When it was American Eagle I loved this app! It switched a couple weeks ago so I’m really hoping it will get cleaned up. When I pay my card linked to the account, on a weekday, it doesn’t show that I paid, but it certainly showed I was late with paying, though I paid two days ago. The descriptions aren’t correct saying I paid a “home loan” with an acct number that I don’t know what it goes to. The pending transactions aren’t subtracting from the available balance like they used to. Yeah, I keep track of my spending and I can subtract, but I got used to the other way for YEARS and I don’t see why things like that needed to go away. DEVELOPER: please tell me your still making updates and things will get back to the way they were/better in some sense. They already changed the name (which sounds dumb) don’t take away useful features - like real time accounting!
Lately, there has been far more limitations on the App due to technical difficulties. This seemed to become a more common occurrence after the “TogetherCU” name change. This is so frustrating since I rely on the App, that we are considering changing Credit Unions after 28 years. We already do loans through Neighbors, which seem to not have these issues.
Hi, I don’t like the fact that it automatically takes money out of my savings to put in my checking and uses 1 of only 6 transfers. I understand that it happens because the money in my checking runs out BUT it should warn me at least. Because then I will go to buy something like food and it will decline because there’s no money in my checking and I can’t transfer money from my savings because 6 of 6 transfers are already used when I haven’t transferred anything my self for months so then i am screwed because I just ordered food and I can’t pay for it.. IF MONEY IS BEING PULLED FROM MY SAVINGS I SHOULD BE AWARE. It’s not hard send an automatic message if your automatically taking money from a savings account. And if I was able to transfer money myself on the spot it wouldn’t be big deal but it’s kind of a big deal when ALL of my transfers are already used and I have no money in my checking and the banks closed of course. Thank you!
I enjoy Together CU, the app, but most of all the people. Regardless of how user friendly the app is, a basic understanding of human behavior shows a connection between increased greying of hair and lack of computer prowess. On such occasion as I am obligated to contact other humans, the app makes this connection simple. This is also a good tool for tracking and planning expenditures and investments if used properly.
I almost strictly use this application for banking with my credit union and it has been absolutely spectacular but there are some very worrying issues that I have noticed with it recently. Things like getting error messages and that I can’t access my account at this time. And then talking to my credit union and having them say that nothing is wrong on our end. Please figure out what’s going on and I will give you five stars!!!
I wish i could give 5 stars but lately i haven’t been able to see my list of transactions. It will give me my balance but when i click on the account it says application error. It happens very often. Please fix this soon! Otherwise i love this app!
I had a simple question about an issue I was having so I called the support number. The woman on the phone was incapable of understanding a very basic question. She literally asked me to repeat my question 8-9 times. At that point I assume she still didn’t understand it so she read a scripted message at a rapid pace, said “have a nice day”, and then hung up on me. I had a simple question about a check hold… I have banked here for more than 10 years but I will no longer be doing business with TCU after seeing how incompetent the employees are.
The bank site has more problems than any other bank site of mine. I am no longer surprised to see the information unavailable or the site down. I have been with them since they were Anheuser Busch Credit Union. Never used to be that way. As the bank continues to grow it doesn’t mean it is getting better.
very convenient app seems to be pretty stable, minor glitches are repaired fast so must have a good team on top of things, I use voiceover screen reader and this app works well with it definitely appreciate that
What happened? The camera no longer works to take a picture of a check. It’s stuck in portrait mode and totally blurred and will not focus. It’s now working on my iPad Pro but still nothing on my iPhone. Even more disappointing is I have not received a reply to the messages I sent to Together Credit Union.
Over the past month I have run into an issue with trying to use the mobile deposit feature. When I press the camera to take a picture of my check I get a black screen that tells me to rotate my phone. It doesn’t seem to recognize when it’s been rotated and there is no way to back out of the screen without closing out of the app completely. It’s very frustrating.
I have never had trouble with this app in the past 2 years now it crashes as soon as I select Bill pay. I have the latest version and iOS updates so I’m not sure what’s going on. I rely on it to pay whenever I need it so if it’s broken can you please fix it?
Been a member since 2015 (?) Together CU decided to close my Visa account basically stripping my ability to pay my Visa balance online or via the app. How is this a smart process???? There’s a balance on the account. Why would you take away options to accept payment???? I have used the online/app pay system the entire time I’ve been with them. So annoyed.
this app has potential and could really be used to help individuals sort finances however it is very unreliable it doesn’t work most times (times in which i’ve really need to check my account) If the bugs were fixed I probably recommend this but as of now I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone in its current state
Pretty pointless if you don’t already have an account with the company. I have to log into the desk top site every single times, or pay over the phone: simply because the app doesn’t have the option to transfer money from my main banking account to my loan.
Any application that tries to collect the next month’s mortgage payment is not worth the money spent on the developers. Mortgage payments are due on the 1st. Late after the 15th. But my current balance owed reflects both this month and next month’s payment. Which means I have to manually seek out the payment amount. The design is meant to create simplicity- this is complicated. Pretty much my experience with Together CU all around.
App won’t open. Flashed a quick “allow location” notice but only a split second. So, I can’t click on any of the options. Checked requiéreme y (BANK told me my phone was probably not compatible) but I I meet all app requirements. The “old app” ABCU worked great. This app is NON FUNCTIONAL despite getting an email from bank saying the app and online banking issues were fixed.
This credit Union has so many problems. It use to be AB credit Union. Since it has changed hands it has truly become awful. Would not recommend them to anyone. The ATMs don’t work half the time, then you pay overdraft fees because their new high tech ATMS don’t work. Yeah numerous times this has happened to me.
I’ve been using mobile deposit since June. With the recent update the app says “turn phone to continue deposit” so I enable turning on my phone and turn my phone. The screen doesn’t change. Grrrr
I used to get alerts for all of my transactions. I thought something was wrong with my app. I deleted and reinstalled and it didn’t do anything. Can you please make the feature work again?!? After all it is a feature
I was alright with this app until they removed card controls ( the feature where I could turn off my card and prevent it from being used against if lost) from this app,was a great feature.
I’ve had this app for years but the new update is so inconvenient I can’t even find my accounts anymore . It’s set up more like a social media platform now. I don’t need a whole page for interaction I just want to check my accounts quickly like I used to .
Cannot find account info anywhere. App opens directly to ‘Bill Pay’. There is no option to view account balances or transactions from any menu in app or settings. Which should be the primary function of a banking app, IMO.
Used to work fine but suddenly it doesn’t work at all. I just get a message saying the app is not supported and I should download the new app, but this is the only app listed for the CU. Useless
