Poor customer service I’ve been calling flow and I cannot get through to speak to anyone ; I can’t get passed the automated system. I’ve sent a mess and still have not received a response
The interface is simple enough to use, but the functionality is pretty useless. I would love to know how much data I have left… None of these things are available in the app it’s really kind of unnecessary to have this app. The app doesn’t even work without data so if you’re trying to put money on your phone when your data is done, you can’t use the app you have to go to the website. What is the point?
This flow company is a disgrace, from taking credit off balance without purchasing anything to having terrible customer service it’s a scam and i have proof of it being so In my case i bought the daily data plan and after my purchase i had a balance of 22, later when the daily data plan ended i received a notification saying i currently have 0 on my balance, After seeing this i contacted support via email and was told there is nothing they can do about the situation
For the longest time as a post paid user for over 10 years updates have been made to your apps and for about a year I’m unable to see how much data I have available with my plan. What sense does it make that I cannot see how much data is remaining?! It doesn’t matter how pretty the app is, if it lacks basic functionality with regards to the information it ought to provide then might as well don’t have it.
I want to see my recent transactions and when I click on it. I get a blank screen. I have to remove it by swiping it off and reopening the app. I tried it 3 times for several days. Doesn't work I have tried to call customer care. It doesn’t work either. I does not recognize my input of numbers and it hangs up on me
The wording in the app is confusing—especially what is meant by top-up, auto-pay, and auto-renew. It’s not clear either when taxes will be added or not—by which of these methods. Sending OTP to my number never works.
I sent top up to my Dad and it was after the storm and it did not get transferred to his phone. And after trying to get them to credit his phone they still don’t want to add the top up I just paid for.
Your system had a problem and my plan did not renew. Instead all my credit was taken and for 2 days I was unable to make a call. I was told nothing could be done I just had to wait. Really poor customer service.
I cannot understand how my minutes and money is disappearing with the little phone use I perform. There appears to be an unacceptable leaves of dishonesty within this organization with regards to honestly servicing your customers.
Why does the interface of the app keep changing when I open it? The new logs me out, I have to relog into it every time I need to check my balance. I can’t do that when I’m on my tablet.
Flow has stolen my money before and also their customer service is nonexistent. Sometimes the app will take your card other times it tells you you cannot use a card they’re crazy
I live overseas & buy a monthly plan for my mom so I can contact her on WhatsApp …and more than half the time cannot get calls to or from her… nor can she get in the internet… horrible service
I tried to send a someone credit using this app and they took my money but they still didn’t get the credit! Then there is no one to call to get find out what happen
Rubbish app! Incompetent customer service! Only thing that has changed over the last 10 years, is that FLOW has become even more inept. No surprise, why the LOW is in fLOW..
I tap up my sister phone and my card was charged however there was no record in my recent activity on the app,but my card was billed for the tap up shame on you ,thief!theif !!!!!!
Why are we paying us dollars for Jamaican credit? This is unacceptable as the us conversion rate has us payi one and a half times the value of the credit.
My recharges have been blocked for months. I called customer service and did all they told me to do, but still my recharges are blocked. What will it take to have them unblocked?
However many times you try, it will not process your card info and will tell you to call a number and select the fraud option. Do not call this number. The number I got didn’t match ANY of my bank’s service numbers. The person who picked up didn’t confirm my identity and outright asked for my card number. 0/5
This app has no agent to talk to if you have a problem or need helpThe 1800 number doesn’t work at all . So disappointed Jamaica really need a better phone system
No REAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PLANS. If I could find you a ZERO i would. Then when I call, not 1 person can answer the most BADIC QUESTIONS! Info that should appear under each plan.
Je hebt er helemaal niks aan als je abonnement hebt. Het zou toch minimaal moeten aangeven dat je een abonnement hebt met de bijbehorende tegoeden…… maar niks van dit alles. Het ergste is dat er mensen betaald zijn geworden voor het genereren van dit half-fabriekaat.
