This app is fantastic! Another reason to love TSB. I live in another state and haven’t needed a reason to visit the bank or call, because everything I need to do regarding my account is doable on this app. I have never had glitch issues, it’s fast, and incredibly convenient.
App was great until the recent changes on navigation and overall set up of app now its just more difficult to navigate and everthing is moved causing one to have to go thru more pages to access anything
Worked fine before but all of sudden as soon as I logged in, it just gives me a blank page. Can’t even see any of my accounts. Already had them reset my password and delete app but nothing happens, just white blank page
Something is different, and it’s not good! Every move I make it wants me to login again. It says I’m blocking cookies and I’m not. I can’t get in to pay my bills easily! Whatever has changed,it’s not good. :(
I'm the only reviewer, so I doubt this review will be of much consequence, but whatever. My main criticism is that the mobile deposit function is very unreliable. Most of the time the camera doesn't work properly and it rarely accepts the checks. The right half of the screen for the camera is blacked out so you can't see the guidelines to line up the check. Mostly the app is good for looking at account balances, not much more than that.
The app allows me to log in but it’s locked on “Session expired please log in again”. Not the best thing for a bank to have an app which doesn’t function. I call TSB and they said they will forward to a IT company that troubleshoots problems. If I am not contacted I will consider changing banks. Hard to believe TSB is not resolving this.
As of the most recent update thing just won’t load no matter what. Same for other local bank’s app I use running the same platform. Time to ditch it and get an app that also allows you to update your address!!
Last update will not allow me to open this app on my I-phone making this app absolutely useless. Very frustrating when I have to go to the website now to access my accounts.
Allows me to login, but then says, “your session has expired, please login again”. Doesn’t allow you to log in again without closing the app, then gives the same error message. And repeat..
I have my Face ID set up and still have to get a text or confirm my identity every time I use the trash app. I also registered my device and everything 🙄🙄🙄🙄
I’ve never had soo many issues in my life with logging into an app. I’m seriously thinking about switching Banks because of the waste of time I’m spending call TSB every week to reset my username and password
