for how much it has helped my back and helped my home stay clean!!!

Received my tineco today and i have to say this machine is the most amazing product i have ever used ( and i have tried them all) but will definitely never have to try anything else now. I have white floors and after using the tineco my floors look like i hand scrubbed them. I will be purchasing another one for my living room and am now a devoted tineco customer. Thank you for creating an awesome product and for making my job so much easier.

I don’t have to vacuum all the dog hair up then mop with a bucket on my hands and knees!! The Tineco iFloor S3 does it all for me!! It vacuums and mops my wood and tile floors all at the same time!!! It’s self propelled and let’s me know when it’s time to place it on the base to perform the self cleaning function or if I need to clean out the dirty water!! I used to dread cleaning my floors and now I’m excited to sweep/mop daily!! If you don’t have one already… GET ONE!! You definitely won’t regret it!!!

I like my original model so much I just bought a second one so I didn’t have to haul it from the main house to the cabin. The new one is a bit bigger fancier (S5) so now I’ll be able to make a comparison, although they are probably all great. Only issue I see is they don’t work great on uneven slate floors which I have a lot of but I deal with it/ can’t have everything.

First, this tool is great and does a good job cleaning. However….part of the system is this app, and the warnings and prompts. The app doesn’t work on the 5.1 high home Wi-Fi networks. You have to downgrade the speed of your network to use the app. And the required Wi-Fi to work, although no good explanation for why when I spoke with support. The tool is Bluetooth enabled and should communicate directly. There is a voice assistant that is unintelligible. So you really need the app and you can’t use it. Support seems aware of this issue.

I did my research and im so happy i did. This is such a great wet/vac. I can feel how clean my wood floors are. There really is a difference. I use the vacuum and then use my Bona mop and my floors still felt dirty. I used this the first day and had to dump out my water twice in just the living room and kitchen. The water was so black. I was very happy to see that. After that my floors are spotless. Amazing product.

I bought this because I read great reviews on the vacuum and as soon as I plugged it in and charged it up, I’ve had nothing but issues with it. The red blinking light immediately comes on meaning it’s not charged all the way (just took it off the charger after being charged all night) I cleaned my brand new vacuum because I read that the blinking light can mean one of a couple things, clean filter or recharge. Well, I did them all to my brand new out of the box vacuum and it’s still blinking red. I’m so disappointed with this and wished I saved my money and bought the dyson like I originally wanted.

I only downloaded the app because Tineco support suggested it to solve my problem. I have the S15 Pet vacuum and love it. But I have trouble with some flat woven rugs because they get sucked up since this vacuum only has Auto or Max settings. I was hoping the app would give me the control to run the vacuum on Low but it doesn’t. It seems like it could be possible to program that so I’m hoping that ability will be added to an update.

Seems developed by young folks who don’t use the product. Best example is that I have an option to delete ‘unread’ messages but not the messages I have already read. That seems really weird. Every time I let go of the trigger or stop to change the suction head, it starts a new cleaning session which makes the information fairly useless. I love the vacuum so the app is a weak point they should fix.

This is a great vacuum for cleaning up my kids room. My kids love to leave a mess on the hardwood floor. Owning this vacuum has saved me time and makes my job easier. I don’t have to lean over and put strain on my lower back with traditional vacuum cleaners or shop vacs. This is worth the money. And the blue and red light detection makes my job easier so I know the spot is clean and I can move on to the next.

Floor One S7 PRO SERIES now puts you into the 21st century! Just be patient setting it up cause you’ll be so excited about it that you’ll mess up like I did…once setup it’s amazing!! Enjoy cleaning and bring it out when your guest come over and spill their wine - and ask for royalties when the rush out and buy one! 😉

My Pure ONE S11 works fine. Problem is connecting to my new WiFi network. Even after deleting the app, downloading it again, registering my Pure One as a new device with a different email, password, etc. and watching a video recommended by product support, I give up! The vacuum works fine without the app to remind when to empty the bin, etc. What I still don’t understand, however, after attempting to connect to my new WiFi network, a Tineco WiFi network is now on my device as an available network.

I’m glad it was a housewarming present (they could’ve gotten me a Hoover) because at this price point the store that had it on display would be my first stop , but not my last, on a long rampage for answers instead of a refund. This thing sent me into a fit of rage. Seeing red was the only plus about this vacuum 😒 It had a nonexistent battery life of max 15 minutes and terrible suction. If I still had the box I’d regift if but since I don’t I’ll just throw it in a closet until someone comes to “borrow” and ever gives it back.

When it works it’s great but I had to send mine in twice for motor failure and supposedly they repaired it. Well it turns out they didn’t because here I am a few months out of warranty having the exact same motor failure which is apparently very common. So common in fact they don’t even have the parts to “repair” mine at a cost to me(because it’s out of warranty). Do not recommend dealing with this company, absolutely ridiculous also considering it cost me money each time to send them back their faulty product.

My friend gave me a demonstration of hers. While she was here using it on my wood floors, my husband was so impressed he instantly went and found one to buy for us. I have three quarter-inch hardwood throughout my house main level and my floors are 16 to 22 years of age. My floors look like they’re brand new because of this beautiful machine and what it does

The first use it's amazing. Remember almost all cleaning machine need to be clean after using. ..Even regular mop or bucket you need to clean after using, No excuses. The Deodorizer Cleaning Solution smell good and fresh. This vacuum & mop together or all in one capture the debris of the invisible dust into the dirty water tank. So..it is better with water safe from floating dust with my allergies . Fast drying & perfect distribution of water. The machine make you proud & almost the feeling wants you to clean the floor everyday. Great vacuum talking technology & self cleaning roll machine. My next Target is the bigger machine ( Tineco floor one S5 Pro ) This is my opinion. Thank You Tineco.

I should be the next spokesperson for Tineco. If I haven’t told you all about this vacuum/mop then it’s only because I haven’t seen you. I give everyone that comes to my house a demonstration and make them push it so they can see how easily it glides. It really pushes itself. BUY THIS! You won’t regret it!!

1st uses of the S5 after using a swifter wet cleaner twice a week for 3 months on our new floors was discussing. Just my wife and I and a Chihuahua dog, and this S5 dirty water was black. After the first cleaning I walked barefooted and never felt the floors this clean. Even with so much dirt the machine was not difficult to clean. Gave 5 stars well deserves!

This thing will literally pick up everything off your floor. Dog hair, dander, random pieces of cardboard, food, and all the things. Get the S3, just do it, it’ll change your life and have you spend less time cleaning. Plus the colors on the display make it fun 🤩

I appreciate you making a quality floor cleaning machine that really cleans! Used my new machine the other day with superior results. Easy to use and made my hardwood and kitchen floors look brand new. Never realized they were dirty, as I am meticulous about cleaning them. Your product seems well made and hopefully it lasts for years to come.

I had the Bissell Crosswave Max and was not happy at all and I heard heard great things about the Tineco so returned the Bissell and purchased the Tineco S3 and I can not believe the difference! My floors are literally shining! They were so dull before! I don’t know how I ever lived without this machine! Now as long as customer service is as good as the product then I am a Tineco customer for life!

I purchased the new moda blow dryer. The app struggles to connect to my device. It forces me to do a manual connect (which there are no written instructions for that I can find). After it takes 5 minutes to get the device connected, after I power the blow dryer off, it won’t connect again to the app and I have to start the whole process over again if I want to access the different app modes for the blow dryer. Beyond frustrating.

Elegant Hi Tech Design and a quick lazy man’s cleaning tool, it’s a great tool!!! This monster is a lion of a vac with a silent but powerful roar! This is a robust and sturdy machine, it can adjust power on the spot depending on the job you are tackling. Don’t be fooled by its self adjusting power suction. She is a Beaty and she can clean with most difficult and challenging area around tge shop. This is a go— and of course from Costco, you just can’t go wrong. I love this vacuum cleaner. I love this cordless. I love the light at the bottom so I can see what I’m vacuuming up. The first time I used it I couldn’t believe how we were living. I love to vacuum in the dark because then I can see everything that’s being picked up.

Not sure why the app is not user friendly due to the fact all except 4 notifications (since I have owned this product in December) are in Chinese symbols and the app will not let me delete the notification or change the language preference? It feels very spam-ish and makes me question what user preferences are happening on this app and where my account info is being used.

If I could I would give. It 0 stars. I bought a A10-03. I Wenatchee online for the warranty and received the second filter. So when it broke about 3 months after buying it I tried to. Claim it. They have no record of my account. Now it’s two late for the warranty to help me and the MAX. button went out today. This was the worse purchase I’ve ever made. This. Vacuum doesn’t work properly and there. Is. Nothing I can do about. It. Stay away from Tineco!

My Floor 1 S5 quit working after only six weeks. I called customer service and their response was they would send me an email on how to troubleshoot the device. After repeated requests to troubleshoot over the phone, the representative and I concluded that the problem was likely due to a faulty dirty water tank cover. At that point we went back to square one, she said she would send me an email and that there was no way to resolve this over the phone.

I bought it less than one year and it's the 3 times that I have to send for repair. It is more the time that the device not work compare with the time that I can use the device since I bought it. Still not working . I would like my money back or a replacement . The customer service is so bad. I bought a new ite, but I feel like I bought a second defect item

I bought the iFloor One s3 which does a good job cleaning (better drying time compared to its major rival) but small clean water tank that will leak if your warm water is actually hot, the brush roll covers tabs can break very easily and you can not just purchase the cover for the brush roll…shipping from them has taken 11 days and counting for a new water tank. Very good cleaning ability with excellent ease of use but will break easily.

Like others I had issues connecting. Reading the manual, I discovered that the Pure One X can only connect to routers below 5G. Once connected the app works fine and the unit is great for quick pickups around the house. Luv it!!

I send my Tineco machine because it was malfunctioning. They said that the machine was send back but I check my cameras and according to the date and time of delivery nothing was dropped off. I have message them a couple of time since with no response. This is a scam. They ask you to send everything with in the machine even the replacement and they do not deliver your machine back and you won’t get a response.

I love love the machine! The only think I wish the app did ( if it does I can’t find it). Is to get the WiFi connected in case u have changed your Wi-Fi. It took me a bit to get it connected. But other then that it’s perfect!!

I never heard of Tineco before, but this is a great vacuum! It cleans floors and carpet very well. It also has an app that will let you know how much dust was cleaned and warns you when you need to clean the dust filter. Highly recommended.

Floor one S5 series does all the work so you don’t have to. Easy assembly. Leaves floors sparkling and so quick and easy! Grout looks awesome. I’m so happy I am preordering their carpet cleaner! Customer Service is excellent too!

The Quickstart guide said the first thing you need to do is download the app. I downloaded it and the only option I had besides creating an account was to add a device. When I click on add device, the only thing that shows up is a pure one S7. I don’t have that model. It won’t let me add any other model I have a pure one S 12 and it doesn’t show up. The app is basically useless for me.

This is my second S3 wet mop. The first one stopped pulling a vacuum. We sent it back to the manufacture and they replaced it. Took about a month for them to send us a new one. Got the “replacement” and the same thing happened again 6 months later. No vacuum was pulled so water everywhere. Definitely not worth the money. Find another manufacture that makes a more reliable product

Terrible, terrible, whiney, needy app. Could not get it to setup. The app should connect to, and function properly on my guest network. Want or need to be on the same network as my trusted iPhone? Forget it. Fix that. End of story. Just like all the other robots. Need my exact location? Not happening. Ever. Need access to my camera? Once maybe. Let me enter that barcode manually.

I thought this update will add the voice switching feature for my Floor One, but I don’t see this option under settings. Am I missing something here? What I have is Floor One S3 series, not iFloor. Currently I only got the default voice prompts. Would there be another update to include the voice switching support?

It's annoying that they built wifi but can't be disabled. I can't join my home network even with the person in the phone or on a chat session same thing. Can not join and can not really disable the wifi from broadcasting and interfering with my other wireless clients. I want to throw this out the window literally.

My daughter and granddaughter bought this for me for Christmas and I’ve never been able to use it! It’s brand new came straight from the box but it won’t charge at all! I’ve done everything from changing where it’s plugged in to moving it and nothing. So I’m going to buy myself a cheap one like other people have and theirs has worked perfectly.

I love that this app gives you a step by step tutorial for all the features and with videos! Also keeps track of your cleaning and maintenance.

This is the best app for a vacuum I have ever used, I have the PURE ONE X and it’s best vacuum i’ve used. 10/10 work, UI is friendly and easy to use and is ready to go out the box.

Installed this app to disable the wi-fi network that broadcasts from my Tineco device. So far it has asked me to create an account, share my location, connect to Bluetooth, access my camera, and enter my home wi-fi password. Saying no to any of these steps prevents setup from proceeding. Please tell me why a vacuum app needs to do all this? Oh and I was unable to get my vacuum to stop broadcasting wi-fi in the end.

Like the product but 8 months into it and it keeps telling me to clean dirty water tank and channel… after doing so it shuts down and repeats the same message….i don’t use it daily so it should not be even an issue…

I just spent 45 minutes trying to set this up on the app and failed horribly, I’m never gonna get that time back and at this point I just wanna return it and go with a different company for a cordless vacuum, something way less complicated. I am pretty smart when it comes to setting up but this is not user friendly at all😡😡😡
